My visit here was completely unexpected. I was nearby and decided to stop to try their Mexican sweet bread. I was blown away by the choices and the creative shapes. I’m used to Mexican sweet bread from the grocery stores, but here there were more to choose from. Customer service was friendly, but I did have a friend with me who needed to translate for me because I don’t speak the lingo. And the taste was great.

I come here for baked goodies! I love the bunelos, pink cookies, the Neapolitan color one, n the one that has cream cheese n jalapeño baked inside it. It’s cash only. I don’t even know the prices. I just pick out what I want n pay for it. It’s fairly cheap anyhow. There’s a slight language barrier, but not much. They’re friendly and have smiling faces. That’s international :) They’re open really early in the morning. I think like 4am or something n they close like at 10−11pm! No way I’m going there that early or that late. I wish PD had old school panaderias like this! Cool thing too is that it’s next to a real cool thrift store so if you’re in the area make sure you visit both! :)
