Love the women who work here. Went to Victoria Gardens to make a return and they told me if I didn’t buy it there I couldn’t return it. Came back to the Chino store and I was welcomed when I walked in and explained they left the electronic device on, they helped me AND gave me my full credit Always the most awesome ladies there and instead of chatting with each other they chat with the customer. I live In Rancho now but will not return to Victoria Gardens

This place is Great. My wife loves it. And the customer service is excellent. Very clean and professional. Just needs seats where the husbands can sit down.

Store was fairly neat and organized. Customer service was great. I had to return a dress for the correct size… no questions, just even exchange. Employees suggested I look around, I declined. What I liked most, they didn’t push the up sell of anything. They suggested, I declined, and everyone went about their busines.
