Great service and products. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the right fireplace insert to suit our needs. The installers did an excellent job from start to finish — taking care to handle our furnishings, cleaning up afterwards, having an artistic flare while setting-​up the logs to look like an realistic fire. I highly recommend A1 Stoves.

There are probably not enough kind words or gratitude that I could give this company! We chose A-​1 Stoves for a new wood burning stove and complete installation. We knew NOTHING about wood stoves or the install process. Their entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. From the honest opinion on what kind of stove we needed, to the walk through and the install, they did not disappoint. We have a three story house and the overall install of the chimney was not easy. They made us feel safe and secure in the hands of professionals! They even offered in house financing; this was a life saver for us! We got to have the benefits of the wood stove and use the money that would have gone to purchase propane to pay off the stove and install, in one winter the stove had paid for itself. I would HIGHLY recommend A-​1 Stoves!

They were able to deal with fixing a faulty install from the builder of our track home. The new insert works as promised and looks great. They arrived on time, cleaned up their mess and were great to deal with. Not sure what the previous review of just «decent» was about! We would rate them far above just decent.
