Dunkin’ Donuts

I visit this store fairly frequently and this was probably my most mediocre visit. There was a line of about 10 – 15 people and only one person taking orders. The person making coffee came out to refill the paper towels and pushed the garbage down while she was at it. Then she returned to making coffee without washing her hands. I don’t expect much out of my dunkin donut visits but speed and sanitation are requirements. Will just start going to one closer to home rather than by work.

This is one of the worst DDs I have ever been to. Bad service and a perpetual line to the door! Don’t even bother if you don’t have time to wait.
I have been here 3 times in the last week since my coffee maker broke. Each time I’ve waited at least 20 minutes from end of the line to order-​in-​hand. Unacceptable for a fast food joint!
The employees are indifferent if not out-​right rude. If the manager happens to be out front, you may get some sympathy, but don’t count on it. I have never gotten so much as an «I’m sorry for the wait.»
I’ve been in the area for a year and have been in here more than once, so this isn’t a recent problem. Staff better during peak times or hire employees who are friendlier. If you’re going to make your customers wait, at least create a pleasant environment for them.

This place is terrible! Literally the worst dunkin donuts I have ever experienced! I live in the building and actually walk a mile to get a coffee at Starbucks, or I go to bom Bön café across the street. The people that work here are terrible. They have attitude with everyone! They are terrible and somehow screw up every order too! I think they do it on purpose. No one can be that dumb…

Stopped by after watching a losing playoff game vs Detroit.
I needed a coffee fix and to charge my phone to navigate back to our hotel.
There were Blackhawks paraphernalia everywhere. It was nice to see that kind of support for their home team.
Their ice coffee is always consistently great.

I would like to give zero stars if that were possible. Horrible experience for a very loyal dd customer. 2 of the young ladies here lacked customer service skills and provided free eye rolls with order. Will not comeback if the coffee was free. Very dissatisfied.

This is the closest DD to my apt so I started going there more often but that changed last Monday. First time and last time I pick up coffee from there in the morning.
I ordered a medium coffee plus one of the number combos. However, I got a combo (which comes with a coffee) and that was it. I asked where my other coffee was and the lady that was a the register that took my order said she had only ringed me up for one coffee (the one that came with the combo). I was like «I said, a medium coffee PLUS a number 5». Her answer was «ok, if you get in line I will ring you up for the other coffee». I was shocked when she said that to me.
This is on my way to work so there was no way I was going to get back in line and waste 10 more minutes for something that was not my fault. So, I walked out with whatever I had. The line had AT LEAST five people waiting.
She should have apologized and give me the other coffee without me having to get in line a second time. Maybe?
Finally, I had found a convenient DD to get started in the morning before going into work but I was wrong. I refuse to go back there when that lady is present.
Too bad…
I hope the manager of that DD reads this…

Unfortunately this is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. Its always clean, no insects frying around, friendly staff, and always a well stocked shelf of my favorite Maple Frosted donuts with lots of thick icing.
My problem is the, «Ice Coffee Decaffeinated». For some reason it seems that no one is interested in making a good cup of decaffeinated coffee for us non-​caffeine drinkers. It either taste like milk and tea with a hint of coffee flavor or it’s a hearty bold, robust, bitter tasting coffee that is too harsh to drink.
Overall you deserve all 5 stars but until you complete the entire package, 2 stars is how I feel, especially on Monday morning. Sorry!!!

Solid DD. I’m a Starbucks person but have no problem stopping by when I’m near and need coffee. Always clean and employees are always nice. Can’t ask for more.

Did you know they have chai tea lattes?! Glad to see they’ve expanded beyond coffee! This Dunkin’ is fairly new, so it feels sparkly and was fast and accurate. Bonus points: there’s a parking lot!

This brand new DD on Madison is so convenient for me. Friendly staff always great me with a smile. Coffees always fresh. Nice & clean.

This DD location is awesome. 4 blocks from the United Center, has parking, it’s clean, the employees are friendly, they offer a 10% Four Square discount when you check in and most importantly, it’s right next door to my building.
However, I can only give 4 stars because this isn’t a DD/​Baskin Robbins combo location. The same company owns both, why wouldn’t they take advantage of a key location on Madison/​Ogden and all that was mentioned above. There is still room to slightly expand, PLEASE do it.

Was there for their preview night for friends and families. Store looks great and even the store design is excellent. Had a turkey and cheddar sandwich which was excellent. The crew is well trained and will definitely be able to handle large crowds. Given the great location this will be a very busy store. This store even has a parking lot and is just minutes from the United Center.
