Went here right after work, pulled up to drive through and the guy was like «we only have chicken tonight» … I’m sorry isn’t this KFC? Kentucky… Fried …Chicken? Lmao. he was rude and rushed to take my order. It took him 20 minutes then I had to go back because he got it wrong! Every time I go here, I end up angry over something dumb they did! Don’t waste your time! Worst KFC possible!

This location is super, super slow inside and drive thru. There’s always long lines. The last time I was there, the customer in front of me had been waiting almost an hour for her food and I waited almost that also. Alot of the times my order was wrong and I had to return back several times. NEVER AGAIN!

Place is dirty and service is slow. Order a chicken bucket and all the chicken wax fried to the bone. I used to go all the time now will never step foot in there. Definitely not recommend.

If I could give this shit hole zero stars I would. First, the cashiers had to go back and forth to get me my change because the computers weren’t working.uhm.what? Then my boyfriend was ordering and the guy was like «we don’t have any original» and thats what my boyfriend really wanted so he asked if they were going to make any more any time soon, and the guy behind the counter was like «NO» very curtly and RUDE AS HELL. This guy had a stick up his ass the whole time he was there. Don’t ever EVER go here, if you’re hungry go right next door to Mr. Beefs or even Wendys! Much more courteous staff and they actually HAVE the food they advertise on their menu. I hate this KFC.

Takes forever here! They also neglected to give us sauce for tenders. They also screwed up my order I ordered mashed potatoes and that it was on the receipt but when I got home they gave me potato tenders. Not sure why they kept this one open when they closed the Park Ridge one where they were nicer and more efficient

They always seem to be out of chicken with a 20+ minute wait whenever the kids are asking for KFC. 720pm on a Friday I was told it would be 23 minutes to get chicken. Really? On a Friday evening? It has been 23 minutes and it seems the kitchen is imploding and a lobby full of customers is fuming.

I don’t like that when I order the boneless white meat chicken, I get thighs. I do not eat thighs, and never have in my life. When I order white meat, and pay, that is what I want to find when I get home to eat it.
Twice I had to give the food away, and spend more money online ordering. The third time I went back, I said make sure you give me white meat chicken, and not thighs. I said it twice.
The girl at the counter spoke to the people in the kitchen about it. Finally one of the cooks came out and said he would try to give me boneless white meat and not thighs.
Try?
He admitted that when the chicken is floured, because it is boneless, they can’t tell which pieces are which, so they guess at which is white meat.
How about after you flour the thighs, you throw them in a bin labeled thighs, and do the same for a bin labeled white meat? Simple, no?

Just glazing over some of the other reviews, I see that I am not alone in my complaints of this particular KFC location. I have tried to give this place a chance, but like the Cubs… they have repeatedly let me down.
One time I had to wait over 5 minutes for a boneless piece for my KFC Go Cup. This was at 6 pm, in the middle of dinner rush. I would think that you would anticipate a high order volume order at around this time and adjust.
This has happened to me 3 times at around the same time. One time, they ran out of honey mustard dipping sauce… seriously??? This has to be bad management… and that is just unfortunate. I love KFC, but I seriously avoid this location.

The worst KFC I have every every been to! I happen to love KFC thats why I gave this one another chance a year after the first time I went there, and guess what no change. This place is just o bad they are terribly slow, I mean KFC is fast food 40 min wait for a bucket of chicken that is just crazy and they have been very rude to me each time I have been there, please fire everyone at this location and hire a staff and manager that know what there doing, I WONT BE BACK

I know its KFC so they deserve a one star review just for that. Not so! First off I went through the drive thru at this location. First I try and order mashed potatoes as a side they tell me they are out. Then they offer me cole slaw I say ok. They then inform me they are out of coleslaw. I then say ok give me the corn ok they have that good I figure. I then try to order 2 extra biscuits opps they are out of biscuits they inform me. What isn’t the biscuit the KFC staple? So they we out of everything essentially and it was not even close to closing time. Horrid employees at this location. They were not even sorry about it nor did they offer me a discount on my order of what I really didn’t want.

Its a KFC. You’ll be happy if you dont get food poisoning. I have be coerced by drunk people to bring them here. Then I have to wait while they make the food thats not under their warmers rotting away. Hooray!

This place is insane! Me and my friends went in there one day and the people behind the counter were very odd. I swear if I didnt know any better i would say it was a hidden camera show. The lady taking the orders was yelling at everyone in the back making the food and the guy handing out the food was a flamer. He offered me more then what i had ordered. if you get what im saying

I like this place they have never messed up my order
the store clerk is allways cheerful when you order their food
Once i was double charged on my credit card i came in the next day and they took care of it without problem
