Wendy’s

I should have checked Unilocal first but I didn’t bring my phone. Ugh!
My fries were overdone (dark and crispy) and my burger was cold. Such a let down and not to mention the employee forgot my drink and then handed me the wrong one and then finally gave me the correct one after consulting with someone about my drink as if I was trying to scam them out of a beverage. lol
Overall, this isn’t the best Wendy’s to eat at unless you are desperate or forget to check Unilocal.

I don’t eat here but when I am on limited time and grabbing a bite for my grandbabies, I’ll come here before the chains McDonald’s and Burger King. This location has friendly employees and they almost always get the order right and I never have to ask for anything. It recently was revamped and looks great. I have yet to go inside so I can’t comment on that.

It seems like the spicy chicken sandwich changed and not in a good way. It tastes really disgusting now, and I’ve HEARD from someone who works there that they’ve gotten a lot of complaints about the chicken sandwich. Haven’t ate there in a long time and went to eat there tonight and same result. And the chicken patty itself was wet. Not soggy from the mayo, but wet from something else. Either that or not being fully cooked.

The food is just thrown together and the staff isn’t the friendliest. And I second the below reviewer that mentioned they can never get an order right. They just reopened this location after remodeling. Too bad they didn’t think to hire a new staff to go along with the new building. The person calling it the «friendliest drive-​thru in town» either works there or is trolling… or both.

This review is after several visits to this location near our home. Most of the staff is friendly however, sometimes we end up with an employee just looking to rush through the fast food lane customers. Every time I have gone the line is never that long enough where they should be rushing people through.
Our orders have been incorrect several times as well. The burgers are also made very sloppy. More than half the time the burgers are lop sided and the cheese is half on the paper and half on the burger. Sometimes they forget simple ingredients like adding lettuce to a regular bacon cheeseburger or their new ciabatta burger. Tonight they didn’t let us finish our order at the menu because they had a truck delivery going on at the same time. So when we got to the window they forgot to add an item and when we got our order they didn’t add lettuce to one of the burgers, didn’t give ketchup for the fries, and forgot to give us an order of fries as well. Plus the lady who took our order was complaining about not adding the nuggets to our order instead of handing us our food.

Worst Wendy’s ever. They always screw up orders! Over salt everything.

Friendliest drive through in town!

Just a standard Wendy’s. Nothing exciting. Food was what I expected being that it is fast food.
