A friend told me about this place like it was a Holiday Inn Express. It says it’s under new management and renovated, if so I cannot tell. I have insomnia and was hoping for a nice quiet place to be. It’s loud, people are shouting everywhere, the manager is not here due to a death in the family. Sad, because the room we’re in his as bad if not worse than Safari Inn. Nobody could tell me the WiFi code. regencyinnchico I figured it out myself and cannot recommend one bit! Couldn’t sleep because of the bedbugs and roaches!

Had no other options & turned to this place. Stay in your car!!! BUGS! Blood stains on the floor, wads of hair on the sink, curtains ripped down, filthy floors, furniture chewed on & falling apart, gaps in the doorway big enough for an opossum to fit through… absolutely f*cking disgusting. I’ve stayed in nicer places in Tijuana. Meth heads were scurrying around outside and the attendant looked like one too. The whole scene was like something out of Requiem for a Dream. Go ANYWHERE else but here!

Hands down the grossest motel I have ever stayed at. 110 bucks and we can’t even shower. Roaches in plain sight. It was graduation/​Memorial day weekend and we had an emergency and had to be in Chico. Drove 10hrs from Orange County and took the only available room. We were gouged and sickened. Stay in your car over this disgusting place.
