While the burrito isn’t cheap you do get a hefty product. With assembly line food prep similar to Chipotle customers can choose from a wide selection of ingredients to customize their menu item. The menu is also simplified making it so you dont get bogged down trying to decide what to order. I’ve honestly never been disappointed. Also the hot sauce is awesome.

I love this place and their quesadillas! I always get a steak quesadilla if I go here, it’s super filling, I never can finish it. I wish their chips were more salty but I’m a salt addict… :P great place to eat if you want simple Mexican food

Delicious food, fast service. Try the machaca(shredded beef). Better than Chipotle, and has cabbage and delicious hot sauce. They don’t charge extra for avocado, which is rare! The only thing I wish they had is the fajita vegetables!

The service was nice. The food was way to bland for me and they don’t have guacamole, I was very disappointed I will not go back there again.

My husband and I just had lunch here for the first time and our food was ok, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. It was a typical faux Mexican place with somewhat fresh ingredients. That being said, I have to say that their food is WAY overpriced for what you’re getting. We had a vegetarian quesadilla and a bean burrito with two sodas and our lunch was $ 22. To me, $ 22 is a little steep for two tortillas, a little cheese, some beans and two sodas. We will definitely not be eating there again.

Love me some Burrito Bandito. Been eating their food since they opened in Redding years ago. Fresh and fast food that isn’t as salty as Chipotle or as bland as Aca Taco. My husband loves taquerias and taco trucks, I won’t eat food from truck so this is one place we can both agree upon.

The chicken quesadilla I had was amazing. Maybe not $ 8 amazing, but it was good. «Then why are you giving them a 2⁄5 rating?» You might ask. Well, at 8:13 pm(they close at 8:30 pm), my young daughters and I walked out of the bathroom and slipped on the floor which had been flooded with cleaner. I had to catch my 5-year-old from falling on her bum. There was still ten people in the restaurant, and a girl was mopping the floors flooded in cleaner. We were wearing flip flops, and not only slipped, but our flip flops were filled with cleaner… there really was that much covering the entire floor. There was one orange cone that said«wet floor,» but it was GROSSLY neglectful because the floor was flooded with cleaner. I wasn’t just«wet.» Mop the floor when the restaurant closes! You can’t tell me dumping cleaner all over the linoleum and mopping 15 min before close is acceptable.

Burrito Bandito is great! They have fresh food everday, and they are the speediest in helping anyone get through the line. What I really like, other than the great people, is the extra avacado! That’s amazing. :)

Groooosssss… I was in yesterday evening and ordered a burrito. The employee that was making my burrito did not put the tortilla on protective wrap, he was sliding it down the table letting the tortilla absorb whatever juices were spilled over. Part of it was hanging over the edge, I couldn’t even focus because it was so disgusting. I am pretty sure that this is cross contamination and definitely a health code violation. I advise you to not go here, absolutely disgusting food and overpriced!

The staff were very friendly. The location is very convenient. But the prices are way over blown and the food isn’t great. Last night my husband and I both ordered the beef that was so full of fat and gristle we couldn’t eat it. At those prices you would expect they could afford to buy decent meet!

I’m transgender. the moment I walked through the door one of the male employee started laughing at me immediately. He then went into the back of the store when I heard him call another employee to look at me. The two of them walked out with big grins on their face and stared at me. One approached me to ask an unnecessary question about my order to disguise their intentions. They then both walked into the back again and started talking about me again while laughing. This kind of disrespect is blatant discrimination and if it happens again I’ll report the store to the better business bureau. I entered the store at 4:00pm on Friday the 17th.

Weird flavoring. Overpriced. Have given this place the benefit of the doubt PLENTY of times. Not going back. Gross.

Yeah I come here all the time its decent and does not make me sick like some trucks do. They have their hot food line in front of customers is great. Love the burritos and thats all I get. Have selection of independent hot sauce bottles up for purchase as well.

The pollo burrito I ordered was well prepared right in front of me. Fresh ingredients, authentic atmosphere, but the employees could be slightly more enthusiastic. Good place to come for a quick Mexican cuisine fix, but nothing like a taco truck on the side of the road.

First walking in, the place didn’t seem too great, different colored chairs and a bunch of cliché decorations. The menu needs more items and meats, so far it only has shredded beef, chicken, steak, and green sauce chicken. They need some Al Pastor and chorizo in there. The burritos aren’t too shabby though, but try not to get the sauce; it’s very sour. Other than those factors, it’s not a bad place to go, and while you’re there, make sure to try their waiver hot sauces. Those suckers pack a real punch!

Their food is ok, I compare it to Chipotle. They have tons of sauces to add. Watch out. They can be very hot.

Eh the burrito was okay. Just okay. Skip the taco. Quick and clean food environment. Salsa bar was okay. Went to the same chain in red bluff a few years back and I remembered it being tastier.

I’m from out of town so I can tell the truth. Their food is over priced and I’ve had a lot better. $ 3.25 for a taco is too much. They even charge $ 1.79 for a basket of chips. I read a review where someone wrote they have a larger selection of salsa than Chipotle but they don’t. When I stopped in they only had 3 selections of salsa: mild, medium, and hot. When food is over priced and not very good, the perception is there is no value. P. S. — Some idiot also wrote that McDonald’s owns Chipolte, which is not true.

We go here once a week. Very kids friendly and the burritos are big enough to split. Avocado is free but they’ve reduced it down to about ¼ an avocado versus more if you were to pay. Make sure to order the shredded beef. The chicken is not as good as Chipotle’s
