So I checked in at the Taco Bell at 696 E St in Chula Vista. Unilocal informed me that I’ve been here before and that I should write a review. So when reading this review please be aware that I am reviewing this site only not Taco Bell as a whole. First let me say that I got a warm welcome from a young man that I was so impressed with I asked him his name. It was Jesse. Second he saw That I was having trouble seeing the menu so he asked me how hungry I was. I askem why he asked. He said he wanted to know so he could make a suggestion. He told me if I was really hungry I should try the Big Box. He even told me for just 10 cents more I could get a large drink. This put him in with the best of servers I’ve encountered at any Taco Bell in any state. So I ordered the Big Box. I went to pull my Billfold from my pocket. It wasn’t there. I told him that I must have left it in the car. He said no worries and I ran out to retrieve my bilfold which indeed had fallen out of my pocket and on the car floor. When I got back I fully expected to reorder. NOT the case. He reminded me how much my order was and said he was glad it was in my car. He went on to tell me that he once last his billfold containing $ 200.00AND he never did find it. The way he treated me as a friend when I visited is actually what I expect but rarely get from a server. Enough about Jesse. Let me tell you about the restaurant. It was clean. There were lots of customers, and there was always someone wiping tables and sweeping up after customers. Two things I didnt particularly care for and it cost them thier fifth star, the restroom was locked and you had to request the pass code. The other thing they didnt have electric outlets to charge my phone. Knowing this will greatly influnce my choice of eateries when my cell phone battery is low. Moving on to the food. It tasted as good as any other Taco Bell, but in my opinion the cook cared about sending out a quality product. The condiment table was well stocked. Considering how busy they were this was no easy feat. They even had a sauce I hadn’t seen yet in any other Taco Bell. It was called Diablo and was a little hotter than the Fire sauce. Over all this was my best Taco Bell experience ever. I recommend this location.

I love taco bell. Only fast food i will allow myself to eat. They most definitely beat my expectations. They had my pull to the front and wait for freshly cooked potatoes. They were very lovely and nice. Also they hooked it up with the freshly cooked potatoes.

Very very disappointed. Went throu the drive thru and ordered 3 soft tacos a beef burrito, 3 soft taco Supremes and a burrito supreme with out the red sauce. What I got was 6 regular soft tacos, a beef burrito and a bean and cheese burrito without the red sauce. I was already home when I opened the bag and could not go back for them to correct my order because I had just brought my husband home from surgery. I can’t believe I sat in the drive thru line for 9 minutes waiting for my food just to get home and find out it wasn’t even what I ordered. I gave 2 stars because I still love taco bell food just I’m very disappointed

Taco Bell has been around for quite a while now. And, I still love their crunchy taco. I always order this everytime I go to Taco Bell on E Street in Chula Vista. Never had any problem with parking. For $ 6.98 you get 3 crunchy tacos with extra meat including a large drink. The restroom is clean but they’re out of soap.

Good job! I ordered no sour cream and no cheese. It only says it right there on the receipt! Oh and when I called to let them know that it was messed up, they asked me to hang on a second and put the phone down. I waited for someone to come back for 5 mins. Needless to say, I hung up and tried calling back 30 min later and the phone was still off the hook. Nope!!! Bad customer service kids.

Meets my taco bell expectations. The dining facility is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I see every worker busy completing their tasks. The bathroom is well kept. I ordered the grilled stuffed nachos box. Although the taco was cracked and the burrito was not properly wrapped. I don’t expect perfect taco bell every time, so I was still able to enjoy my meal. It was served fresh and hot. The ambience is nice, almost identical to the sports arena taco bell. The music consists of classic r and b radio, great taco eating music. The soda station is clean and cold. The order was brought to my table fast and with a smile. I will recommend this taco bell to any one of my friends.

This particular Taco Bell has to be the worst location I have ever visited within my entire career eating at Taco Bell’s. It is not only disgusting in regards to sanitary standards, their customer service is incredulously rude. The last time I had attended here, I asked for a cup of water because I choose not drink soda, and she shot me this dirty look and stated, «HERE, but it BETTER be for WATER or I’ll you will need to leave». Okay, I may look young, maybe as teenager, but please do not make such assumptions as if I am some kind of hoodlum deliberately looking for trouble. In addition, if this is the mannerism directed towards the youth, the entire management should be let go and replaced. There is no need to patronize patrons. Don’t come here, instead go to Del Taco.

