This bonefish was subpar compared to others. Had to send back my bang bang shrimp and they didn’t put the cheese I paid extra for on my salad. I didn’t complain because that’s stupid, but the server was real cool and tried to fix everything. Finally he laughed and in an appropriate manner said«well seems we are having some issues tonight». Well played sir!

Bonefish is like Red Lobster now but with a nicer interior. If you’re looking for upscale seafood, PASSBY this place. We ordered oysters on the half shell; they were small, not fresh tasting, and expensive. $ 24 for $ 12! The server forgot to bring crackers for the oysters and when he did bring them, it was just a handful(not a basket) and not enough for all the oysters. I told the server to keep bringing our vodka martinis as the glass ran out, but the food came right after the appetizers and there wasn’t enough time to enjoy the drinks or order more– they lost a great opportunity to sell drinks. Only had 2 martinis but would have ordered 3 – 5 if they had timed the delivery of the courses better with more time between them. I got the lobster tails and they came without drawn butter– when I asked for it, they had run out and had to «make some» fresh. ?? It came out and was liquid but cold! They lit a candle under it which should have warmed it up and kept it hot but I wasn’t waiting. The lobster tails were not hot and tasted like they had been frozen. My wife had the bangbang shrimp tacos but they just tasted like freezer bag crap! Tortillas tasted like they came from Kroger. The bill was $ 118, and for that price we will go to any number of places for much better food. Super disappointed with this.

Food here is great. All the seafood and streak choices that l have tried are great. The portion size is good. Sometines I get an appetizer and salad and that is all I can eat.

Apparently this is one of only two places in this town to get a bellini! I’ve now been twice and I’m starting to love it! They offer an Endless Bubbles brunch with your choice of peach bellinis, mimosas or passion fruit mimosas along with several options for food for $ 20.99. I’ve had the California Omelette and the Crème Brûlée French Toast thus far and both are delicious!

BESTBROWNIEEVER! I will now be the 18th person to extol the virtues of the Bang Bang Shrimp. In fact, that’s exactly why I came here with Mom one fateful Wednesday night. It was a complete accident that we were out together on a Wednesday and hungry but a fateful one at that because it just so happened to be discount day for the Bang Bang Shrimp($ 6)!! They don’t advertise it as much anymore for whatever reason but it’s still available. I gotta say, the Bang Bang Shrimp was everywhere that night. I saw a few other things I might try if we are ever here on any day but Wednesday. We also got the Macadamia Nut Brownie and IT. WAS. AWESOME! It was the best brownie we had had ever(sorry Chilis). It was also only about $ 6 and very splittable. Loved: — Bang Bang Shrimp — Macadamia Nut Brownie

Great Sunday Brunch. Food and service are great. Mimosa deal with a meal is great too if you want more than two. Our favorites are the appetizers of Asian potstickers and the Ahi tuna.

Excellent dining experience. Starting from the friendly waiter, Evan, who made excellent suggestions and knew the menu very well. Made our decision process quick and easy. The food was delicious and the quantity was ample. We left well fed and satisfied.

Met the p“s here for early Friday dinner. We started with bang bang shrimp and demolished that quickly. The spouse got a smallish lobster roll with fries that was fine. I got the tomato avocado panzanella. It was not really for me. Kind of mushy and too mingled. The server offered bread, but did not bring it until we reminded her. Other than that service was nice and the p“s seemed to like their selections.

This is the second time in which we’ve dined at this location for the Endless Bubbles Brunch and it’s better this time! I tried something different and ordered the California omelet. It’s made with caramelized onions, applewood smoked bacon and cheddar cheese, then topped with sliced avocado and diced tomatoes. I chose the potatoes au gratin as my side, opting out on the asparagus. With the brunch option, you have a choice of endless drinks(at a combo price) and can switch it up, so I’m going back and forth between the passion fruit mimosa and peach Bellini, both delicious choices!

