Executive Sports & Fitness Center

I am admittedly a gym whore. In my time I have belonged to Bally’s, Lifetime Fitness, YMCA, Xsport etc etc which is why I know exactly what I need in a gym versus what looks good. The people from executive came to my company a few years ago when they first opened and offered a special rate to our employees. I went over there and was unimpressed. However, they have done significant remodeling since and so upon their second visit here I decided to check it out. The gym itself is modest but seems to have enough equipment that even during lunch hour the place is not overly crowded. They have a basketball court which seems to be popular with the men and then classes held in a small studio. I have attended many of the classes and have been impressed with them all. They purposely run only 45 minutes with the executive worker in mind. The locker rooms are very nice and include all the amenities, towels, shampoo, deodorant etc. The locker room are a little small but workable. Over all I really like this gym and the convenience really helps motivate me. The staff are very friendly and the instructors are brutal (in a good way!).
