Dunkin’ Donuts

This Friday has been here for a long time. I think that they are pretty good with customer service and good variety of donuts. They make it fresh to give you a nice morning drive.

This DD is my go to DD in the south loop. Always plenty of parking and usually quick friendly service. However, they lost one star because they just are not the best location for cooking the Big n Toasty properly. I have found only a few stores truly take the time and effort to make this delicious sandwich.

This particular DD is by far one of the greatest I have ever been to! The thing that really makes this location great is the Staff! Friendly and very attentive, they really try their best when it comes to customer satisfaction — most especially during the early morning rush! Every one of my visits have never been short of perfect! I think it’s great that the staff never forget a returning customers face and always welcomes you back with a smile and even a little small talk. Overall the food and beverages come out tasting great, they know what they are doing and have never failed. Kudos for staying so positive, I for one appreciate the great customer service! Keep it up!

Horrible experience every time. They pour button of coffee with new coffee and believe they are tricking you. Tonight’s was the worst ever!!! They just lost a customer!!! I don’t think they care

Can’t use the bathroom when I’ve purchased stuff? Isn’t it against the law to open a store.

The Internet almost never works and no one helps you to fix it. Free wifi but what’s the point if you can’t do homework while you drink coffee or eat food

I went to pick up a birthday cake I had ordered, and I was told by the manager that the cake order was not put through, because she couldn’t call my number (which she had misread from the order form) to confirm. She said that the problem with calling me had to do with the fact that I have a 614 area code number, and they can’t call different area codes from store (which I find hard to believe in in this day and age when everyone has a different area code number on their cell phones).
The initial problem started when I placed the order. The young man who took my order didn’t have any information about cakes (pricing, size, options), he didn’t understand that 12 p.m. was the same as noon, and he didn’t know how to ring me up, and told me to just pay when I came back despite the fact that the order form explicitly says customers must pay in advance. I had such concern about it that day, that I made him repeat three times that the order would be ready at noon (or in his case, 12) on Sunday.
Lo and behold, BR met my wary expectations. But what was really disgusting was how nobody in the store took responsibility for it, or could understand why I was angry. While the manager told me I could choose one of the premade cakes in the case, there were only two flavors, neither of which were the ones I had ordered, and neither of which the birthday boys would like. I asked her to call other BRs, which she did, but they didn’t have them either. I ended up having to leave empty handed with nothing more than a shrug and a ‘sorry.’

I go to this Dunkie’s a lot because I live nearby. The parking lot is a great draw because I often have my dogs in the car. Dunkie’s coffee is great. But the service at this location is awful. Tonight I went in and was the only customer, but stood waiting while the only visible employee finished reading something behind the counter. When he finally looked up and I asked him if he realized I had been standing there (for the better part of five minutes) he said he didn’t know I was there because he was «reading something really interesting». I walked out. I just can’t excuse the awful service here anymore.

It’s 330am and there is only one person working. This Asian guy knocked out a line of 9 people in about 5 minutes! Fastest worker I’ve ever seen in a DD.

The cashier and workers were nice, but they were slow as hell! On the plus side, it is a conveniently located. Enough said.

Always here for the iced coffee. Cheap for such a big cup!

This Dunkin’ Donuts is very similar to other locations. There are no discrepancies in prices, promotions, or menus. They always have a fresh batch of coffee and a variety of donuts waiting to get ordered anytime throughout the day. But this location employs the most incompetent morning workers I have ever encountered. They can not get orders correct, work very slowly, can not multitask, and are not aware of their promotions. I can not count how many times they screwed up my orders. If it was not for its convenience and free parking lot, I would avoid this location.

Hey as many people that come here I am suprised no one has reviewed this DD! Well what can we say? Its dunkin donuts, menu is the same as every other one, but this one has a Baskin Robbins. I used to be a regular here, but from what I’ve seen and experienced. This place is great. Quick service and the manager is always looking out for the best deals. She recommends certain drinks or combos and if she notices that you’re ordering the same thing she will either remember your drink or suggest something similar that may be a little less expensive. Which i like! Even when they are really busy (in the mornings) they are usually pretty quick with everything. The people that work there are for the most part pleasant ;)
The only complaint I have about this location is the parking lot… if its the morning rush, this parking lot sucks. There are other businesses in this little strip mall and sometimes not enough parking. Its right off of a busy intersection so sometimes it can get a little tricky, getting in and out! Otherwise this place is great :)

Never, Never go wrong with a cup of Dunkin Donut coffee. I had to sneak out of my hotel room and walk over to this location for some breakfast. I have only gone to Dunkin Donuts in the east coast, so when I stopped by this one I was a bit hesitant but not to worry they are exactly the same in quality and price. I’m not the biggest fan of their donuts though, but coffee, yummm!

My main breakfast choice in the morning on my way to work.
Everyone is friendly and multitasks to get everyone in and out on time.
The coffee is always fresh and everyone keeps everything sanitized and presentable.
Small on the inside but big on personality for a chain business.
