There were live cockroaches in the women’s bathroom. The young female clerk had a hard time making change for a $ 2.80 sale when presented with a $ 20 bill, then forgot the soda part of the fries and soda order. After the order was worked out, I let her know about the cockroaches quietly on the side. I thought she would tell the manager, but no. Hubby said the men’s bathroom was surprisingly clean, though.

An awesome star for the good employees ZEROSTARSFORTHEMIDDLEAGEDMEXICANMANAGERMAN! I went to eat at this McDonald’s twice for breakfast and the way he treats the employees and customers like crap. One time though the drive through he told the sweet young lady«Muevete mija(literal meaning: Move yourself my daughter = real meaning: Get it going girl) they got places to go people to see!» and I told the young girl that we don’t have places to go that she can take her time as needed. What an asshole. The next time I came here there was this new young lady learning the register. I ordered an large ice coffee with a breakfast meal. She asked the same manager if it was possible to do that. His reply was: «WELLYEAH… For an extra charge!». He said it in a super rude tone. He didn’t have to mention that last bit either«…for an extra charge!» Especially in front of the customer. He demeanor was as if he didn’t care about the customer as he just wanted to make a quick buck off of us. Doesn’t think customers notice his behavior/attitude towards others? He thought wrong big time. I like this McDonald’s because there food is always fresh but this Manager’s bad behavior/attitude towards others just ruins my morning that I most likely won’t come back here again.

The employees at this McDonald’s are the worst I’ve ever seen. I come here almost every morning before work. Sometimes the drive thru others I’ll go inside and both are incredibly slow. Consistently messing up orders. Everyone seems asleep and brain dead at this location. Prices here are higher then most McDonald’s.

Stopped by again the other day around 6:45 pm and their shake machine was«down» again. I don’t know why I even give them another chance. I’m done! I guess they just don’t want my business and I’m not buying the story about the machine being down all the time. The other stores’ machines to be fine. I think they just shut it down and clean it so they don’t have to do it before they go home.

I went to this store when it first opened and had a horrible experience with management and vowed to never return. This was a hard vow to keep seeing as the store is the closest to my house. Since that day I HAVE been back every now and again to get a soda or an ice cream but never food. The staff is still rude and fairly incompetent. It’s worth the drive to go to Herndon and Clovis. Take my advice and save yourself some trouble.

It’s okay. It is McDonald’s so there’s no high expectation. At least I always get my order right here rather than chasing down my order like the others. Not very busy but they take forever! Good luck waiting. The only good thing now is BREAKFASTALLDAY and the crew members are great, friendly and willing to work with your orders that are wrong. The manager is horrible! She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her how long since I was waiting at the window for more than 5 minutes then wait an additional 10 minutes on reserve. She then said it in an attitude«because your nuggets are still cooking.» Like I haven’t been waiting for so long already… So you decide to hold me up in line waiting without saying anything until 5 minutes later AND give me an attitude? I don’t like this manager very much.

Awful management. I treat management as friendly and respectfully as possible when I voice a complaint because I #1 feel bad for complaining & #2 because you don’t get anywhere being a bitch. The manager, Elizabeth, is completely unqualified for this position. I have complained to her before, and had the same experience. This time we ordered two burgers, they forgot one of them and messed up the other burger. When we got home we realized it was wrong. After voicing our complaint she turned it all around and told us «we should have checked the order before we left.» Ok, so now it’s our fault, and are you serious? You want us to open every burger we order right there at the window to make sure they don’t screw up the order? No, that’s your job when you look at the receipt in the kitchen. Do not make the customer at fault for your mistake. As much as I hate this location, it’s the easiest«go-to» meal near my house, so I will continue to go here. But… I will continue to call corporate with my review each time they make a mistake.

