I’m typing as I chew! Just stop reading this and head over here. It’s worth it! Ordered 2 pescado 2 sonora 2 asada tacos 1 camaron burrito and a combo platter for $ 31 plus $ 1 transaction fee for using a card — suffice it to say me and my zombie are full af :) It’s worth it!

The food here is so yummy, we went in yesterday for dinner cause it was Ash Wednesday, no meat, and didn’t realize that the place was about to close. We walked in and then when I noticed how clean everything was I was like ooh man, they are closed, or closing. Anyway the owner was like don’t worry we’ll serve you. No problem. They didn’t care, I’m sure they were tired and wanted to go home, but still, they served us and we took our order to go of course. We ordered 11 fish tacos and shrimp cocktail. And on our way out the gentleman gave us some fried shrimp, amazing!!! They were so good, we went back today, and probably tomorrow, no meat! :)

After reading the glowing reviews I was expecting more. The food is fine but definately not 5 star. Fish tacos are mediocre at best. Señor Baja’s fish tacos are much better. Just OK.

If you order the burrito, you better be very hungry because they are huge! I had to split a burrito in half with my mom and I still got full. Overall, they are absolutely delicious. I had the shrimp burrito and it was the perfect mix of shrimp(no shell/tail yay!), rice, beans, veggies, and chilies. I’m not a big fan of beans, but the mix in the burrito was just right and not overwhelming. Not too spicy either, just the right amount to leave sparks in your mouth. Flavor aside, the burrito doesn’t crumble. I’m sort of a messy eater but this burrito stayed in place til the very tasty end. My dad had the carne asada burrito and he loved it! And he’s a picky eater when it comes to authentic Mexican food. He said he hasn’t had a genuinely delicious burrito like the ones in Mariscos El Puerto since he lived in Mexico back in the 1980’s! Welp, this was my first time trying their food and I was left impressed. Pretty excited to try more from here. And the price? Beautifully cheap for amazing and comforting food.

This family owned small restaurant is awesome! Seafood here is good! And it’s not expensive and portions are just right. I enjoy the fish tacos and the ceviche I recommend this place to everyone.

Not really anything special. The michelada was simple it tasted like beer with very little tomato juice. The cocktail was small for being a large. The juice was also tasteless. I had to drench it in ketchup to get a taste I’ve had way better at white washed Mexican spots. I though it was gonna be authentic but I was very disappointed. I won’t be coming back.

Huge fan of this place! The price is great and you get a lot, especially if you order the ceviche. I got the combo and it was the perfect amount of sour and salt. Love the flavoring and it’s one of the best Mexican ceviche I’ve had. Pro tip: use the extra tostada chip to scoop up any of the seafood goodiness you drop! They load up the carne asada on the tacos too. Pollo wasn’t as great, but I’m definitely trying the other meats next time!

From the outside of this place, you’d probably think you wound up at an abandoned shack, but once you step in, that whiff of tacos will hit you, and you’ll realize you’re actually in Heaven. That’s basically what happened to me when I first came here. I quickly got out of my taco smell-induced stupor and ordered a carne asada, a shrimp taco, and a fish taco. Service was fast and friendly, and I quickly got my tacos. Holy shit… each one of them was delicious. None of the tacos was too greasy or oily, and I never feel like the fatass that I am after eating here. Everything here is super cheap, too. Come here if you love Mexican food(or basically just food in general).

Best authentic fresh ceviche!!! We love coming here, also their fish tacos are wonderful. If seafood isn’t your thing that’s ok. Because the carne asada has a great marinade on it. Taco Tuesday is pretty awesome. You can’t beat 1.29 tacos.

The best shrimp taco I’ve ever tasted! The fish ceviche, shrimp ceviche and the fish tacos are also fantastic. Don’t let unassuming exterior fool you. This place is a treasure. The service was very friendly. The proprietors obviously take great pride in their food.

Pretty good stuff! Had the tostada de ceviche de camaron, aguachiles, and I tasted my guy’s campechana. We also had micheladas. Everything was good! Those micheladas made me crave them even hours after we left! The aguachiles could have had more flavor and less spice(kinda bitter). But they were still good! Wish the shrimp for the ceviche was not pre-cooked(as opposed to only cooked in lime) but it was still good. All in all I would go back! Minus a star because there is no table service(have to order up front), and because the tables are wobbly. :)

This place is a gem. I went here once before and it wasn’t that great but now they are under new management and it’s fantastic! You wouldn’t expect much from looking at the outside of this place but let the food speak you won’t be disappointed. This isn’t like taco nazo or Baja Fresh where you get mostly batter, here you get more fish and trust me you will make this place your new taco Tuesday place for fish tacos. Their tostadas de ceviche are a must try. They will come with two tostadas, one is just extra but I would use it right under the one that has the ceviche on it already so it won’t fall apart, it’s a trick I picked up while coming here. Their cocktails are not bad it’s more like the basic stuff you get in a cup from Mexico. I am serious you will get it in a cup with crackers. Basic but still refreshing that’s why I recommend the tacos and ceviche that are their specialty. I can’t wait to comeback, I’ve been coming here almost every week.

I was craving ceviche for lunch and found this place on Unilocal. If you can’t find this place just look for the blue building. The staff is really nice here. They don’t speak English too well but they try to help. I ordered the tostada which is pretty much ceviche on a big chip. I wish the combo order was a shrimp and a fish tostada but it was both fish. I went with ordering 1 each anyways. I was being very curious about all the things in her end the man that was making the food let me look at everything and how he made it. Lol so nice of him! The soup had diced veggies and a shrimp at the bottom. Tasted like a veggie soup. He brought out some soup for someone else and I was being curious about that too and he offered to let me try it! ONTHEHOUSE! So sweeeeet of him. He came out with two cups for me and my coworker and this soup was delicious. I’m going to order this everytime I come. The ceviche was really fresh and tangy. Fresh tasting shrimp and fish with diced up cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and cilantro. Topped with avocado too. Just the way I like it. The interior is also really cute. The place is clean. They have a variety of hot sauces on the tables. I would come back often!
