Check your order. I don’t think they have ever gotten a drive through order correct. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s, where they hire better staff.

Stay away. This place is a dump. They have no sgame. Charging more money for same meals

The manager called the cops on my son last night for using my debt card to buy dinner. I sent him to BK to buy burgers and when she saw that it was my card she asked him who’s card that was and he responded «My Mothers.» she told him off, called the cops then REFUSED To give me back MY debit card until the police arrived. Three cop cars, six cops and one security guard later, she reluctantly gives my debit card back, and I leave. This morning I check my account, the idiot cashier that called the cops on my son and refused to give me my card, CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD!!! Guess whos calling the cops now. Its called Fraud.

If I could I would give no stars!!! I went last night & the speaker was messed up the lady who was working was very rude!!! I’m a manager at a restaurant and that is not how to treat yur guests! I know all about customer service and it honestly seems like you all don’t train your employees, I ordered buffalo chicken fries I got the original chicken fries with no dipping sauce because she forgot, she should have checked the order before giving it out!!! Plus her ATTITUDE was a NO NO! I hope she wasn’t yur night manager!

One of the women managers was very rude to me saying I am not allowed to charge my phone and take it off outlet band how it was not ok to do and never to do it again the food was ok The chicken nuggets were already put in a bag so they were not fresh… The frys or warm but not hot…

So i came in to the drive thru ordered a combo #10, two small jr bacon whoppers, the 2 for $ 5 special and small fries with an order of two cookies for $ 1.we arrived at the window and was greeted by a nice older lady… Riley fogort a name…, i gave her my husband’s prepaid gift card and she asked for id… idk why when it didn’t even have a name on it… its a gift card. But was giving me a bit of a hardtime using it. She had to ask the manager for permission to use the dam thing. So we got a green light… everything went smoothly i get my bags and was thanked and a «have a nice day»:) thanks you too… until i got home… gggrrrr they fogort my husbands chicken burger tho –_​_​-​problem on top of problem. Was not a happy camper. But the cashier WAS nice

Today was the first time in years that I had eaten my food inside the restaurant. I wish I had gone through the drive-​thru today. Then I wouldn’t have experienced the self-​serve soda machine where the first FOUR choices I made were all unavailable. Or the ANTS crawling all over the soda machine. Or the little flies that kept landing on my food when I ate. If you absolutely have to eat here, go through the drive-​thru and eat in your car.

extremely slow! if you are looking for fast meal … this is not the place! Soda machine was not working. Orders were not complete. The place was nice like any Burger King

I eat here because it is just down the street from my storage unit. I wanted to try teriyaki chicken sandwich that my wife had last time. They were out of the sauce. I did the fish sandwich as I had a whopper last time. My fish was good. No complaints there. My wife enjoyed a bacon double cheese burger.
On the plus side they have a great soda machine on the minus they were out of several sellections. The service was good. The gal that waited on us was friendly. Our order was out quickly and was hot. My wife asked for a ranch dressing for her fries which was provided free of charge unlike McDonald’s which I reported tried to charge us for. If they would have had teriyaki sauce for the chicken sandwich and the soda machine well stocked they would rated 4 stars easily. The price wasn’t terrible at just under 13 bucks including drinks and tax.

Glad I stopped in rather then drive thru. This is were my sons meal was made. Not I’m good at all and most importantly the place is a mess all dirty I think using hand whips. To get your own drink it’s nasty sticky just over all not a place to come. Don’t get me wrong bk is great when all standards are meet. I hear them playing around as I’m here posting this.

As far as I know, Burger King is the only fast food chain that sells garden burgers (Morning Star).
I was shocked to have seen a veggie burger on their menu under $ 3.50.
The best part, it’s really good!
Gotta give them props for proving other vegetarian options as opposed to just salads.

SO-​SO service, not friendly, not rude. But at least they got my order right :)

My whopper was cold and the lettuce was slimy and gross. Seems like management really doesn’t take pride in what gets pumped out of there.
