Swanky décor including giant fork door handles and an open garage door leading to the outdoor patio, friendly and attentive service(my coffee never went empty, and I drink a lot of coffee) and amazing food. I had the S’mores Belgium Waffle and Cinnamon Honey Crêpe. My friend had the chicken and waffles and I tried it: It was nice and crispy with a good mix of syrup /hot sauce flavor. I’m definitely getting that next time even though I loved what I ordered. Good place for big or small groups. I can’t wait to go back.

First time getting anything at the Findlay Market location & I was definitely impressed with the sandwich I had. My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was for time it took. Granted, I had just walked over from Rhinegeist and was pretty hungry, so my since of time could have been skewed. Despite the time in which it took to make the Turkey Club sandwich, it was all forgotten at first taste! The Turkey Club is on a French baguette which added a nice crunch and just not your average sandwich feel. The turkey tasted fresh & not deli overly salted but fresh carved turkey. It also included creamy Havarti cheese, carrots, crisp bacon(which may have been my favorite part), cucumbers & aioli(it also comes with egg but I took that off due to allergy purposes). It comes in two halves comparable to about 6in sub. It was completely filling for me & I did not require any sides. The staff was friendly and the space looked tidy & clean. They had several people behind the counter & could handle several orders at a time. Definitely a place to stop in and grab a bite if you are feeling famished after enjoying the sites & shopping of Findlay Market.

Fun, family-friendly restaurant with great food. We loved the atmosphere, busy and quick. The restaurant was inviting for my wife, our infant daughter and me. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The food was incredible. I had a waffle turkey sandwich and my wife had a grilled ham and cheese. It’s nice to find a family-friendly restaurant with good food and a bar stocked with great local beers. We will definitely be back.

4 stars for the Findlay market location — as usual, life changingly great waffles & toppings. Why did I knock a star? Their staff might not be the best trained baristas — ordered a specialty beverage that was way too milky, seemingly no espresso, and $ 4. Nevertheless, the waffles steal the show as always. I always bring a friend so I can eat two servings of waffles while pretending to share. The plain waffles by themselves are fantastic — crispy pieces of sugar in the dough set this waffle apart from impostors. But add whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and raspberries? You’ve got yourself the best breakfast dessert Findlay Market has to offer.

Best waffles ever! I have only been to this little shop to grab a waffle for dessert after lunch. Today I discovered that they also have another side with more desserts, and some lunch items like Belgium pizza. I have not tried them but it looks promising! This isn’t a restaurant — it’s a booth that you order from, just like everything else in Finlay Market. They make the waffles right in front of you and it makes the place smell amazing! It’s $ 3.50 for a plain waffle, though they do offer toppings like nutella and fruit. They also have crepes which I haven’t tried yet. The waffle is sweet on its own so you don’t really need the toppings. I usually have mine plain. Writing this review is making my mouth water for them. Yum! Grab one and walk around the shops and tents on the weekend during the Farmer’s Market April through November! :D

My family and I planned for an early dinner meet up at the Market, and grabbed a plain waffle to split for dessert. I am not a huge sugary/sweet dessert kind of guy, and so I planned on a bite or two«yeah that’s a waffle» let everyone else finish it. I could not have been more wrong. Oh my god these things are amazing/Even just the plain regular waffle tasted delicious, elevating the waffle to some kind of crispy chewy perfectly sweet holy status. For a few dollars these things can’t be beat for a treat!

Waffles look amazing. My issue is with the menu posted online. Basically misleading as the savory waffles are not waffles but sandwiches.

One of my favorite places. Their chicken and waffle entrée is fantastic. All of their appetizers are amazing. My friends got several orders of the mussels and they were delicious. Anything you get here is awesome. I always take anyone visiting here! The service is great too!

There is something super special about the waffles at Taste of Belgium. At first glance, they don’t look like much, but the first bite, and every subsequent one, made me think, «Wow!» The waffles are dense and sweetened with something other than granulated sugar. They are truly one of a kind. Unknowingly, we showed up rather close to closing time. Despite this, the young woman who served us was super friendly. We will be back!

