I wanted so badly to love this place… unfortunately that wasn’t the outcome. It’s nestled into an overcrowded and poorly planned food court in O’Hare International. The line was awkward and chaotic, and once I got to the front I had a very hard time understanding the lady taking orders. She got frustrated by that and got kind of rude with me. I felt bad but she spoke way too fast in a heavy accent and I had a hard time communicating. Food came out quick, was expecting a much meatier and juicy burger but they were thin crispy burgers much like a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger from Wendy’s. Not awful, but not great. Next time I am in O’Hare I will definitely be seeking out an alternative chow spot. On a side note, a good friend of mine said this is the hot spot for breakfast when traveling at O’Hare in the morning hours.

One burger with a side of violent sickness please! I ate here one Friday while passing thu ORD. By the time I got home I was very ill and worshiping at the porcelain alter for hours. In bed most on the day Saturday and could eat again on Sunday. Thanks Billy Goat!

Best sandwiches at the airport. Order it with double meet and fries. Boom. Their burgers are pretty good too.

Was floating around the airport looking for a good quick breakfast. Ended up stopping here for a bite. The line was long but moved quickly. Menu has good variety but not too complicated. I got the spinach omelette. Was very good, hit the spot. Nothing fancy but it is delicious filling food. Can t wait to try them for lunch.

Good burger. I like the people. I love their accent and the way they interact with you and each other. Lots of choices and they all look like tasty Chicago fare. Gotta go here once. The Cubs suck though and kicking out the goat wasn’t nice.

Best airport meal deal ever! $ 6.49 for two eggs, cooked to order, hash browns, burnt to order, three yummy snausages, and toast. What a bargain!

Bland food, orders always wrong, and the staff never smiles! If I could give Zero stars I totally would, but what could you expect from a food court in an airport.

That’ll do. There are other places to eat at ORD, but in a pinch, these super skinny burgers will do the trick. Don’t expect anything fancy. Very basic. Burger or cheeseburger. You put any condiments you want on yourself. Would I go back? Yeah. Probably. I’ve already been there a few times. Just don’t expect anything special.

The presentation of the food was terrible, the food taste alright. I had ribeye steak the portion was good. The steak was thin and tender enough to eat as a sandwich. They offer free condiment, onion, relish for free anything else for extra. The food came out fast enough to keep the line not too long.

Great made to order breakfast. Made fast with terrific options. Skip Reggios Pizza(horrible options and they’re crabby). Go straight to Billy Goat Tavern. Definitely the best option in Terminal C.

Got the Italian Beef and was pretty optimistic due to the decent reviews about it. It came out super soggy probably due to the meat juices… thats fine i guess. The sandwich was way too meaty for me. It also lacked much in terms of supporting cast. You can get it spicy or sweet. I chose to get it spicy which i guess means u get jalapenos and carrots… i to this day wonder wut would have happened if I chose sweet… I also got fries. Probably one of the worst fries ever… not salted and texture was jus ok. Overall, i dont think id come back but if really beefy sandwiches is ur thing this might be up ur alley.

If u are looking for a plus size sandwich, look no further. Get the Chicago style Italian beef sandwich.

Fast service, menu is all American and not a huge menu to choose from. Which is nice. Breakfast and lunch menu The breakfast sandwich I had was great, decent sized and was fresh coming out.

How much you enjoy your meal here depends on what you order. I usually order their Double Cheeseburger with fries purely for nostalgic reasons. It’s quick in case you need to catch a flight. Don’t forget that you need to add your own condiments. It’s at best similar to a McDonald’s Double Quarter Pounder. What you should get is the Chicago style Italian beef sandwich! Most people like this messy sandwich. It’s pretty much something you need to try at least once in Chicago.

I ordered Italian beef. You can get spicy or sweet. I THINK I got spicy. It was whatever. HOWEVER, there is A LOT of beef. So it makes it now worth it. Warning though… It’s COVEREDINOIL. My whole bag became a soggy mess. It also has sour veggies. That was not my cup of tea. And DONOTGETTHECHEESEFRIES. it’s nasty. I just don’t like their fries or their cheese. Chips and cheese I’d better Order from the pick up side, then you pay, then you pick up

I guess we did it wrong. During a 2 hour layover here, we stopped at the Jazz Bar to settle down after an 11 flight from Okinawa. While doing so, we noticed a lot of folks clamoring around the Billy Goat, ordering burgers. I was mildly hungry, so I went sniffing around. Got in line, ordered a cheeseburger and walked back to the Jazz Bar. The burger was a HUGE disappointment. Greasy, flavorless and served on a dry ass bun. Adding insult to injury was the price, nearly $ 5! I can see now by the reviews that the thing to order is apparently a Chicago beef sammich. Wish I had too so I could write a different review.

Hands down, the best sandwich in the world is here. Chicago O’Hare Int’l Airport is a pain in the ass, but it’s so worth it to me because I get to stop here and have this sandwich. Literally dripping with juice, this sandwich is sloppy but so freaking good!

These guys really have it down to a science. They made a huge breakfast line disappear in a manner of minutes. The guy working the grill was a thrill to watch, a real ninja with a spatula. His knife skills were on display as he slashed, scooped, and flipped a mountain of hash browns and cooked half a dozen egg dishes simultaneously, Our eggs over with bacon and egg white Western omelette were cooked fresh right before our eyes, and came out piping hot and awesome. Nice job, BIlly Goat…

This has become my go-to spot when I have a layover at O’Hare. It’s all about the italian beef sandwich — get it double dipped! Quite messy, but highly tasty. The mushrooms(w/cheese) add-on option is pretty interesting. They also have beer and wine.

The sign outside reads«World Famous». I’ve never seen one before but I’d be curious to see a freestanding restaurant under this brand. On an airport layover I stopped in for a bite. Most of he folks in line on front of me were getting burgers buy when I saw the rib eye on the menu I said that’s for me. So after about 5 minutes after ordering here came my sandwich. The steak was actually pretty good. The sandwich was rather blah. It needed to be jazzed up with some spice somehow. Maybe a nice horseradish sauce. The plain kaiser role doesn’t help either. If they keep the the meat and«kick it up a notch» this could be an exceptional offering.