I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but! This place has THEWORST customer service ever. They rarely ever get the order right. Every time I come here there seems to be an issue, whether it be missing items(always), cold food, or just running out of things. They don’t have friendly service from there employees and worst of all the manager named Elizabeth rude. Attitude of employees reflects leadership, and it this McDonald’s the leader is horrible. Elizabeth was combative, judgmental and non caring about the customers that help keep her job. After all the times I’ve been here I never complained, today was the last time I would hold my comments. When I called to let them know I had an issue, I started talking to a guy who said he was a manager. He didn’t seem interested in what I had to say, but at least he asked for the ticket number. Half way through the conversation he just hands the phone off to Elizabeth. Immediately I got attitude. She tried to tell me to come and get my order right then, not listening to what I said earlier to her about not being able to come in at the time. So as I was talking to her, she just started interrupting me and basically tried to rush me off the phone, which she did successfully because she hung up on me after telling me my credit will be here. So my wife heads in 45 mins later to pick up our credit. Elizabeth took no information down as she made it seem like with me. Then she began to tell my wife what was wrong with the order after I had explained it to her already. She was very rude to my wife and then she said that the next time we complain, nothing will happen. This place has lost my business, and many others I will tell. It doesn’t matter what job you do, you need to understand the customer is the reason you have a business. McDonald’s would be wise to let her go, because her attitude and non-leadership are reflecting through and on its employees.

They charge a «drink upcharge» when I order a Happy Meal for my daughter, regardless of which beverage choice I make. Per McDonald’s «canned» email response, they do not charge an upcharge. I have emailed McDonald’s corporate on 2 separate occasions with the same response. My next step is to contact the district attorney to bring charges of false advertising for failing to sell a Happy Meal for the listed menu price. When my daughter is craving a Happy Meal, we go to another location about 2 miles away — no problems with getting the order correct and no drink upcharges!

Aside from the fact that they almost always get something wrong when I go through the drive-thru, this last visit I dealt with a rather odd issue… The total for my food came to $ 11.31, and since I had a twenty dollar bill, I gave the cashier the twenty plus a dollar plus a quarter and a dime… basically I gave her $ 21.35 so that I could get a ten dollar bill back(I like to keep my wallet nice and sleek like that…) The cashier first looked at it like I had given her too much and looked like she was mentally stammering when she made change for me. She counted out ten one dollar bills and gave them to me along with the receipt… but not the four cents change. I thought to myself«Only four cents» and drove forward to the pickup window, but something inside me wasn’t sitting well with the forgotten change. What about the person living paycheck to paycheck and counting every penny? It was only four cents, but it’s still my deserved change… four cents means a lot to some people. The server at the second window gave me my food and I politely brought it up that the cashier had forgotten my coin change. She looked at the receipt and asked me if I really wanted my four cents back. Um… now that you mention it that way, yes. I want my proper change back, and I also want your manager to know that the person handling the money either has trouble with simple math or just doesn’t care about their customers. This is the same location that only gives you two sauces with a twenty piece chicken mcnugget meal and then charges you a quarter for each additional sauce. In the end, four cents really isn’t that huge of a loss for me, but it’s the principle of it all, and how it was handled.

Don’t use the drive thru. There were more times than not that I waited at least 15 minutes to make it through. Seemed like it was a skeleton crew working. Tonight I waited almost a half hour. I’m done with this location.

Went here for a quick breakfast, it was just as good as the first time! The coffee was perfect, I got a coffee and asked for 6 creams and it was perfect! I got the egg white mcmuffin. It was fast, and it was hot and it tasted very, very good. It’s not gourmet, it’s not up-scale, it’s fast-food and it’s not bad. Yeah, I’ll be back again. For 230 calories for a breakfast, who can deny this isn’t good?

People working at McDonald’s… I got one question for you??? WHYDOYOUKEEPPUTTINGEGGSHELLINTHE G. D… BREAKFASTMEALS that come with EGG? I have tried this location for Breakfast 3 times. 1st when they just opened(EGGSHELL!), 2nd when I met a friend there before work(EGGSHELL!) and lastly, today(EGGSHELL). I have even complained to management during n my 2nd visit to no change. If you are in the mood for Sausage McMuffin with Egg-SHELL, then keep going here. Otherwise do what I do and drive to Herndon and Clovis location for NOEGGSHELL. Out of principal i have not gone here outside of Breakfast hours, so I cannot review based on times other then Breakfast time.
