Ah, now that spring is here, I can get my fresh herbs and various produce from Claddaugh Farms. Right now there’s asparagus, tender and fresh cut, with gorgeous purple tint on the crowns. It helped make an excellent Mother’s Day dinner.
They also have some excellent jars of tomato sauce, salsas, and jams, all homemade.
