Horrible dry unflavored crap burger… The last time I will ever go to Any Wendy’s … Have had it in 3 different states in the last 2 years… All crap… From now on I Only will go to In and Out Burger

Nothing like a trifecta of lies. First the cashier lied. I always ask for my food fresh cooked. There’s nothing worse than nuked coagulation. I would rather not taste it even though that’s what happens when you eat fast food. Then the head cook tellls the manager to lie to me and she does. That’s the trifecta! If you order fresh cooked food, it takes about 4−½ minutes to get it out. I had asked for a refund at first, but after catching Jana flat out lying to me, I decided to wait. I like Wendy’s, but it needs to be fresh. I’ve been lied about every other time I go there, but I have never seen the trifecta so I decided to take it to the public. As I Unilocal and breathe!

I’m not very happy with this place. I got a 4 for $ 4 today after school for lunch and I asked for Dr. Pepper no ice (it’s too cold for my teeth) and what do I get? ALL ice and ¼ cup of Dr. Pepper. They forgot my sauce as well and a straw for my drink…

I’m really frustrated with this place. I come here after school sometimes, other times the McDonald’s across the street. I decided to give Wendy’s another go today and I don’t know why I did. I ordered the 4 for $ 4 and they didn’t give include everything that comes in the meal. I had to go back around the drive through and pull in and walk in and ask for the rest of my meal. They were in no rush whatsoever. I understand it’s just a job and why should you care, (sarcastic) but you make money for making mistakes constantly? I don’t get that. As a paying customer and student who works hard for their money and to stay in school, I go there because it’s easy and cheap. But $ 4 to a student is everything and I’d rather get ALL that I paid for instead of half of it. If I worked there and made that mistake towards someone else, I’d feel so bad and try to make it up to them. I probably won’t come here again after numerous attempts to let them prove me wrong.

The food is good, but they always screw up something in the drive-​thru. They either forget the sauce or the food. Asked for a 6-​piece nugget, got a 4 piece. Got charged for a 6 piece though. Asked for no mustard, got a burger drenched in mustard.

I will NOT be back here this place is horrible! As usual I have given the place a couple of opportunities to prove me wrong. This is only because I have been told that I have an unreasonably high expectation of people (borderline perfectionist, I guess). Anyhow, we stopped here and ordered some items for the family. Well they got the order right. However, for some reason they decided to flip the fry boxes upside down… because people just LOVE digging through their bag to the bottom to scoop up all their fries (NOT!!).

Had an issue with my order, manager Misty corrected the issue and addressed me promptly and courteously.

Wendy’s maintains a minimum standard level that makes me appreciate them slightly more than other fast food chains. I like this location because the fries are always hot and their employees have considerably less ‘tude than other joints. Wendy’s burgers are also just a hair better than comparable competitors.
Sound like an unenthusiastic review? How enthusiastic can one be about fast food?

Wendy’s is always great. We went though the drive-​thru and they gave us fast accurate service. The food was very hot and fresh, as it should be. We were happy with the price and quality of food. We would visit this location again!

Wow, I honestly cannot believe the crap they tried to feed me! I came in and ordered chicken nuggets and they had to of been sitting in a hot window for at least 4 hours. Went through the drive thru to get a new order and they made it sound like «yeah this is normal, you can wait 5 minutes and we’ll get you some fresh ones» I’ll never come here again… never again!

When I’m in a hurry and trying to just get food quick, this Wendy’s is all that comes to mind. I have only used the Drive Thru and we go at least once a week. They have great drive thru service, and I have never had to wait for food and it is always very fresh.

I only go here to satisfy my ice-​cream craving because it’s close and cheap. The burger I had was disgusting. The bun was dry on the outside, but the part that was slathered with generous gobs of mayo (which I would have asked them to remove if I had known it was on there) was soggy and gross. The bacon was lacking the delicious taste that makes bacon awesome, and it was overly crispy. The fries were cold compared to the burger, and the fries were limp. I tried a bite of my daughter’s chicken and it tasted like something I would make from a frozen dinner, only freezer burned. The service was okay and I didn’t have to wait very long, but I won’t be going back for burgers here again.

If you like your asain cashew salads with a side of bad attitude and almost no dressing, go here.

What… four stars! Why? First… they offer gluten free food for my GF intolerant hubby. Do you know how HARD it is to find a decent, reasonably priced GF fast food restaurant that’s not just french fries? Ok… so the décor is kinda tacky but it’s always been clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Fairly fast service.
And, lets face it… how can you go wrong with their frosty’s?! Sure you could go to Leatherbys, Farrells or Cold Stone but you’ll pay the price for it. Plus, they have a great dollar menu and their caesar side salad is low cal and inexpensive. This isn’t a four star restaurant but for our financial needs and dietary requirements it’s definitely a four stars to us.

Came here on a Tuesday night at about 8:00pm to grab dinner for the Husband since neither of us felt like cooking. I was the second car on the drive thru line, and from the time I placed my order to the time I drove away less than 5 minutes had passed. Super fast!
I ordered the Baconator Combo which came with a Medium Fries and Drink, and I ordered a small Chili with Onions and Cheese. The Husband had no complaints about anything and liked it all.
Service was nice and quick, and the girls at the window were friendly. Everyone was patient with me as I fumbled through the ordering and payment process as I had never been there before I was a little confused!

Most of the time I come here, they mess up my order or don’t even offer any sauces for an order of nuggets. The staff are not friendly and often times ignore you in the drive thru. Just today, the women working the window were too preoccupied with talking to each other that it took a while to get my card back and my food. Their frosty’s are good, but their everything else is pretty bad. Especially their cold, soggy fries. Even their salads are just filled with wilting leaves.

I’m not a big ‘fast food’ fan, but I do enjoy Wendy’s…Well, any Wendy’s but this one! It’s dirty, smells bad, & the service is HORRIBLE (I ordered just a cup of coffee… it took FOREVER to get!) Speaking of coffee… It was 9:00am, & they had coffee but they don’t serve breakfast at this location!!! I REALLY don’t want a burger & coffee for breakfast!

Have been going to Wendy’s for years especially like their Fresh Salads. Not the case lately! My FAV is the BLT salad with the Avacado dressing (which they did not put in bag last night @9:45 pm)
My biggest «Beef» lol, is they stopped using breaded chicken cutlets that were thickly sliced for BLT salad! Now it’s little slimy chicken cubes! Yuck, takes away from the uniqueness of most fast food salads!
Never had to before, but now I will have to do a through search of contents of bag At Window! No matter how many cars are behind me! Who wants to Drive Back!!!

Horrible service and food. Workers were playing around and one worker wasn’t even paying attention and gave me money that I gave her to pay for my food back and said it was my change. When I pointed that out to her she didn’t understand what I was talking about till I explained it to her again slowly then she took money and went back to messing around with rest of co– workers. Once I got my food i didn’t even get it all of my order.

I haven’t had any burgers from here in several years because the last time I did that the burger tasted worse than McDonald’s. BUT, and here’s the saving grace, this location has a tendency to have the best frosties out of all the locations I’ve been to. As for the employees the dayshift seems to be friendlier and more patient than the graveshift. I have been half tempted to try one of their newer burgers in hopes that the quality has improved… we’ll see.
3÷26÷12: I tried the new hamburgers they have and I have to admit… they were rather good! The fries on the other hand were like a box of miniature salt licks. A step in the right direction, but not there yet.

BACONATOR. sounded like a plan.
But, there was this buttery/​non-​stick taste to their burger.
Ugh.
Fries.
Not cooked long enough.
So very disappointing. I guess that’s what I needed to turn me off it.
