Seriously had a spectacular experience here and hope everyone gets the chance to experience what I did! Such a friendly staff, coffee and pastries were great, and as an obsessive potato lover, gotta say– the side of potatoes is INCREDIBLE. Not exaggerating. If you go, you have to order these!!! Also had a bite of my boyfriend’s yummy egg sandwich and ordered a delicious beef dumpling dish which includes bone marrow broth! So so soooo good. Can’t wait to go back over and over again.

Latest obsessions: egg sandwich, crispy potatoes, malted milk cappuccino. So delicious I can’t get enough. I’m just glad that this place isnt around the corner from me or I’d be there Daily! I wish the malted milk cappuccino was a little cheaper($ 6) but I don’t even care it’s that addictive! Think Momofuku milk bar cereal milk ice cream but as a cappuccino!

AKA Tilda All Day(ERRYDAY), grabbed 2 cookies at $ 3 each, both of which were unusual AND great.

I wasn’t completely sold by this place, I just don’t know why. Ok… that was bullshit. I exactly know why! The coffee was good, no complaints. My mom and my sister liked their egg sandwich. But that roasted carrot dip… what was going on? I expected it to taste like carrot hummus, but it tasted like carrot mixed with mayo. I mean, it wasn’t that bad but it wasn’t that good either. But the place looked polished and actually really nice, so I guess I have to give this place 4 stars. Plus, the pricing wasn’t too bad. Would I come back? Maybe if I happen to be in the area again, I mean the Keyfood in the area had a lot of good stuff. If I do come back, I’ll only get the pastries & the coffee.

Good brunch food that take you out of the classic egg Benedict. Had sable with potato salad. Well executed. Just the right amount of grain mustard. Staff is nice.

So far I have tried their coffee, pastries and egg sandwich — everything is superb! Plus, a really inviting interior and friendly staff. Can get pretty busy any day, especially on the weekend, so be patient — it is worth it!

First time Tilda diner here. Very nice place with a clean, mostly white décor. Had the egg sandwich with a side of potatoes. Absolutely delicious! Also the Guatemalan coffee they serve is outstanding. On top of that, the service was attentive without being obtrusive. I’m sold — this is my new breakfast spot. Glad they’re here!

I get a weird vibe from this place and didn’t like their coffee.

This place is awesome! Their in house chef makes all the pastries and they are out of this world! We ordered the egg sandwich, omelette, apricot doughnut and the chocolate chip cookie. Everything was fantastic! I will definitely come back here!

I love this place! I came once and I’m sold. First the service is a 10! Service is hard to come by, they pull out all the stops here. The staff is all smiles, friendly and attentive. It feels like they love life and you do not see that often in cafes! I’m so sick of stank attitude baristas so it was refreshing to see a friendly face and a smile. It’s very small inside so I sat at the bar. The counters are beautiful and they give you water while you order. I got a latte of course and a savory bun. The latte was so creamy, warm and bold. Amazing! The savory bun was beautiful. I haven’t had a savory bun filled with spinach, cheddar like that before. They have a seasonal menu and I’m sure to come back and try it. The price is similar to what you find in other cafes. Service means a lot to me and they won me over with service alone.

Amazing coffee and spectacular food. We had the omelette and egg sandwich. Both were really delicious. Coffee was nothing short of perfection. The service was also extremely quick and friendly.

So far I’ve had the omelette, the baked egg, and the smoked white fish. All very affordable, thoughtfully, exquisitely prepared, and most importantly, my body feels great afterward. Same goes for the pastries, all made in house. Complex flavors from simple ingredients. So happy for Danny and co. for this home run addition to the neighborhood. Juices are fuckin sick too.

Looks like this is a new coffee shop/café that has popped up in recent months. I saw it not too long ago when walking on the way to the post office. Ordered a flat white to go and it came out great. Perfect texture and espresso: milk ratio was spot on. Service was courteous and prompt. Last time I was there it looked like they were brewing Parlor Coffee. Along the counter they had some delectable looking pastries. The space itself is tastefully decorated — bright and minimalistic. Multiple long tables and also counter/bar seating. Looks like they have a fairly extensive food/brunch menu, but haven’t had the opportunity to try it out yet. Great addition to the neighborhood, and will definitely be back!

