Está bueno pero deben de tener poco mas limpia la carne. Ordenen tacos al pastor y la verdad comí puros cueritos y dos tres pedazos de carne.

Pretty solid authentic Mexican place. Don’t go with a large group(6 or more) service can be slow if busy. Very nice people and they give you chips and salsa while you wait so makes up for it.

Restaurant décor looks authentic. However service isn’t great. You’re served your food & drinks & after that you’re kind of on your own. Also food isn’t anything special. Oh & they messed up my order. Which is strange because the place was dead that night. Also chips & salsa were awful. There are great Mexican restaurants in the valley, this just isn’t one.

Food is good by the service is not. They don’t acknowledge u when u walk in even though they see u come in and the response time to come take order is way too long. Food wise, really good

On a ride back from Joshua Tree to LA, this is just what you want. Cheap, filling, and inviting. The enchilada plate comes with three good sized puppies and a helping of rice and beans. The torta isnt as massive as it is at similar places in LA, but just as good. Try the micheladas – the table next to us had them and I was jealous.

Service a lil slow during the lunch hour. They only have one waitress, that can’t keep up. This was my childhood place, thought I revisit it, the tacos were good, the horchata was awesome, but if u only have an hour lunch break, not worth coming, you’ll be late back to work. Call in ur order better.

Yummy tacos-best menudo I’ve ever had, nice tasty salsa. Our second visit and we enjoyed menudo and tacos. Lengua, birria and al pastor along with a cold michelada. Everything was delicious. Waiters mostly speak Spanish but service is good. You wouldn’t notice the restaurant from the small sign out front in the Old Town street of Coachella but worth the detour to eat. Enjoy!

Great authentic Mexican food. Fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed the Machaca plate, Barbacoa soup, bean and cheese burrito. The horchata was delicious. Plus they have Modelo Negro! We will definitely come back

Warm, friendly atmosphere. Authentic Mexican food. You won’t regret. Service is okay not extraordinary but they do what they can, being that they are always busy. Overall a good little place to eat, they’ve got Chabelas so that’s always a plus.

This was a good Mexican restaurant for the US, but just slightly missed the mark of «true» Mexican food in my opinion. The servers were friendly and attentive and brought all the extras we asked for. The food was good for sure, pretty good freshness. The ambiance was very much a rural family restaurant and there were tons of interesting people and just basically families enjoying meals together.

Went yesterday and it was good but service was really slow. The waiter came to us and wanted our orders but we didn’t even have menus to look at. So he went back and got some. The portions are small and The food is good but I’m still on the look out for a great Mexican restaurant.

Jalisco’s is the authentic Mexican Restaurant everyone needs in there life. Now when I say authentic, I don’t mean just the food, they’ve got an actual 4-piece mariachi band that frequents there and performs throughout the restaurant. So you can come there on a Monday afternoon and get a conversation like atmosphere(with some faint Mexican boxing in the background) OR come on a weekend night and walk into a full on fiesta. BUTLETSGETBACKTOTHEFOOD… Tired of going to places that serve soupy mono colored guac? Well you won’t find that soup here, for Jalisoco’s guacamole is magical chunky deliciousness. And when I say chunky I mean«see every ingredient» and experience the heavenly textured mix of substance! (With a hint of lime) Been to this place many times their quality is consistent and I recommend it to all the hers&hims. Favorite Dish: Carne Asada Quesadilla The CHEESE is stringy like melted umbilical cords that stretch from mouth to folded goodness tearing away one by one as distance increases, the TORTILLA toasted crunch on the surface but soft and warm gums in. And the ratio of cheese to MEAT– Oh! That tender carne as tender as its cheese. My mouth invades their hug and habitually steps in –taste buds first. +best chavelas/chabelas I recommend Negra Modelo ++good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner +++good for kids but let’s leave the cryers home I’ve known good babysitters thru my friend Craigs(list) then again I don’t have kids… ++++the waitresses are courteous and I’m convinced their cook is a wizard conducting spells with his spatula-like wand putting my taste buds in an orgasmic trance. I love this place, I’m sure YOU will too.

Jalisco’s is quite the hidden gem. Nestled on a quiet street in Coachella next to banks and the post office, many would pass it up; however, they’d be sad to know what they’re leaving behind. The restaurant can get quite crowded on a weeknight during dinner service, but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Be prepared to seat yourself and experience food that makes your mouth water. My boyfriend and I typically head over on a weeknight for dinner, when the kids are busy elsewhere, and share the Al Pastor Taco Plate and the Carne Asada Quesadilla. Don’t let the location deter you, not only is the food fantastic but the price tag blows us away. Our two dishes run us about $ 14.00… You can’t get food like that anywhere else without spending a bit more. Do yourself a favor and make the trip, it’ll be more than worth it.

Best Street style tacos ever! A lot of meat variety: Al Pastor, Pierna de Puerco(Pork Leg), Asada, Cabeza(Beef head), Birria(Goat meat), Sesos(brains), Macisa(Beef), Lengua(Tongue), Pollo(Chicken), Tripas(Beef intestines). Soup is also awesome and the most important item: The Salsas: very tasty and spicy.

Ghetto looking place … But very friendly service! Food was pretty good, my husband got the ceviche tostadas, my daughter ordered shrimp tostada, my son shrimp burrito and me the cheese enchiladas… They all loved their food … Me not so much the enchiladas tasted like the tortillas where under cooked, I was hoping to love it but not the case! It was pretty busy almost a full house!!! We seated ourselves. Under the table was a mess of food and trash, that doesn’t bother me so much but I wish they would of at least cleaned the seats! So for the food(minus enchilada) 4 stars Cleanliness — 3 starts Services 3 stars(I wish it was higher but and I only say three because after we got our food no one ever came back to see if we needed anything, which we did! We wanted to order more rice and the check!) Over all it was okay! The best thing has to be the prices. Family of 4, 3 waters one beer all for $ 31.00

Had tacos here, which were very good. The building is old, but charming and located right in downtown Coachella. Inside, the restaurant is theme decorated and clean. You can either place an order to go right at the cash register, or sit to be served. Choosing to sit, I ordered the carne asada tacos, which were flavorful and very tasty. The downside is service is just OK, not too friendly. Although, they do bring the food out fast, so it is good for lunch.
