Sprint Store by Wireless Choice

Came into the store with little hope of finding a good case for my iPhone 6s+, but Manny was really helpful and hooked it up with a discount on a 4-​in-​1 case and screen protector! Best Sprint store ever!

I had came in to activate my new device that i recieved in the mail from sprint, and when i came in Ismael helped me right away, he also showed me how to transfer all my pictures, videos, and contacts myself. Which was very easy. i have been to a few other sprint store locations and After coming to this sprint location for the first time last year, I now always come to this specific sprint store because i always get the best customer service, and they are honest! Ismael answered all of my questions and i was in and out within 15 minutes!

Manny and Adrian recommended a very sweet deal for us! Traded our old iPhones and Samsung android phones … Kids, grandma and wife seems happy AND that’s what it’s all about right! Thank$ to these guys for making it happen at such a great price. Mahalo. Going to be a great summer!

I hate going in to fix my phone, I’ve been putting it off because I used to deal with la Mesa sprint so I decided to try the Chula one. My voicemail greeting wasn’t working but in minutes it was once they took it «in the back»
Manny and the guys were cool and quick to get it fixed. Much appreciated for the quickness. Staying in a store forever isn’t my jam, but in this case now it is :) thank you for the excellent service! Carlos the tech was also awesome and well informed!

Went in to this sprint store and got such excellent customer service from Manny, and Adrian is so informed and such a prestigious manager! And they have a tech repair center!

Went to the sprint store with a minor phone question and Carlos was very helpful with fixing the issue and as always has a solution for every problem anytime I or my family has a question. And not to mention his solutions or very cost effective. Thanks Carlos.

I came here when my galaxy s6 died during charging. I tried two other locations but they couldn’t do anything for me. These guys were friendly and extremely helpful! Got my phone replaced. Yay!

Had a great experience tonight at this location! Adrian, the assistant manager, helped me and he was fantastic. Excellent customer service and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to me share about an awful experience that I had at the mission valley sprint store and offered to help fix the issue. He did the most he was able to do at this location, gave me some options and explained some answers to questions that I still had left unanswered. I felt the staff was honest and genuine; they knew what they were talking about and were very personable. I will definitely be back!

Went to this location today and had my best experience ever at a Sprint store, and I’ve been to several the last 10 years.
Adrian was the employee that helped me, and he was everything you’re looking for when you go to buy a new phone. He was very straight forward and was extremely professional. He made me feel like a valued customer and I’ve never had that experience EVER before at Sprint. He answered every question I had and explained them to me in plain English; not in a bunch of vocabulary I couldn’t understand since I’m not a big tech guy.

Poor customer service. Yeaterday I purchased a Lifeproof case for my Galaxy S6 from this Sprint store. Later that night i went home and found that same exact case on Amazon for $ 61 (practically $ 20 less than what they charge at this Sprint store). I came into the store a tonight for a refund. The same lady that sold it too me was there. She now tells me that they don’t accept refunds for that case. Not once did she mention that to me yesterday when i bought it. It doesnt say anything about that on the reciept either. I explained that case is unopened but to no avail. She said that it was too bad for me. I inssisted to speak to a manager but none was there. This is nonesense. That policy needs to be posted clearly somewhere and it should be exaplained at the point of sale. The lady’s attitude was poor. She was unsympathetic and uninterested in trying to make things better. I mean i could understand if the case was open or if it had been used but that isn’t the case here. Aside from trying to get a refund from a manager tomorrow, I’ll never come back to this store. My wife is due for an update too, at this point I would rather drive further than go back to that store.

Started to make my upgrade purchases at another Sprint store but left because of the agent’s lack of customer service –decided to go to THIS location thank goodness I did.
This staff is amazing! From the time we walked in the door to the time we left all were extremely helpful and friendly especially Andrea & Melissa (oh and the guy, forgot his name– sorry.) They were very efficient and made a usually grueling task of upgrading phones as painless as possible and more importantly they were able to transfer data smoothly all while training a new agent.

My experience with this store has been amazing. First went in because Costco had a better deal but was out of the S5 but they said they would match the price so I didn’t
T have to drive way out east. They took so much time with us but by the time we left we were spending only a little more than TMobile but we had more data and all the insurance and were able to add an LG smartphone for our son.
I went in today because I was unhappy with sound quality and microphone on my S5 and the technician worked on it did some updates and explaining to the regional manager how pleased I was with this store they gave America a great deal on a Samsung tablet that I needed for my son for school. They made sure they found every possible discount and any credits I was eligible for. It was so good I had to keep asking them because I couldn’t the deal.
They are offering $ 50 for any referrals– I plan to take them up on it. This has been great customer service and with a smile!!!

Today i went to sprint to get a new phone and i was helped by Noël. He made the process quick and easy and was extremely knowledgeable about all the phones. The store itself wasn’t jammed pack like others I’ve been to so that made it even better. I was in and out of there in no time at all and I really felt like i was getting the best deal possible. I definitely suggest this sprint store to anyone– and make sure you ask for Noël, he’s great!

The store is pretty small but great. Everyone has good service and I was helped right away by Noël. Everything went smoothly and I got in and out quickly. Definitely coming back

First off, there are two very helpful, nice and professional young gentlemen working the counter. They themselves deserve 5 Unilocal stars.. Especially Noël.
HOWEVER, their manager, a small, stocky woman with curly hair, is a good reason why brick and mortar stores fail in the modern world. Not only was she not helpful in solving a Sprint service issue, but she was rude, condescending, and insulting. She gave us the distinct feeling that her helpfulness was contingent upon the quantity of money we spend.
So do they just give out promotions nowadays?

It’s a pretty small location but it’s fine they have everything you need at sprint. The worker Kesia was super bubbly and very helpful. It’s nice and clean and they have all the latest phone selections. It dosent hurt that the place is virtually dead so you get super fast service.