Normally if I have to wait 20 minutes for brunch in Brooklyn, I’d shuffle along to another place where I wouldn’t have to deal with a crowd. But based on the rave reviews I’d heard of this place, I stopped whining and sat at a squished community table with a friend. The bad: Service was slow, but they meant well. My waitress forget my order, so I nibbled on a muffin while my friend ate her sandwich. Plates are small, so I’d recommend getting two things(unless you’re getting the $ 10 breakfast sammy). The good: The food really does live up to the hype. I had the squash dish, and it was one of the better dishes I’d had in awhile. My pal enjoyed her sandwich and yogurt, plus the apple muffin was perfect. Like others have said, overall a decent experience, but I’m not in any need to rush back. Worth checking out for counter service, though, as pastries + coffee are available there!

Stopped by for early breakfast on a Sunday. This is a coffee café and not a restaurant, so expect small plates of jazzed up egg dishes. I tried the infamous sticky bun and it had good flavor but could use more of the citrusy sticky icing to balance out the plain dough taste. The mushroom and egg toast(just one egg atop one piece of bread) was packed with flavors, and my soy cap was made well. Service was prompt and I appreciated the clean and bright décor. I would come back, but I know my mother would scold me for paying $ 20 with tip on aforementioned items.

Love this place and love this part of Clinton Hill. The feel of the place was light, airy, comfy, and friendly. I loved the white walls, the minimalist décor, and the coziness of the banquette. The little open section in the front was super cute too! I’d love to go back and just hang out there with coffee and a book. It’s the perfect space to people watch and catch up with a friend, too! Brunch was really great. I ordered the egg sandwich and my boyfriend got the special, which was french toast. I also got an iced coffee and he got a coffee. The coffee was good, not too strong, but not weak at all. The food took a little bit to arrive, but it was so yummy! The egg sandwich had some kind of tomato sauce that made it super delicious. I kept saying how good it was between bites! The french was good as well, but perhaps a tiny bit too sweet. I also got a side of potatoes, which were some of the best potatoes I’ve ever had(as a brunch side, at least.) They came with butter in the bowl! These would be the only two negatives: 1) the portions were a bit small. I may have still been hungry if I hadn’t ordered the potatoes, and I was worried my boyfriend would be hungry too, because his french toast looked pretty small. We ended up full though! 2) if you’re looking for a classic brunch menu and a large plate, this may not be the place for you. I was a bit disappointed when we sat down because of the lack of classic brunch dishes(also because I knew that my boyfriend was craving eggs, bacon, etc.). However, I was fully satisfied with my sandwich and potatoes. The sandwich was seriously good. The relaxed and welcoming feel of this place is enough to try it out! It’s also conveniently situated between Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights, which makes for great walks before and after brunch.

Went here for breakfast. It wasn’t totally clear that you didn’t have to wait in line to talk to someone to snag a table, but now that I’ve started all negative nancy, let me throw out a couple of positives: 1. Nice space — really bright even on a cloudy day. 2. Coffee was pretty good(although there is a $ 1 charge per refill. Pretty sure that’s double what Starbucks would charge, and I mention that because I find charging for regular coffee refills ridiculous). The food was ok. I essentially had a bougie bacon and egg on a roll. It was tasty. My BF ordered the maitake and eggs dish. He was pleased. All in all it was fine, but probably won’t be rushing to return.

I’ve been here twice and already the team at the front counter remembers what I ordered. We walked in and they asked if we would have the same thing we had ordered last time we had visited! The coffee is excellent — the barista is friendly, thoughtful and talented with his cappuccino artwork. His teammate is friendly and gives glowing reviews of different items on the menu. It is a very pleasant reception to come into in the morning. The baked goods change daily — we have not been disappointed. We tried a Maple Roll, a corn and maple muffin, and a banana sesame muffin. Everything was delicious and very unique. The breakfast sandwich is also very good… It makes it hard to choose! We will definitely be back often. This is the sort of spot people talk about when they fantasize about having a «regular spot, where the team remembers your order.»

Each dish is so creative, unique and delicious. A nice change from your typical brunch. I am truly excited to come back and try the rest of the menu. The portions are perfectly sized and the ambiance is chill and refreshing. I’ll be back for brunch, lunch, dinner and even just a cup of coffee!

This is a nice cozy place. It has a very nice staff warm and welcoming, the coffee is great and the pastries are delicious. The food although not many choices they perfect the ones you can choose from. It has lots of potential and will be a staple in the area.
