Never using again. Dropped off my wife’s pants to get hemmed on a Saturday and told it’ll be done by weds., only cost $ 12. Came by Thursday, and told it wasn’t gonna be read for another two weeks. Called a week after just to see if there was a chance it would be ready, a lady answered the phone and didn’t understand why it would take 2 weeks to hem 3 pants. Asked if I could just pick up the pants because it was taking longer than expected. She said it was still at the tailors so I asked if I could just contact them directly to ask why it took so long. Spoke to the tailor and she diet know why it took so long either because she can do rush. The tailor said she’ll investigate and would call me back. after about 5 mins., she called back and told me spots put the wrong date but she has the pants. I asked her if I could just pick up the pants and she said she can get them done in 30 mins. When my wife went to pick the pants up, they charged her $ 24! Stupid ridiculous! NEVEREVERUSINGTHEMAGAIN.

Horrible customer service, and at Zoots you pay a premium for the experience. They lost a very, very, very expensive item, and getting in touch with a manager about the situation was impossible. Every call was met with a «sorry, the manager Rochelle isn’t in right now,» and«Rochelle» invariably never called back. Please, take your dry cleaning elsewhere. We won’t go back.

I brought my son’s suits here when he was out of town working and needed to have them cleaned for a couple of events when he returned. The young woman that waited on me was courteous and helpful. She answered all of my questions and even chit-chatted with me some. These items were ready when I picked them up and they did a fantastic job dry cleaning them. One of my son’s shirts had a pretty good ring around the collar that I didn’t think they would be able to remove. They did and you would never know that it was there. I would like to see on site alterations and repairs, but I realize that the brunt of their business is cleaning. I was satisfied and will be using them again.

The most annoying thing about Zoots is their lack of same day or a quick turn around. They advertise on their website that if the order is in by 9am, they will have it ready same day at 6pm. You have to specifically ASK for this, and then they act like it is a major inconvenience and a rush order. Then don’t advertise it on your website that it is possible. I dropped off 7 items on a monday, before 9am needing to pick them up at the latest on Wednesday, and I was offered Friday as the return date. That is just ridiculous when I was in there specifically before 9am for same day

Like the first review, this location was picked due to proximity to work. Unfortunately, I hadn’t read the other review or I would’ve picked a place closer to home. After dropping off my order on a Wednesday morning, I made 4 attempts starting the Monday after drop-off before everything was finally picked-up. Plus an additional 2 trips to have something corrected. It was super frustrating but I would have given them a second shot had I received some sort of compensation or even an apology. I did ask for a discount on both the second and third visits since my items were promised to be ready on Monday. All I received was a shrug of the shoulders because somehow it wasn’t Zoots fault. I even had a coupon they refused to honor because it wasn’t with me at drop-off. Normally I’m all for following the written rules, but I had in writing my order would be ready on Monday, not over a week after drop-off. Zoots is expensive and I advise you to take your money elsewhere. It’s truly not worth the hassle, even if it’s close to work or home.

Worst customer service ever! Like a crazy ex-girlfriend, the drama never ends. Here’s why you should go ANYWHEREELSE for dry cleaning: 1. Untrained staff. If the manager is not there, 90% of your questions will be answered either with«I don’t know» or «you’ll have to talk to the manager about that.» 2. Late. I get told«next day guarantee» and«no more than a week»…yup, took longer on both occasions. The manager gave me attitude when I asked for a discount due to the tardiness– no discount. 3. Expensive. Almost $ 7 a piece and they forgot to mention the $ 2 surcharge for«special care» when I asked for an price estimate when I dropped off some silk items. 4. Do-overs are almost a necessity. I’ve picked up my clothes on several occasions where the stains were not removed and had to send it back. 5. Stupid stickers. My biggest pet peeve about this place. They put these little barcode-like stickers directly on the clothes, for identification purposes I’ve been told. You have to use an iron to take it off, which leaves a mark on the clothes. I requested that they not do this and they made a note on my file, but they told me to «remind them» every time I drop something off. During my last visit, the manager couldn’t take the sticker off my silk camisole… which was placed on the front and top middle of my camisole! The manager’s solution was to have her alterations person cut the neckline of the tank lower(in essence cutting off the sticker) and resew it back to normal. Well, it looked like shit and now I have a claim on file which went to corporate headquarters in CA and I should hear back from them in 4 – 6 weeks.
