This Subway is a very clean restaurant, however I had one experience ruining issue. I did not see anything wrong with the building itself. The food that was served was also of good quality; my sandwich was what I ordered and was made of fresh product. The greatest problem that I had was with the employee-customer interactions. The staff on duty spoke too quietly and were not fluent in english, creating an incredibly difficult to overcome communication barrier. Upon asking a question about the $ 6 meal, I was met with a response that I could not at all understand, and after asking them to try to explain more clearly, I was still unable to understand them and had to settle for something that I didn’t necessarily want. The communication barrier is such an issue to me that I would recommend to anyone wanting to eat Subway in the area to avoid this subway and take an additional 5 or 10 minute drive to one of the other Subway locations in area. There is one in Alexandria, one in Cold Spring, and one in Wilder. I have visited the Alexandria and Wilder locations frequently and will attest that they have the same quality of food and clenliness without the communication barrier.

It’s a standard subway. Customer service the customer service is average. I get the turkey sub pepper jack cheese all vegetables into Spicy mustard

It’s a small subway and during lunch there is sometimes a line out the door because it’s the only one near campus. Oddly they really push the meal. I always drink water with my lunch but I get asked at least 4 times every time I buy a sandwich if I want a drink with it. VERY few seats so plan to take out.