Oh the Taste of Belgium stand at Findlay! This was the place where I was first introduced to those delectable waffles and it’s been a love affair ever since. I will admit once the restaurant opened I stopped coming here and when they expanded to Clifton I forgot about it completely. I passed by this weekend while at Findlay picking up a few things. I noticed they’d expanded, and there was a display case filled with the most delicious-looking desserts and breads! I walked by twice before I finally decided to stop and buy the waffle bread pudding. It was delicious! This place is great when you want a delicious dessert, freshly baked bread, or even just a cup coffee!

Love that the savory crepes are now gluten free. The vegetarian with balsamic and goat cheese is delish. The stoemp of the week is always a nice treat. The butternut squash and havarti with dill have been my favorites. They also have a great arugula salad if you want something lighter and a yogurt parfait that is borderline dessert. Great mimosas and lattes. We also always grab a few french macaroons from the counter to take with us.

Located inside Findlay Market. This was one of the more busy vendors at Findlay. As I was walking by I happened to notice the array of tarts. While most people seemed to be ordering the waffles or quiche, I opted for the key lime tart. The tart had a thick, loosely packed graham cracker crust. There was a bit of a crunch with a little softness. The filling was nice and smooth; not the least bit gritty. It had that tangy and slightly sweet flavor a key lime tart should have. The tart was topped with a kiss of whipped cream and little slice of lime. It comes packaged in a little box perfect for keeping the tart from getting crushed. At $ 5, I feel that is about what a single serve tart would cost at most bakeries. I would be interested in trying other of their treats.

Taste of Belgium is one of the more popular spots at Findlay Market. This is a happening place for breakfast as they serve waffles and crêpe sandwiches. Expect a line and some good food. TOB is cool because you can order your food and watch them prepare it right in front of you. You see all of the ingredients and the complete process. Watch them fix your breakfast and be ready to have your food hot right off the skillet. There isn’t anywhere to sit here but just go out the door and find a bench or curb to sit on while you enjoy your food from Taste of Belgium.

I was pretty unimpressed and grossed out by the lemon curd and lavender sugar crêpe I tried from the Findlay Market Location. I was expecting A LOT more hearing about Taste of Belgium and their amazing breakfast/dessert items. I just keep thinking that the full restaurant on Vine would be much better, and that something was just off on that day at the Findlay Market location. First off, the staff member who took my order was very rude and unfriendly. He acted as it it was some kind of burden to have to make my crêpe, even though there was only one other person ordering food at the time. Once the crêpe was finished, he just said«here» and didn’t say ‘thank you” or anything! I was very let down by the flavor! I was hoping for a nice fresh flavor, but instead all I could taste was over powering lavender. It was about $ 6 from what I remember, and I would have thought that was a good price if the flavor would have been right. I might give it another chance again, but it is so sad that my first impression was so BAD!

We stopped here on our trip to Cincinnati to check out the Farmers market and grab a bite to eat. My FF had been here before so she knew just the place to take me. Here’s where Taste of Belgium comes in. First thing I see are a bunch of waffles. They smelled amazing. We ended up getting a veggie crêpe for each of us. I’ve never had anything quite like this. It was amazing! the way they layer all the toppings, and then fold the crêpe to add more all on a hot skillet. Fantastic. One bite and I was in love. Whenever I am back in Cindi, I will have to make an effort to stop here again.

We had catering from Taste of Belgium today. Their catering is quite expensive but I have always been impressed with their waffles in person. I was very disappointed to find that catering orders a baked the morning of and then reheated on site for guests. The waffles were still good(although not as good as fresh) and the crepes had variety of fresh fillings(although they lacked the warmth and freshness of a just cooked crêpe). Had the catering coordinator been clearer about the fact that products would be pre-cooked I likely would not have booked the service. To their credit both the catering coordinator and owner have sent follow up in response to our disappointment, however if you are interested in their service I would make sure you know exactly what you are getting up front.
