Came in for a simple fix, swapping some SIM cards, was in and out in under twenty minutes. Eduardo was the one who helped me and he was awesome. Will definitely be my go to T-​Mobile store.

Went to T-​Mobile on Friday afternoon. I was immediately met by Xia. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed several different plans that would meet my needs. Xia was also very helpful with what type of device I need, tablet or hotspot. Once I decided on the hotspot, I was out the door in 15 minutes. However, because of my location the «service area» was not very strong. My new device was not going to work for me. The next morning (Saturday) I returned my device to Xia. There was «no hassle» returning my hotspot. The customer service was awesome!

Friendly and efficient. On Black Friday, we were done with a complicated transaction in 15 minutes. They were helpful and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t want.

5 stars for Chris! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered at their store, specifically the Samsung products. I was being extremely and annoyingly indecisive about choosing between the Note 4 and Galaxy 6, and he remained patient throughout all the back and forth and all my questions. And he helped me pick the perfect phone! I’m happy with my decision. (So far) lol
My sister overheard his colleagues making fun of me for taking so long, and saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. That’s cool, but if I’mma be paying $ 700+ CASH for a new phone that I’mma use consistently for a significant amount of time. I have every right to take my sweet ass time at your store contemplating a decision! Just saying.
