Ordered the Baja chicken wrap and it was soggy when I opened it up and wet all over. Don’t think I will be going back there.

Great subs, the giant sub is the best, sharable. I tried the big kahuna chesse steak and it’s awesome

Sandwich was good but again for a fast sandwich place it needs to go way quicker! Then my order was rang up incorrectly. So I still like my California club sandwich on wheat but… Service isn’t the best! Back again because our school had a fundraiser. I tried a chicken philly sandwich. It was delicious. Our order didn’t take as long but we are the only people in there. Back again because my kids love the sandwiches… And they were tasty but the service here is beyond lacking! My friends prefer had jalapeños put in it however she said no jalapeños. My order took forever because they left off my kids meal. Then to top it off they added mayo to his sandwich when they asked me twice what we wanted on it and each time I said lettuce and bacon only. They also put mayo on my other friends sandwich when she said no mayo. I really like your food but you really need to work on your customer service. It’s a shame. The young blonde gentleman did apologize and he is always friendly. I was so frustrated I even asked for a refund, the sad part about this is the manager working doesn’t seem to care at all. He’s not apologetic at all, he could care less. I always have given a tip but now I will be trying the other location because I’m over the lack of customer service here.

I’ve had good experiences here but last time I went they screwed up my order. I live 15 min away from this location but I was in the mood for some mikes, so was my pregnant wife who wanted a cheesesteak… she’s not a fan of peppers and onions. I ordered 2 sandwiches and hers — I told the person«no peppers and onions» twice! I guess it was my fault that I didn’t check the sandwich when I was there but when I got home my wife opens it and it’s covered with them. It’s not like rocket science to get an order right. Maybe if I had ordered 10. Just check your orders if you can. I was told to sit down and they would bring the sandwich to me bc they make the cold ones right in front of you. I think she may divorce me. Don’t let this happen to you!

I went for the first time and when I mentioned that I got a free«Cookie for a Rookie» which I thought was cute. Friendly staff. Small but clean dining area. I thought the sandwich was okay but nothing amazing. I think I have been spoiled by Jewish delis.

The greatest thing about this particular Jersey Mike’s is the speed, courteous and accurate service. I’ve been here when they were slammed, and it seemed everyone in the zip code wanted a sandwich, and I’ve been when they had time to catch up. At neither time were they rude, messy or inefficient. That’s an impressive thing! Mitchell, Enrique, Jasmine and Jordan(and the rest of the staff whose names escape me) have just made me a loyal customer and I look forward to chatting it up with all of them as they sling out top notch product. Thanks for all the hard work!

Let’s start at the top — Service was amazing, so good I just spent half my lunch typing one handed with the other hand handling a chicken 99. What’s so good about this place? Everyone greets you when you walk in and and not in the zombie«welcome to blablabla» way other businesses greet you without looking at you, these guys look happy to be at work and smile at you when doing so! I always get the same thing and they make sure to ask when they see me coming if it’ll be a chicken 99! These guys have it on lockdown, they make sure to take care of everyone in a fast, efficient and incredibly nice way. Do yourself a favor, go check out the guys over at otay ranch! Not only is it a damn good sandwich, they know what service is about and that is the meaning of making you feel welcome :)

I hadn’t been to Jersey Mike’s in a long time, and I’m glad I came! The guy making my sandwich was very friendly, which is always nice! I got the mini turkey provolone on wheat, and the bread was very soft and tasty! The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have lite mayo. Other than that, thumbs up!!!

Never had Jersey Mike’s until last year but I’ve gone every month ever since.(It helps that it’s right across the street and we get coupons in the mail.) Our faves are the chipotle cheese steak, chicken chipotle cheese steak, chicken bacon ranch, or the club sub if we want a cold sandwhich. They sometimes go crazy with the red and green bell peppers in the cheesesteaks so a lot of times I ask for half the amount. I’m not really a sandwhich person but it beats Subway. Pricier, but you get what you pay for. Good reheated too. You order at the meat counter and they’ll give you a written ticket to take to the cashier. If it’s a hot sub it’ll be ready at the cashier. For cold subs, they’ll arrange it in front of you where you can choose your toppings. The staff are always friendly and the place is always clean.

What is Subway? I use to work at the Best Buy a couple stores down for a couple years and would frequent this Jersey Mikes quite often. I knew how good this place was since I use to go to the one near sdsu after class. My regular sandwich was the #9 Club Supreme, Mikes Way, but with honey mustard instead of mayo. Other notable favorites: Italian, philly, chicken philly, chicken parm and get any cold sub wrapped in their spinach wrap.

