The customer service at Crown Jewelers is the best you’ll get anywhere — they are kind, helpful, and there is no pressure to buy. I’ve been here twice, and both times was helped by Georgette. The first time, years ago, my boyfriend and I were looking at engagement rings. We had just come from another jewelry store in the same mall, and felt so much more welcome and at ease at Crown. We didn’t end up buying anything, but Georgette was a pleasure to work with. The second time was yesterday, when my husband and I popped in to have my wedding ring set cleaned. They took the time to inspect the ring, put it through an ultrasonic cleaner, and then steam cleaned it. It made such a huge difference — my ring was SO sparkly. (I have taken it to another jeweler and asked it to be cleaned, and all they did was spray it and wipe it.) The service was completely free, and Georgette was very kind and fun to chat with while we waited. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I was looking for a jeweler to change out a chipped stone in my engagement ring. I was nervous about taking my ring to just any jeweler so checked out Unilocal for user reviews. Crown Jewelers had fantastic reviews so decided to choose them. Boy, was I completely satisfied. They answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease with the entire process. I felt the fees were very fair and the quality of the work was fantastic! I would recommend Crown Jewelers to anyone and will certainly return for any future jewelry needs.

I went to Crown Jewelers maybe 20 years ago looking for a watch for myself. I purchased Crown Jeweler brand that looked like a Rolex at a fraction of the price. I am so happy with my purchase and the service I have received from Crown Jewelers over the years. My watch still looks great and runs perfectly. I also have received a number of free batteries and will continue to get free battery replacements as long as i own a Crown watch!

I stopped in looking for a watch strap and was helped by both a wonderful lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) and Tom, the watchmaker. After Tom spent about 15-​minutes with me looking through his strap collection and catalog I still hadn’t found the exact strap I wanted, but later called him to ask if he could order one I found online that seemed to meet my requirements. By the next day he had completed his research and called me with the good news, that he could order the strap I wanted. I am waiting for it to arrive but felt that I could feel comfortable giving Tom and the other folks at Crown Jewelers a rating here. I know his margin on a $ 35 watch strap must not be much money but I appreciate that he took time over two different days to make sure I got what I wanted. His price was within a couple dollars of the online price, which is rare for a brick and mortar jeweler as they often charge much higher rates to cover their operating costs.
I did notice some lovely used Rolex watches in the display and we chatted a bit about those and other brands. While I probably won’t buy another Rolex anytime soon (I’ve had a few and they just aren’t right for me) I recommend anyone searching for one to check with Tom first. I look forward to becoming a regular customer.
