Newport, KY
This is a small branch of the mega-​bank that we all know and recognize: US Bank. This particular branch, however, is not very big at all. The longest I’ve ever seen the line, indoors or drive through window, is 2 people long. The wait is very short if not immediate.
The staff is friendly and helpful even for someone like me that never has a deposit slip completed. I’m sure that must be annoying for them but you’d never know it because they are ready and happy to help me out.
This branch truly has the small, community bank vibe that most other large banks only drool over in their commercials and PR campaigns.