This place is legit. If you’re from the east coast and you miss a good sub, then this is the place for you. For whatever reason, nobody in San Diego can make a good sub… Except jersey mikes. Occasionally they mess up an order, but when they do, they always give you a free sub coupon.

The food is good, I think it’s a step up from Subway in my opinion… this location however needs more staff training. No greeting when we walked in. The line was long, to be expected, not a big deal… but at least acknowledge me and say I’ll be right with you. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a particular size of sandwich(Mini, Regular or Giant) it was assumed I wanted a regular, why? I also wasn’t asked if I wanted wheat or white. The place wasn’t clean and the staff were joking around and playing in the back. The issued uniforms looked terrible. Baggy pants with rips and shirts not tucked in. What’s up with the stains everywhere? Oh, and wash your hands before making my food please!

The people here are so warm and welcoming when you come in. I love these guys they always give you a real jersey mikes experience from start to finish. I hope the owner is able to see my review and the superior experience I had here. The bread is fresh and the ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. The Red Pepper relish is full of bright flavors and super fresh. To make it even better they only use premium delicatessen meats and cheeses sliced to order. The best sandwich you can get. And really they are sandwich masterpieces.

I got the Italian sub and It was definitely the right choice. The staff was very kind and well trained. Highly recommend Jersey Mikes if your looking for a great sub.

Great food and customer service. Fresh REAL cookies and deli cut meat vs burnt cookies and pre packaged questionable meat you’d find at your local subway. Beats subway any day

A turkey club on wheat was in order when I visited this Jersey Mike’s with a side of Sun Chips and a freshly brewed ice tea. I had them make the sandwich Mike’s way with a little extra black pepper( ). The sandwich was good and came with a very good amount of sliced turkey, a modest amount of crunchy bacon, and a small amount of avocado spread( ). The sandwich taste good, but it needed more bacon; two slice just doesn’t cut it in my book for a great sandwich, and it definitely needed more avocado in the form of fresh sliced rather a spread( ). The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and tasted good. The wheat bread was good, but did not have that fresh flavor and texture that I am use to from this chain. However, as I was eating, I noticed a lot of fresh bread being brought in, so perhaps I received the day’s end. Service was okay, I did not received that«welcome to Jersey Mike’s» and when I inquired, I was told by one of the employees that they do not do that there. Interesting for sure, but they as usual, they do carry Tasty Cakes( ).

Everytime I come here the service is fast and the workers are very friendly! The sandwiches are bomb, I ways get the #13 I believe it’s the«original Italian» it’s super flavorful and delicious! Better than subway for sure, the meat and cheeses are sliced fresh for your sandwich and always get it «Mikes way» it gives the sandwich so much flavor!

Jersey Mike’s never fails to meet my expectations. Compared to Subway, you can definitely taste the freshness which is proved when they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you. For the 2 years I have been going to Jersey Mike’s and I have never come across a rude, impatient employee. Jersey Mike’s is more expensive, but well worth it. It’s good-enough said.

After seeing this area of the mall go through many tenants within a few years, I’m glad Otay was smart enough to add Jersey Mike’s to the mix of dining spots to actually help out their reputation. Since its presence is fairly new to the mall, lines are pretty long but the service remains friendly and efficient. I love the fact that they slice everything in front of you and all their food is made fresh for you to see. I give them major credit for being able to keep their cool by doing that and keeping our orders organized. First off, if they’re known for their Philly Cheesesteaks, you should GOFORIT, especially if this is your first time trying the place out(like it was for me and my man). He was smart and got the Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak which had all the fixings of their original Philly(steak, provolone, onions, peppers) plus chipotle sauce. It was hot, delicious, and finger licking good. My stubborn self got the buffalo chicken wrap which wasn’t entirely too bad. The sliced grilled chicken had a good amount of buffalo sauce. It also came with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing. If you took out the lettuce, tomato, and tortilla I’d swear it tasted like boneless chicken wings without the breading. Flavor-wise it was okay but I should have stuck to their subs. I’ll do that next time for sure. This definitely was one of the best decisions the Otay Ranch Town Center made in quite some time. It almost felt like the mall was slowly slipping to abandonment in some areas but with Jersey Mike’s, I’m beginning to see a glimmer of hope.
