Lush Cosmetics

I am absolutely in love with Lush. Just a few of my favorite things about this company are that they are animal cruelty free, their products are fresh and contain no harsh chemicals, and they are extremely environmentally friendly. Oh, and all of their products are AMAZING! I have yet to be disappointed with anything I have tried. This particular location is extremely small. However, they manage to cram a lot of products into the small space. Although the store can seem a bit cramped at times, the employees are extremely friendly, and help to make each customer’s experience enjoyable. Also, they give out great free samples! Just a few of my favorite products from Lush are the Charity Pot lotion, the Jumping Juniper shampoo bar, the Dark Angels face scrub, and the Intergalactic bath bomb. Once you try Lush, you won’t want to use anything else!

Stopped here when I was visiting Charleston on vacation and loved it! This store is so cute and slightly small, but in a quaint sort of way. The employees are all so friendly and helpful, and always are willing to give great free samples of whatever product you wish for! Definitely going to come back whenever I visit Charleston!

I hate that every time I come
In, I am treated so poorly by Robin, the cashier. As much as I love LUSH and spend ridiculous amounts there on bubble bath– I won’t be back due to poor guest experience every time I am in from Robin.

I visited Lush during a busy second Sunday. The staff was friendly and eager to help as ever. Of course I went straight for the bath bombs, how can’t you? If you’ve never tried one, they’re wonderful! They make your skin silky smooth and Lush carries the most amazing scents. The philosophy of their store really makes them a gem. Handmade products, natural and fresh ingredients, ethical buying, charitable givings… they really are an amazing business.

I visited lush Saturday while shopping on king street. The employee greeted us as we walked through the door and was extremely helpful and friendly. She educated us on different soaps and what was in them. The feel of them was also described. She gave suggestions and told us her favorites.
We asked another employee to help us cut some bars down to size and she did. You can tell they want you to purchase the hunk they have there for $ 18+ but I needed mine to fit in a soap travel container as well as to be in my price range. So I had them cut down.
Lots of cool stuff here, and some are reasonably priced others, well… let’s just say when they say proceeds to go charity or something like that the price obviously means 1 or 2 things, you are paying for the product and you’re donating or paying what it should cost and more and donating a little. But it can get expensive. I would definitely say swing by smell some things try some scrub and take an intensely fragrant soap home with you.

The Ultrabland face cleanser has changed my life. I’ve spent years struggling with sensitive skin, experimenting with different cleansers, moisturizers, and skin care systems. I was skeptical at first – I didn’t believe that it would a.) remove my makeup and b.) actually clean my skin, but it does both. It also leaves my skin so moisturized that I don’t even need anything else! I literally use this twice a day, and that’s it. I’m so glad that Lush came to town and I found this cleanser! :)

I am quite the fan of Lush! I have always loved their products. When Lush announced a Charleston location, I was very excited. It took forever to open, but I am so happy they finally did.
The storefront itself is quite small compared to other locations, but they have all the products you want! The staff are so wonderful and extremely helpful.
Definitely check it out!

I shop here regularly for gifts and for personal items. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgable about their products.

Can’t wait!