Bonefish is one of the best Big Chain places out there. I have been to several locations in a few different cities and I truly believe they are the most consistent place that I have repeatedly dined at. I used to always be about the fish dishes but a friend’s wife ordered a filet here one night. I was like«why would you order a filet here»? She dared me to get one next time and I will say that they do have one of the best filet’s out there. The wood fire grill just sets it off. I have never had a bad meal at any location and typically I leave full and very satisfied! Good value, great fish and steaks! Don’t forget the Bang Bang Shrimp. That dish has been copied in thousands of restaurants all over the nation. From big chains to small local places everyone is trying to recreate what they started. You know it’s good when that happens!

Used to really love Bonefish Grill. It seemed so good and usually consistent. This last 2 visits were disappointing for $ 128 for 4 people no drinks no desserts. The best thing I can say we had was the salad and the bang bang shrimp. The bread was changed several years ago and it’s just not worth bothering with, totally tasteless. Our server was very good but the kitchen could not keep up. We were early on a Saturday night before they were full. Couldn’t get dessert as it was just too long a wait. I would hate to see what it was like later when they were packed. The shrimp and fish are charred and drowned in sauce. Not sure if we will go back

While I am not usually a huge fan of restaurant chains, I love going to Bonefish simply because they always put out a consistent product. Currently they have a shrimp and lobster special going on. I can honestly say, that I have never had a bad meal at Bonefish grill, and it is truly a good«date night» place.

So the last time we came we had an issue but being that we love Bonefish we gave them a second chance and low and behold we get the same waitress and again we have major issues with our food coming out again and as usual they apologized and we got something for free, now on to the food Angie had the crab legs and they were good but not great, but my meal the branzino was freaking awesome(head and tail on) and for dessert Chocolate Crème Brûlée. A fitting end.

I have eaten at Bonefish many times and found it to be good almost every time(except tonight) Monday is generally a slow night and i thought we could get in and be served rather quickly. Boy was I mistaken. Service was so slow, I asked the waitress if she was back in the kitchen cooking; she was no where to be found. Maybe my mistake was to order a burger in a fish joint. I asked that it be served medium; It was more than well done. I mentioned it to server and was totally ignored. I mentioned it again and asked if she thought it was medium done. still no response and no offer to change or make any adjustment. Basically take it or leave it Worst burger I have ever eaten for $ 14(or at any price). very slow service I’m hoping this was just a bad night; it will likely be awhile before I return but I sure will stick with the fish

I so like this place, the shrimp is killer. The Collierville location is good, and the service is always very nice. I think the menu is a bit limited, but if you find a favorite you will likely be pleased. No problems, just good food.

Extremely disappointed… they took my all time favorite salmon sandwich off their new menu. In fact, all fish sandwiches are gone and they also changed the ceviche appetizer as well. Not for the better in my opinion. Not very happy with the new menu. Sometimes it’s just nice to sit at the bar, grab a beer and have a sandwich instead of an expensive dinner.

Despite my bias against any chain fine dining experience, BF Grill Collierville/Memphis is 5 Star. Dined with 5 colleagues from outside the US. All enjoyed. Can recommend every appetizer of Bang Bang Shrimp, Edamame, and Calamari. Small Gripe: Only disappointment was Bonefish Caesar salad… advice to management is reconsider how to correctly make a Caesar Salad consistent with your fine restaurant. Drinks were well-made including chilled Blue Sapphire martini and tasty Sierra Nevada Pale Ale draft among 4 drafts offered. Good meal value based on quality. Did not choose wine this visit, but reasonable markup over retail. Would like to return for Sunday Brunch served until 2 pm. The best brunches around. My mistake was getting the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and the bread. The portion size has increased and it’s an appetizer that could double up as a meal. The beverages are top notch, but that lemonade with a hint of agave was something else. As for my main course, Surf & Turf Eggs Benedict topped the original. A heaping portion of lobster meat, a couple of slices of succulent sirloin, with the traditional muffin, poached egg & Hollandaise along with a choice of fruit or potatoes au gratin. If I don’t feel like Sunday Brunch, I usually go for the fish and chips. Simple comfort food done right.
