Worst customer service EVER!!! I had to return a pair of suits that I purchased online, and they refused refund my money. I walked into the store and was greeted rather warmly, until I said I needed to my refund. The«store manager» walked up to me, took one look at me and said I cannot refund this. I asked why, he said he doesn’t know how much the purchase was because my package receipt did not have the cost of the suit. I said, well please call the company because they can tell you. He proceeds to tell me the headquarter are probably closed because there was a snowstorm, but he called anyway, spoke the the rep, gave them my order number and said oh I just want to be sure he isn’t getting more than he purchased. Then he hangs up and looks at me and said, well sir, I do not know how much the purchase was for, so im going to need a bank statement to prove you purchased the suits. I was so irate, but I said, well I can go online and show you but can I used your computer… this jerk then lies and says, well unfortunetlely we do not have the Internet here. I said, wow, ok, well I will go home and print it out and come back, and he goes on to say, well, you cannot come back today because the store manager is not in and she will be in tomorrow. I was so livid I took my suits and stormed out… I went to the jos a. Banks on Madison street in the Citibank building and they were able to refund my money in 5min without any 3rd degree questions or any form of obstruction. Avoid the lasall st location at all costs. They are disgusting and incredibly unhelpful.

I think this is meant to be Jos A Bank… but any who silk sweaters $ 27! This place usually has really good deals and high quality clothes. The staff is always very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend if you need a gift for a guy.
