They do not serve beer here. I REPEAT, NOBEER. That’s pretty much a deal breaker. Also it’s really dirty & several games were broken. Either way, my 4 year old had a great time.

I’ve come twice this month, both days before noon in the middle of the week. New management= amazingly clean restrooms, hot food coming out of the kitchen. Machines are working and only one token each! The new manager was walking around making sure customers were satisfied. Will definitely be coming back again :-)

So I’m standing here at Chuck e. Cheeses. Not sitting in a booth. Standing. In my winter coat, bundled up. Holding all the things I brought to do while the kids play. The kids are playing with their coats on. And I’m standing in the middle of Chuck e. Cheese with my coat on. Because every table is reserved and they won’t give you a table if you don’t order food. I’m not sure when this arcade turned into a fine dining establishment. It’s late afternoon, we ate lunch already, and I’m just looking for something fun for the kids to do and I get to relax for an hour and read a book and so some work. But no… I’m standing here, because, as the guy who later identifies himself as a manager says, that’s how they told him to do it. I was wondering when my kids would be too old for this place. Well the answer is: today. This will be our last visit. Ridiculous!

It’s not my review that counts but my son’s. He loves it here. Compared to the suburban one we went to(Matteson) this one has less games, but also less fights. last two times i wen to the Matteson location i saw not one but two fights. amongst adults! Here, there was none of that. Maybe i just went on a good day. It was a Saturday. Fair amount of kids, not too much. My son was able to play as many games as he wanted. We had super cheap pizza, and although not my favorite, it was actually edible. My son on the other hand Loved it… and isn’t that the review that counts?

This location is quite small, multiple machines out of order and service is quite slow. Restrooms and facility were clean. My kids enjoyed themselves but we aren’t going back soon.

Skee ball. You had me at skee ball. When I go to birthday parties here for my 4-year old accompanied by my husband, I use my 2-year-old as a beard and play endless games of skee ball. The thrill of an entrail of tickets emerging after a high score is the closest I get to Vegas in Chicago. But, that is not why I give this place four stars. I give it four stars, because it is catnip for kids. And with all the activities and lessons and stress we put our kids through on a daily basis, don’t they deserve a couple of hours of unmitigated kiddy nirvana? Of course they do. Yes, when I come to Chuck E Cheese without another adult it is annoying, loud and even a little gross, but my kids are so happy. And, I know that I am a lone dissenting voice, but I think the pizza is pretty good, particularly the pineapple chicken. But, I have to say no other adult I have ever spoken to has agreed that the pizza is good. But, you come here for the kids and they love it.

hellooo! I Just don’t get it! I mean people, who wrote bad reviews about this place. We celebrated our son’s third birthday here. He has a lot of friends, and I was searching for a long time, until I realized that Chuck E Cheese is a less expansive place and have a pretty good birthday party packages. You just need to be smart, take you time and choose exactly what you need! I recommend you to take a superstar BD package and just do not over order food for adults. We had 10 kids and for about 20 adults. It cost us $ 300+tips for all fun and food. Kids were VERY happy and didn’t want to go home, and I guess it is the most important thing! Pizza and sandwiches were very tasty and fresh! Yes, this place is very noisy for adults, but you definitely can handle it for 2 hours. Trust me, it pays off, when your BD star is enjoying to spend time with his/her friends and they have a lot of things to do together. And I have to tell u that adults were enjoying too, everyone was able to play games) My only issue was the host, but not exactly. I think this place just doesn’t have enough staff to cover all parties and customers, I spent some time during the party which was on Saturday, looking for our birthday host, I wish I spent it talking to our guests and eating more pizza! LOL. So, I didn’t feel like I wanted to over tip her(bad for her), but it was really not her fault. Overall, it was a good experience, and I can recommend you at least this particular place.

I would certainly not eat here, nor subject my son to it either as I respect his palette at this point more than he does. That said though, as for the games, they are all a single token(I think), and that makes for a cheap couple of hours for the best bud in my life and I to kick it… Enjoy Suckas’!!!

