They suck. They really suck. They always suck. Drive thru is where the dumbest person works in the store. Every ordered meal there is always wrong. I hate them. They don’t give you a receipt, so you can’t go, back to complain. AVOID the drive thru. This way you can see if they complete your order correctly. Drive thru employee is flat out dumb. So stupid.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here in April… on my birthday(ate there the night before). Looked up the health report and found that they passed but violations were for incorrect holding temperatures. Also found out they had a B rating some time before. I can never eat at a KFC again.

I wish I couldn’t give 1 star but it won’t let me give zero due to waiting almost 10 minutes for the one person in front of us to place a relatively simple order that came to $ 23.00. When we walked in there was no one in the dining room and it was smoky like they just burned something. Plenty of workers runny around but after the counter person finished the woman in front of us order. She didn’t even look at us just waved her hand in the air and walked towards the back saying«I’ll be back». Ten minutes later she still had not come back my husband looked at me and said lets go. So we did! Super disappointed to have been treated that way! What has happened to KFC? The customer service was horrible and the inside was dirty. Very sad. I have always loved KFC, but I will not go back so they have lost a customer.

Wtf. No REAL Chicken!!. Twice now I have gone to this location and twice i have been told there is a 35min wait for real original chicken. Would I like some grilled? Hell no!!! I want real skin with real bones. Would rather eat a super Mcnugget then grilled processed replica nyatery spam meat. What’s the point of Kentucky Fried Chicken when they don’t even keep on order«original»???

I will never go back to KFC anymore. Twice in a row that they got my order wrong and such a poor customer service. Definitely need to get better team for customer service. I tried to call to speak with the manager and went straight to fax. Hopefully the district will read this and improve their service. Very disappointing!

The food and prices were ok but there are flies everywhere. Literally, I could count like 4 just on the window next to me and there were quite a few more around the rest of the dining area. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I went to this location since it happened to be on my way home and I ordered the 20 piece meal. I didn’t look at the reviews because I never had a problem at any other KFC’S before today. When I got home the chicken they gave me was very dry like it was sitting out for hours. I should have realized that was probably the reason the parking lot and drive thru was empty even though it was dinner time. I will not go to this location every again. This is the same reason for the other bad reviews on this site and I guess they don’t care to fix the issue

Every time I buy food here they get my order wrong, and I asked for sauce and I didn’t get it either. Sad they can’t get the little things right. Hope they pay better attention in the real world.

My entire family got food poisoning from the coleslaw the team in serving been sick for 2 days now and I can’t get a hold of them do not go to that KFC you’ll get sick you’ll get sick. When we put the coleslaw to our mouths we got a funny feeling and we stopped eating it but now we haven’t been able to eat anything for Dana half stay away from that place. They must have lazy employees that are falling proper procedure that got a sick and I can’t even get ahold of them.

My husband and I have lived in Chino Hills for over 20 years, in those years since our KFC opened we have enjoyed take out dinners often, however in the past two or three years the quality of the food has gone steadily down hill, and the orders either have an item missing or the order is wrong, Last night we bought a 3 piece meal and a chicken finger meal, which were not«finger lick’n good,» in fact the meat was dry and appeared to have been cooked a few days prior, it was defiantly not freshly prepared. We will take our business to another chicken restaurant in the future even though it means driving further. If I knew how to contact the people that oversee the franchise here in Chino Hills I would make them aware, but I do not so I will just post this here on Unilocal,in the hopes that the people at KFC in our town get the message.

I had not been to a kfc in awhile so I was excited to come here. I placed my order w a certain level of difficultly as the drive thru speaker was not working correctly. I got the summer meal which included 8 pieces, 2 sides, 4 biscuits, and half of gallon of lemonade. The girl said they ran out of the gallon but would two large cups be fine. I told her it was fine. As I waited for my food, I heard her bitching to a co worker about a rude customer not being happy with the fact that they forgot to include something in her order. That should have been a warning! Suffice it to say, when I got home, they forgot to include my biscuits. Then to come on to Unilocal and read other Unilocalers comments about this kfc not completing orders… disappointing. The universe way of telling me I had no business eat at kfc * just noticed the girl did not give me back my debit card… ugh, now I have to go back. Horrible

Don’t come here. Slow everything . Food was cold, I asked for no pickles and it taste like they just took it off the sandwich so not fresh. Asked for extra sauce got none. Ice tea was water down and had no ICe in it. Really horrible worst fast food place in chino hills.

