LOVE all the employees! From the time I’ve been going, there hasn’t been one rude one. They are all helpful and strike up convo’s when I’m waiting for a room. They keep the rooms neat and clean and their tanning salon that way/​They’ve all been super friendly every time I come in. I spend $ 25 a month for Level 2 unlimited tanning and I always use the stand up :) I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I honestly have no clue how this place has earned all 5 stars. First off, their beds are second-​rate. Even the level II, which are supposed to be better, are not up to par in any way. The stand-​up beds always have trash under them and they only have one lay-​down. Then there’s the staff… they are pretty much incompetent and I am shocked that the manager, whom I have yet to see step into the building, ever hired them. They cannot communicate whatsoever. There is always a wait for level II beds, and yeah that’s fine considering they’re the only average ones worth using, but you can’t even make an appointment without waiting for 10 minutes because the staff is apparently so disorganized that they allow someone to take the bed in an inappropriate amount of time. Of all the times I attempted to make appointments and was forced to wait, I figured that there would be some element of customer service and maybe they offer an extra tan on your membership or something, but they can’t even do that.

This is a rather new business in Chico, and I was curious to check it out. I’ve been going to another tanning salon for a few years and was increasingly disappointed in the miserable people working the front desk, and cleanliness of the beds.
On the other hand, this salon has all new beds and is extremely well maintained. The staff is very knowledgeable on tanning products and skin care. I asked some specific questions on recommended tingle lotions and they had them answered right away. Its not often you find staff knowing all their products, but I was definitely impressed.
Price is below the average in Chico, and like I said, all new tanning equipment.
I highly recommend this establishment.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’ve been searching for a new tanning salon ever since I stopped going to California Sun so today I went into the electric lounge and was helped by a young girl named Hayley. She was so friendly and so informative! Most girls who work in tanning salons are usually stuck up (from my past experiences) but she was so nice and she gave me so much information about all the beds especially the red light bed, she showed me around and everything! The salon is extremely clean and one of the nicest ones I’ve been in. The prices are unbeatable! I am so happy that I found this place I am going to tell all my friends that they need to check it out ASAP!

This place is by far my favorite place to tan. Reasonable prices for unlimited tanning. There’s no contract to sign which is a winner for me. The staff and owner are very friendly and always keep me satisfied with my tans. I like the environment and the different effect this tanning place has compared to every other tanning place in town. The theme is awesome and I love the decorations they have too. Very unique. I would definitely recommend this tanning place, you won’t be disappointed! Very clean and sanitized too!

Went to this tanning salon for the first time today since I am new to the area. Because I am new, I went to several salons to do a compare/​contrast. This one was the best overall. The place is brand new, so it is VERY clean and the décor is really nice too. The guy working there was kind and helpful on top of that, so it was a good experience. There are no contracts and the unlimited monthly tanning is only $ 25! Moving from Sacramento, where the monthly tanning is about $ 50, I was so surprised that a place this nice was such a good price. All-​in-​all, I highly recommend this place to others in the area. I signed up today!

Got a free red light therapy session. Almost fell asleep… super relaxing. The only thing that could have made it better would have been the owner in bed with me… meow! That guy is hot!!! Back to my review, the place is aesthetically pleasing, super clean. Give it a shot. I am pretty sure they beat everyone in town, in relation to cost… well, price and everything else!

Love this place. Great people, they are knowledgeable and have a red light bed. I would recommend this place to everyone.