I never thought I’d give a fast food establishment 5 stars, but this Taco Bell is by far the best I’ve been to. From the time you pull up to the drive through window you can tell you’re going to have a pleasant experience. They really do strive for the best customer service, because in my opinion they excel. I come here pretty often, I guess I’m just a Taco Bell lover. From the 6 or something years that I’ve been coming here, they’ve gotten my order wrong once and it wasn’t that much of a big deal. Any who, you be the judge, and check them out!

Last week I ordered a chicken quesadilla along with a chicken chalupa. I ate it that night, and a few hours after I went to bed I woke up with the most painful stomach ache I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was in the bathroom for hours, then after taking care of business in there I felt a deep sharp pain in my stomach and had to go visit the ER. They said I had food poisoning and said the chicken I most likely ate wasn’t handled correctly. I didn’t really bother going back and complaining because I was too busy recovering from that sickness. But be wary when ordering chicken products from this place, they don’t handle chicken correctly and it can save you and your stomach from food poisoning. So be careful.

Unparallel professionalism and a decent product was delivered at this Taco Bell. It was 1am and me and my family were hungry after a long day of driving. Even though I was hesitant, I went and got us food since that was one of a few places that were open. Boy was I amazed at the professionalism of this eatablishment. The cashier, I believe his name was Nico, was all around professional! He was working both the registers and served me my food. And he did it in a timely fashion too. I was so amazed at the quality if the product. I got me a combo #6 chalupa beef supreme and everything was so fresh and hot. I can honestly say that I’d most definetely recommend this establishment to anyone.

Good little Taco Bell clean, friendly and they give military discount. They are one of the only Taco Bells that do that. When I asked they said it was the managements decision. It is only like 10% but every penny matters in 2012. Would recommend. I love Taco Bell, think most people already know the menu. They are open until 2AM weekdays and 3AM weekends they could be the 5th and 6th meals for Xst sakes. As always check your food always before leaving any drive-thru window. I have only once had to knock on the window to retrieve my drink. Good little Taco Bell not far from base. I feel good eating here because I know this one has real Authentic Mexican Cuisine I mean they have real Mexican people working there. So I can get my culture on.

Maybe the drive-thru window should be avoided! You think I would have learned after the second time I got home and realized that the cashier had charged me for my order but failed to put everything in the bag. I eventually spoke to the manager who apologized and provided me with a free meal. Fair enough. Right? Wrong! It’s only okay when the drive-thru service improves, which it hasn’t. Last night was the first night I had been to this particular Taco Bell in about six months. I reluctantly used the drive-thru(Date 3÷17÷12, Time 5:48pm, Register 6, Order 691, Store 25485). I found out once I got home that I had been charged for an item that the worker failed to put in my bag. Sure I could check my order before I drive off. And yes, the person working the drive-thru could stand to take an extra 30 seconds to check the patrons order before handing it to her/him. Dear Taco Bell Manager(E. Street location) I don’t want your free food as consolation for not getting everything I paid for. What I want is for your staff to bag the complete order and not just part of the order. What I want is for your staff to spend an extra 30 seconds checking the patrons order to ensure they have everything they ordered and paid for. What’s 30 seconds? It’s not like the drive-thru was packed with cars. It wasn’t! I was the only one there! Secondly is there anyone who answers the phone? I called the number on my receipt to explain what happened and the phone rang several times and went to voice mail with no an indication that it was Taco Bell’s answering service. I tried calling four or five times thereafter with no luck reaching a member of your staff. In the end I left a message and my phone number. I didn’t think I was really going to get a call back but I thought it was worth a shot. I was right, no call back.

Me and this Taco Bell are best friends. Always available when I need it, helping me soak up that alcohol. Day or night breakfast or fourth meal always there. I dont understand why the other Taco Bells close at 2, the bars close at 2. Luckily this one closes at 3. The food is Taco Bell quality, whatever that means. Bring back the Tortada and I will give you 5 stars…
