Chevron Extra Mile

This station never has receipt paper at the pumps. Drives me crazy that I pay at the pump but have to go inside every time to get a receipt. Replenish the darn paper please!!! I will go elsewhere and so will all my friends who drive for business and have to have those receipts for reimbursement.

Just came in to buy a large cup of hot coffee for a friend. I got 10 creamers and when i went to the register, the lady said she would have to charge me after 2 creams. I told her ive never had that problem before and she said well they should have charged you for creamers after two (ive gone here many times and there has never been signs saying that they would charge you after so many)…
Kinda weird how ive gone plenty of times and i was never charged for creamer and this lady wanted to charge me 30 cents a cream! Super fishy… Hmmm.

I really hated the customer service here before, but now there’s a new face at this location. His name is Allan and I usually see him working pretty late. There was a lady who used to work around his hours and she was very rude and unwelcoming. But Allan is different, greets you when you walk in and always smiling on the job. I love seeing hard working employees like him :)
Also, I just cleaned out my car for 20 minutes around 12pm. Usually, I can’t even think of staying in a gas station for more than 5 minutes because I get scared. But this location is well lit and has a super big gas pumping area, which makes me feel a bit safer.
As for the car wash, I always get the $ 10 one. Makes my car smell like bubbles~
Anyways, I like this location and the one right next to the super walmart in otay.

This gas station has a mid-​sized convenient store and car wash. According to Gas Buddy, it is above average in price compared to other gas stations in the area. It is a suburban gas station located along E H Street. Getting in and out is pretty simple since it has a very spacious layout. Overall, though this Chevron is a lot nicer looking than most stations, the prices aren’t worth it considering you can just go to another Chevron in another part of town or even a cheaper station somewhere in the immediate area.

Garbage ass customer service in the store. Bought wrong pack of cigarettes and upon realizing the mistake (10 minutes) brought it back to the store with the receipt to have it exchanged. The cashier (Angie) said that they don’t do exchanges because it was «California Law»!!! She said, «look it up in the internet». At this point I didn’t know whether to laugh or get pissed. Huh! Never heard of that before! Maybe «store policy» but not quite sure if that’s California law. Nevertheless, decent gas prices but hot ass garbage customer service!

My gf was lower on gas than she realized, and we randomly came across this gas station in the area. Not many cars out late on Christmas night.
