Save your money and go someplace else. I was enticed by the low prices, and wanted to save a few dollars instead of going to my regular Chinese place that delivers. I just ordered delivery tonight and really regret it. The Mongolian beef was definitely old, stale and mushy. The dish was as tasteless as the beef fried rice. The eggrolls were just a mushy mess of store-bought quality, frozen eggrolls. The fried rice was tasteless even though it was the super dark color of soy sauce. I thought I’d try to save money and get my food delivered faster than my regular places in Chinatown. I didn’t get my food faster… it took an hour to get the food delivered, and I actually saved a whole whopping $ 4 from my regular places that I usually get Chinese delivery from. I will never go to King Wok again. Anyone that thinks this is good food is either young(and hasn’t had the experience to know good or even decent Asian food) or your benchmark for decent restaurant food is found in your grocer’s freezer section. Do yourself a favor. Pay a little extra to go someplace else because even the low prices here don’t justify really bad, stale and tasteless Chinese food!

The food is good but the service was horrible. I will keep this short and tell you that I had the female cashier at this location tell a racist joke about Black men right in front of me and then she tried to tell me not to be offended. If you believe in human rights and not discriminating against anyone, you should avoid this restaurant.

Amazing Chinese place to go. Their orange chicken, crab rangoons, chow mein are delicious. Not to mention they also have deilivery service and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend them 5star+++++++

The food was very fresh and hot. The place was clean. The portions of the lunch specials were HUGE for $ 6.75!!! And the special runs all day long and not just lunch time which was awesome :) great food for a great price! Overall very nice experience!!! I will definitely return :)

King Wok service is entirely rigorous. Another Unilocaler commented that this location remove off knowledgeable waiters from the other locations of Barnaby’s and it shows. They are informal with the menu and don’t ask dense questions; they just want to make sure you get what you want. My order was simple since it was what was on the menu without any flair — just the grilled King Wok burger, all the way, and with the fries. My dining companion required extensive moderation and substitutions which led to a game of more than 20 questions. However the pair of servers were lead the process, Good service

Received horrible service at lunchtime. It took 45 minutes for an order of potstickers and eggrolls. Asked a couple times if maybe they lost my order, and was assured that no it was coming right up. Besides the awful amount of time for my food, I don’t know if it was the manager or the delivery driver but a heavily tatted out employee would not stop verbally abusing and just berating every single other employee there. Not cool.

My go-to chinese delivery place. I’ve had chicken and steak fried rice, Governor’s, sesame, and kung pao chicken, pot stickers, and Mongolian beef here. The fried rice is pretty tasty, as are the other chicken dishes. I didn’t love the Mongolian beef though. The pot stickers are a tasty, thick shelled version. I love them. Delivery is often faster than quoted(on grubhub) and the one time they made a mistake with my order, I called to tell them and they sent a replacement dish. Almost always a good experience!

Starting to make mistakes. On the previous visit I ordered the orange chicken and they forgot to put the rice in the bag so i had to go back inside. So tonight on the way to work i was trying to call in and the lady was almost incoherent re-asking questions she already asked me. I was almost to the restaurant so i said i will just order when i arrive, i was kinda of unhappy about that. I arrived and its obvious she is doing way too much multi-tasking. Add salt to the wound by the fact there were three male employees sitting aimlessly behind the counter to the left of her. The food is good but with success it looks like they may be starting to take customer service for granted. I ended up grabbing a sub from the empty subway next door.

New building and facility. Digital lcd tv menu. Kitchen open so you can see if they running clean operation. Food is amazing and people work there understand anything, everything you tell them if you want substitute vegetables for other veg. Reason for 4 star is quality and quantity… fried rice is amazing…

I am really disappointed with this order. Ordered the shrimp fried rice, ribs and vegetable egg foo young. The fried rice had no taste, and looked as though it was refried as the color of the rice was very dark. Could have at least put medium shrimps instead of the tiny overcooked ones in the rice. The ribs were swimming in a very sweet oily bbq sauce and were mostly bones. The vegetable egg foo young had large sized veggies(big chunks of green pepper and broccoli). Smaller pieces would have been better, plus it was half cooked. Never again, I was beginning to really like this place. Ugh

King Wok is my go-to spot for Chinese delivery. Love their Orange Chicken. Big pieces, great sauce, perfect crispness. Not a big fan of their egg rolls though.

For the speed and the price this is hands down the best Chinese in the area. It can get busy and the delivery time can be a little longer than you would expect, but that’s with any place. I’ve never gotten oily food or food that isn’t fresh. I liked everything I ordered from this place. I recommend the spicy basil beef. I custom order it with no onions and green peppers but add broccoli and pea pods, delicious!!!

King Wok provides an excellent delivery experience. Our order arrived faster than expected and every menu option we picked was delicious. Past experiences with similar restaurants tends to set the bar very low for delivery service. This restaurant did a much better job than we could have expected. The food was all extremely hot and prepared with fresh ingredients. The order was exactly what had been asked for over the phone and even the delivery guy was polite and friendly. We ordered a variety of menu options, but the crowd favorites were definitely the tender teriyaki beef sticks and the tasty sesame chicken. The honey garlic wings and spicy basil chicken were also a fantastic choice. You really cannot go wrong ordering a meal from King Wok.

When you are out on a business trip, you wont expect too much from unassuming locations and decent restaurants. The first day I had Pad Thai and BBQ ribs for delivery to my Hotel. It was pretty good. The second day I had Bourbon chicken and crab rangoon. It was still pretty good. The price was right, and delivery was fast. Was quite happy that my needs were fulfilled at this down to earth place.

‘Gourmet Chinese’ — childish hubris Oily. VERY. SERIOUSLY. OILY. More like chinese-food flavored OIL. Oil soup with a light dusting of food particulates. A bio-dieselists dream-come-true Eggrolls that are translucent and dripping with oil. General Tso’s chicken that is swimming in oil. Chicken chow mein that was actually lo-mein was a soup of oil. Pan fried noodles that were indeed just oil flavored flaccid strings. Summary: Pros: OIL Cons: OIL May we also suggest: OIL Customers who bought this item also bought: OIL Netflix rating: OIL This is Daniel Plainview’s favorite: OIL MSG too. Inedible yet combustible.

First, let me set expectations: this isn’t gourmet. It’s cheap delivery Chinese food. Sorry, King Wok. This is our go-to place for delivery Chinese. It’s reliably good, and they send a ridiculous amount of food(you’ll have leftovers for sure). It’s not what we would get if we went to Chinatown and knew where to go, but I can leave my pajama pants on for this. I’ve only ordered through GrubHub, if that matters. I probably should get on just calling them directly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Do not waste your time with this place. There are too many options out there for speedy, tasty delivery and this is not one of them. I placed my order, waited an hour and a half, called the restaurant to verify status. They told me that my order would arrive in 10 – 15 minutes…2 hours and 40 minutes later I called Grubhub. Grubhub found out that the employee that took my order had left for the day and never placed my order. Why should that be my problem? I should have read the other Unilocal reviews. A roach leg, a band-aide…never a good sign.

Not sure what happened but the food has become very basic. The basil chicken dish I loved is now average. I waited until I tried it 3 times before updating my review here. Probably a coincidence but they also moved from plastic take out containers to styrofoam. The smoothies are still good.
