Dillard’s is split into 2 separate stores on separate sides of the mall. 1 side is women’s and the other is men’s & home. I only went to the men’s store which was clean and easy to shop. The associates were friendly and helpful when I asked a question or for a price/​size check. We picked up a bunch of stuff while here because there was a decent sale going on. Will definitely stop by next time we’re in town

As is normal at the mall, this place has pretty bad customer service. I was shopping for some pants for work one day and as I was searching, a customer service rep asked if I was looking for a bargain. Literally that was all she asked, didn’t say hello or anything else. Very rude.