This place was a disaster. I had the day off and I decided to take my son during the afternoon. It was pretty empty so I figured we would order pizza and get our order quickly. I ordered two personal sized pizzas and tokens. Almost 30 bucks. It took 30 minutes for us to get one of the pizzas. It took another 15 minutes to get the other pizza. I was starving and my son was growing impatient. Now remember the place was empty, why did the woman question my son multiple times if I was his mother. My son is extremely shy and kept looking at her like she was crazy.

We booked my daughters 4th birthday party here for Sunday morning 11am. I was called by the store a few day prior to confirm my reservation, when we arrived they were more than ready for us. Our hostess was great, my daughter was scared of Chuck E Cheese and his friends and she understood that completly. The hostess really catered to my daughter and helped her feel more comfortable. Everything went well, our order was taken and food was bought out fresh and hot. Our cake was cut and passed out by our hostess and she also assisted when we were opening gifts. The hostess also helped us move all of our things to a empty spot once our 2 hour party was over. Yes there were lots of screaming children, and yes a few games took our token(no big deal we had about 600 tokens anway). But come on its the place where a kid can be a kid and grown ups can run around and act like kids. I loved it and would recommend this location to any one who asked. The only reason I took off a star was because as we were leaving our hand stamp was not checked at the front door, we were told the light was not working that did not sit well with me. Just remember when you are there to still keep a close eye on your children, this is still a place full of strangers. OH!!! before I forget please tip your server they do a lot of work with a lot of hyper children.

Games constantly eating tokens, malfunctioning, and staff not very enthusiastic. Its a total waste of time, money, and energy. I chased down staff for every other token taken and kids could barely enjoy hopping from ride to ride

I can see where everyone is coming from, but my experience was great(and I pretty dang hard to please). I know that for having kids you need to do it early. I booked a 9:30AM party on a Saturday. We got there and we had the run of the place. The party hostess was FANTASTIC! The manager kept coming over to insure everything was going well. Everyone was more than accommodating, and if a game didn’t work, you tell them and they reimburse your token. We had a great time. The pizza was good, the staff was friendly, the salad bar was clean(from the germaphobic), the lights and the bathroom were clean. There was no funny smells. You can also get great coupons from Chuck E Cheese. com And free parking!

Stand in a long line to get and identical stamp with your kids. One person on duty with a line out the door. Took me 20 min to just get in. Pizza is gross. Salad bar is the best choice. Got 2 stars only because all the games are one token & the kids love Chuckie & this place. It’s a zoo if you ask me. Most of the parents dont watch their own kids.

Not so bad for a bunch of mid 20’s and 2 kids for a bday party :) Went on a Thursday night at 8PM when it wasn’t swarming with wild kids. We actually had a good time relaxing, hogging the basketball game, and eating cheap pizza. Sometimes it’s nice to not be eating super expensive food and drinks. I’d probably be singing a different tune if I had gone when it’s crazy busy(which I’ll never do unless I’m forced to!) The Chuck E Cheese’s in the burbs are definitely cleaner and bigger with more variety of games and prizes. But yay for a parking lot in the city!

I always wondered where little kids learn swear words and trash talk. After my most recent visit with my daughter, I think I’ve figured it out. While enjoying quality time with my offspring, some gang-bangin wanna be(think old Vanilla Ice videos) walked in with his«girlie» and started talking like he was gonna«gat» someone. Dude, find a mentor. Better yet, get a hug from Chuck E. Cheese Word.

If I was a kid these days I would hope my mommy and my daddy would not take me to this particular Chuck E Cheese. The whole scene is such a sad mess.. . How can only one Skee-ball machine be working!?! Criminal. $ 10 = 50 tokens = ½ hour of game time. 30 minutes? And with all those broken games, finding a spot to put your tokens is a challenge.. . unless you you ask the kid at the basketball toss to bend over. Didn’t his parents teach him how to take turns? Oh yeah, they are making out in a corner booth aka using a public place as a babysitter again.

I appreciate that someone invited my child here to celebrate their child’s birthday today. But why does this place exist? I’ve said it before: The Tenth Muse is Mediocrity. I don’t understand the lack of imagination that could allow someone to entertain children in this overstimulating, noisey, money-sucking corporate cauldron. Sometimes I think Chuck E Cheese was inspired by someone’s evil acid trip.

The closest thing to hell on Earth. Awful pizza, rude staff, wild children, oblivious parents.
