The 827 is a concept project in progress. With a performance space, art gallery, radio studio and work space, this is a potential haven for the creative community. Currently focused on weekly Open Mic Poetry, daily local internet radio managed by Kinetic Hi-​Fi and designers building the performance space and workshop areas, there is a lot of noise and creative juices flowing.
In the heart of Avondale, this promises to be a unique experience for that thriving area.
If you have a moment, stop by and just see how it is developing and learn about some of the creative projects they will be working in as they get intrenched into the Charleston creative community.
