i love bk! ive always been a big fan of the whopper this location is clean and it has a tv, so you can watch cnn while you chow down plenty of parking and friendly staff, what is there NOT to like?

Generally speaking, fast food places speak for themselves… however; this BK is awful! I was definitely not looking for a fine dining experience, just a quick meal of chicken tenders to keep my four year old happy. With fast food I ask only that the food be fresh and hot, the building and dining area be clean and fast courteous service. I received none of those things. There was only one other person dining there(and it was 11:30AM. Guess I should have been clued in by that) My husband and daughter had chicken tenders… one order was hot, the other was not. Since one order was for my four year old, we didn’t mind that they weren’t really hot. The fries however were soggy and cold, so we took those back. I had a burger and the bun was tough and hard; we took that back too. The second burger was just as bad as the first. Before we left other customers came in and were getting drinks. We heard them discussing the«off flavor» of the drinks. All in all a pretty bad experience. Save yourself some time and bother… choose somewhere else to eat.

Typical Burger King. Weird small bathroom though with only one toilet. The gal who waited on me was really nice. I had an e-gift card and it wasn’t working so she got a manger and I ended up getting my meal for free bc of that. Thought that was really nice of them to do that! Other than that nothing special. Only have them four stars bc of the kind service that I received.

Bottom Line: The drive thru was so slow I turned my car off for over 5 minutes while waiting for a kids meal. I should have backed my car out of the drive thru as soon as the employee on the other end of the speaker didn’t ask me for details after I requested«a kids meal, please.» No asking what kind of meat or what side or what drink or anything. Nothing! And then I waited as it took the employees(yes, multiple employees!) no less than four trips and three queries of «Are you waiting for something?» to deliver a kids meal, a drink, and an ice cream cone to the woman in the car in front of me. How bad was it? It was so bad that in the middle of all the waiting a guy appeared out of nowhere, caring a bag from a nearby restaurant, and got into the passenger seat of the car in front of me. Seriously?! He was able to get his food to go from a not-fast-food joint AND walk over to Burger King AND get inside the car AND we’re still waiting for the woman to get a kids meal, drink, and ice cream cone?! This Burger King takes the fast out of fast food.
