So first off, my estimated delivery time was 7:38pm. I waited patiently. When I finally got the pizza + brownies and soda at 8:15pm my order of a Salami, mushrooms, bacon onion and green pepper pizza was missing the green peppers. It also had about 3 pieces of red onion and 4 peices of salami. $ 30.00 + a $ 5 tip for the driver and my pizza is essentially missing 1⁄3 of the toppings! When I called and politely informed the staff who answered that my order was wrong, that person hung up on me. Then I called back and spoke to someone claiming to be a manager who not even once apologized for getting my order wrong. He offered me nothing, and sat silently after I explained that my pizza was missing a topping. When I asked what he was going to do, his response was, he could send me another pizza but it would have to be and HOUR and a half later — this is after I already waited an hour for the WRONG Pizza. I let him know that after waiting a whole hour to get my pizza I certainly wouldn’t be waiting another two hours!!! He made the excuse that it was Saturday night«and everyone and their mother is ordering pizza» as an excuse. I’m sorry, am I a nuisance for paying your salary? Is that how you feel about your customers? The people buying your product should neatly space out their orders or expect you to get it wrong and just accept it? When I pressed for a solution the manager exclaimed what do you want me to do?!? I have worked in restraint management and I know for a fact that these mistakes happen when places are busy. I’m prepared to be patient and forgiving. But I do think that someone should offer an apology and try to rectify the situation, and not blame the customer for the mistake! When I specifically asked for a refund since there is a charge for each topping, the manager reluctantly said he could refund me a measly $ 1.25 charge for the topping. At that point I didn’t even want the pizza because it was missing my favorite topping. I’ve never gotten such poor service, essentially being blamed by a manager for ordering pizza on a busy night. To tell a loyal customer that’s why he got my order wrong and why I should have to wait for it for 3 hours, and not be upset that I paid for something I didn’t receive is ludicrous! After years of being a customer, I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut again.

I see mostly negative reviews here but I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut a couple of dozen times and have always had great service and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The few times I have ordered for delivery I have never had an issue. I usually order with their android app on my phone and then pick up my order at the store. I have never had a bad experience and I just love how quick and easy it is to order with the app or on my computer. The only glitch I’ve ever experienced is that one time they were out of large pan pizza crusts when I ordered half Super Supreme and half Hawaiian Luau but they just gave me two mediums instead so it actually worked to my advantage. In my experiences the staff has always been attentive and professional. I can recommend this Pizza Hut without hesitation.

I’ve been here a handful of times. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s hit or miss with it being good or not. More times than not, they have decent service. They do however SUCK at delivery. I live close and it took them almost 2 hours to deliver.

Poor customer service. There was an employee what appears to be doing something he wasn’t supposed to in the back room. The other employee call him or her twice he didn’t say anything. I stood for about 10 mins before I got any help from someone.

Ordered a pizza using the Pizza Hut app. Said the delivery time was 10pm. I called the location at 10:07 to make sure the pizza was coming. Was initially told that the order was not in the system. When I told them I placed the order online they said ‘oh that card was declined.’ No phone call to let me know so that I could make sure the number was right. They said that I should have gotten an email from Pizza Hut saying the order was cancelled. Never received any type of email. Or anything to let me know that it happened and of course now they are closed. Papa johns it is. Thanks Pizza Hut. Wish I could give you ZERO stars.

Called in an order of two large pepperoni pizzas(carryout) was told it’ll be ready for pick up in 45 mins, when I arrived to pick up the pizzas I was told my order was not in the system please order again and wait another 45 minutes.
