Super store, great services, I try super Walmart & party city to find the led lights for my kids, sadly they don’t have it, buuuuuuut, pier 1 got it ! Wow !! I am happy :-)

Pier 1 imports has the most beautiful and most expensive décor. Every item in the store is so beautiful you are afraid to touch it because you don’t want to break it. They carry quality items and have so many things to choose from. Sometimes I can’t find items because the store is a little tight with items so the aisles are pretty slim. Walking through the store pregnant was a little hard to maneuver but I managed. Either was if you are looking for gorgeous décor at a cost this is the place to come!

I was always so intimidated by this store and it’s gorgeous assortment. Finally I came in one day for a house warming party and now I can’t get enough for my home, and actually amazing birthday gifts and office knick knacks.
The customer service is fantastic and the staff is very knowledgable. There are tons of options online too and they can order whatever you need there, conveniently and usually with free shipping.

I absolutely love this store but was shocked with the horrible consumer service I received from the manager Tricia. I purchased a table for 250.00 and a few days later (4 days or so) went back to pick it up and saw it was on sale at 150.00! So obviously I asked for a price match… She was rude, did not help at all and actually gave me a hard time. The only option she gave me was to get a refund and return to the store the FOLLOWING day!!! What kind of service is this!!! My husband offered to pay for it the same day under a different card. She said no!!! So we went back the following morning exactly at 11 am to repurchase and to our surprise she had SOLD it!!! I could go on and on with this story but it wasn’t until I called customer service that I was helped, they were able to price match and get me my table. This store is too High end to have a ghetto manage like her… Get her out of there ASAP!!!

This store is filled to beautiful overprice items that would make the any room gorgeous if you have the money. I found incredible pieces to add to my Christmas decorations but the final cost was high and I did not have an online coupon.
This a store of dreams, or one in a million must have items to complete any décor. The items they sell deserve a 5 rating but the cost vs quality, I gave it a 3.

It’s an okay store. Good place to just look around but buying stuff is expensive here. Just came by to use the online coupon for some small things so that was a good deal.
You might get lucky on their clearance items though.

After looking at many different furniture stores, we stopped by Pier 1 Imports after eating in the area. Pier 1 Imports has some eclectic items and some of them are interesting.
I was shopping for an «Asian» looking cabinet or storage table. I saw an item that I liked here and even drove from the Pasadena Pier 1 Imports store to the Chino one because the Pasadena store didn’t have the same cabinet. However, in the end, the cabinet was slightly too large for the space I was going to use it in, so I ended up not buying it, but it was nice and reasonably priced.

Pier 1 Imports is sort of one of those places that I just like to explore rather than buy from. Honestly, they have some really cool items and some of the things have a unique spin on things. Despite the coolness of everything, it doesn’t compel you to buy it.
Personally, I like things from other home stores but I think Pier 1 Imports has an eclectic sort of taste. If that’s your taste, they it’s definitely your store (:. Plus, I always see that this Pier 1 has sales.
I’d give this store 3 stars but one time the lady wasn’t exactly very welcoming so… there goes one star!