Beware of incomplete orders at drive-thru because this the second time I come and the first time they missed 4 pieces on a twelve piece order and when I called they made it seem like they didn’t believe me and I complained online and they told me that they would send me a 5 dollar gift card which never got there. Second time around, they missed the biscuits for my 8 piece meal. Ridiculous!!!

The service here was great! The cashier took our order and gave us food. The food also tasted good(I love me my fried chicken). I ordered the crispy chicken and regretted it instantly(I think the original tastes better). Okay, this place gets 3 stars because the location is old. This KFC is run-down, forreal. The ambiance isn’t fresh, and KFC can’t really pull it off(it’s not a delicious run-down Mexican restaurant, after all!). I feel strange eating in here.

I like KFC, but not this one. I wanted the advertised special of wings, chicken and 2 sides. After the cashier basically told me the ad does not exist and I’m lying, even when I showed the ad, the shift manager said they are a franchise and did not honor such ads. It’s funny that the web site includes this site with their ad.

Seriously I’m the first review. This place has been here as long as I can remember. I feel honored. Okay now for the low down. The food is consistent with other KFC locations which is a good thing. They keep the place nice and tidy. And they have a young friendly staff. I’d recommend this location. After struggling for words in this review, I now completely understand why I’m the first. Biscuits are the bomb here but you already knew that.

The cashier that«helped» last night really needs to check her attitude and she constantly rolled her eyes at us. We weren’t being difficult at all. It was a simple order: 12 piece family meal and our sides of choice were 2 mashed potatoes and 1 cole slaw. This girl acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. We then also wanted a dozen cookies and she was quick to say«we don’t have any» and walked away. Safe to say that customer service isn’t one of her strengths…

Ok, this will be my first one star review. I must say this one is a bummer to write. I love KFC once in while. I used to eat lunch at this KFC2 to 3 times a week for a number of years. The service was fast and the food was always top notch(for fast food that is). Then it started to decline. Not sure why, but over the course of the last 5 to 7 years it has gone bad, very bad. Recently I decided to give them one more chance. The final trip started bad before walking in. Hanging boldly in the window was a «B» rating from the health dept. I know it takes quite a bit of infractions to get a «B» or a few major ones. I wanted it to be better, so I ignored my better judgement. We each ordered a two piece with assorted sides. I also got some chicken littles. It seemed like it was taking forever. I hung out around the resisters for quite a while staring at my food sitting on the counter getting cold. I never did figure out what they were waiting on. So needless to say the food was cold once at the table. The original recipe pieces were well past their prime. The outside skin was soggy and fell off the chicken as you brought it to your mouth. The coleslaw was 50% liquid in the bottom, again… Past it’s prime. The Mac and cheese was off. Not sure if it was spoiled but it did not taste good. The littles were in-edible. The bread bag for the buns must have been left open. Which in turn left one end of each as tough as shoe leather. If the bad food was not bad enough, the facility was in horrible repair. The dining room had a musty smell. I looked, and it appeared there was a leak from rain at one point. The moldy ceiling tile was still there as well as some evidence of a long term leak. When we sat down it was obvious the floors had not been cleaned properly for some time. You could not hold your feet in one spot, they just slid around on the greasy floor. It was disgusting. The final straw was part way through my meal. I needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was gross. To make matters worse the soap dispenser was empty and the hand towels was also empty. As I exited there was an employee waiting to use the bathroom next. I watched him enter and exit and then go back to food prep. At NO point did he return to take care of the lacking supplies or send anybody to fix the situation. AND since he faced the same conditions I did, it means he went right back to food prep with restroom dirty hands! That was enough. I tried. I really tried. I like KFC and will continue to eat it. Just not from this one. Not ever. It was interesting a few days later I found out it was for sale. Maybe the new owner will restore the quality and cleanliness of its former glory.

I always have a good experience here. The other reviewers didn’t have a good experience, but I’ve always been happy with this place. Its odd that so many KFC locations get bad reviews. The workers are usually in a hurry because they support each other with the drive thru, perhaps that’s what so many find disagreeable.
