I’m at the Cincinnati airport and I just watched the service girl drop an empty cup on the floor and when the customer left she put it back in the stack of new cups. Freakin gross! I’m posting in the hope that management sees this and has a talk with her. She appears to be the only employee at 11AM ON SEPT 4 between gates a-​11 and a-​13.

This location is actually called Rookwood Ice Cream Parlor. The graeter’s ice cream is consistent with other locations. We were there on a busy Saturday and the line went out of the front door. We waited in line for about 15 minutes.
The interior is fantastic. It seems that the original art deco décor has been maintained very well.
This is a great location for out-​of-​towners.
