I haven’t ever gone into the restaurant to eat, but they have a very reliable delivery service and a wide variety of menu items. Their pad thai is my favorite — it’s surprisingly tasty! Sushi is good too.

Obsessed with this place! We love everything we get here, from the fried rice to the angry crab rangoon, to the sushi, pad Thai, general Tso’s chicken… it’s all great! We only get take out from here, and I’ve never seen the dining room appear busy. Maybe they do tons of take out business? Either way, it’s great and the people are super friendly.

Fusion bay is really good! Last night was the first time we had eaten there, and we decided to have a sushi night. All of the sushi was excellent and tasted fresh and delicious. My only minor gripe is that they only had one sushi chef. He was an excellent chef, don’t get me wrong, and he made amazing sushi. I just think he was getting a little backed up. I definitely recommend Fusion Bay!

I really wanted to like this place. Based on other reviews. I think we may have visited on an off day. Either way, Asian Fusion was just not good when we stopped in for lunch over the weekend. No one was in the restaurant when we entered. After 2 minutes someone came out from the back to seat us. Service and food came out slow. Our appetizers were all good, but my pad thai entrée was literally swimming in wet. The peanut«sauce» was watery and in a puddle at the bottom of the dish, ruining the noodles. I’ve never had a pad thai that was so sloppy before. There was also raw onion in the mix, which was unusual and unpleasant to me. My family’s entrees were better than mine, but nothing exceptional.

Wow… First time ordering a la carte sushi, love the sushi chef! Very kind, decorates the sashimi beautifully, while the sashimi was incredibly fresh. Loved the service too! Totally recommend the sushi/sashimi.

One of my favorite restaurants to go to in Collingswood. It’s a BYOB town. That’s always a plus. My boyfriend and I tried it for the first time because we had a BOGO coupon. And I was craving pad thai. They have the best pad thai I’ve ever had. I’m Filipino so my palette is pretty attuned to Asian cooking but this was a pleasant shock. I love their use of coconut milk. Made the sauce slightly creamy. You can add shrimp, chicken, etc. I always add shrimp and it’s cooked perfectly. This dish had such an effect on me that I judge others by Fusion Bay’s recipe. I loved the food so much that I had my birthday dinner here. About 15 people altogether. I reserved, but it wasn’t really necessary. Even for a weekend night, the place was not packed at all. I think people order out moreso than dine-in. Servers are very attentive and quick. No complaints about this place!

The best wonton soup I’ve had in a long time! My husband and I got sushi which was very good. We got our 2 year old a lemongrass chicken & rice bowl, which she loved. She didn’t finish it but we packed it to go. We tried some & it was fantastic! I’ve had their smoothies & bubble tea before but I’ve never tried their food. I’ll definitely be going there again! I highly recommend them!

Good Thai food! We always go right next door for Thai, but this place is equally delicious and is open an hour later. Will definitely return!

This restaurant is so good and the service is great. We had edamame, coconut shrimp, pork pan fried dumplings, beef chow fun and penang shrimp and it was all delicious. 5 stars

I went to this restaurant for my birthday a couple of days ago, and I fell in love. I was a little skeptical when we got inside the restaurant and it was completely empty. That’s never a good sign when it’s 6:30 on a Saturday night! And I can honestly say I have no idea why it was so dead in there. The atmosphere is very calm, and comfortable. And the food was amazing. For appetizers we got the scallion pancakes & the dumpling sampler. The pancakes were extremely fresh, light & flakey. The dumplings were delicious as well. My favorite were the vegetable & chicken. My mom ordered steamed vegetables & she loved them. Perfectly steamed & just so fresh. I had the Spicy sriracha Shrimp, which was AMAZING. The caps are necessary because this is the best shrimp dish I think I’ve ever had in my life lol. When you visit this place, I absolutely suggest that dish! Our service was perfect along with everything else. I can’t wait to come back here!

Everything I’ve tried is delicious. The Pad Thai is unique… tastes light and fresh, but has plenty of flavor… a bit spicy too. Dumplings and rice dishes are pretty straight forward, but again, it all tastes fresh. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

The braised beef noodle bowl is oh so satisfying especially on a dreary south jersey day.

Their pad thai is out of this world. I always get the shrimp pad thai & scarf it down. SO delish.

If you want delicious, non-greasy, fresh Chinese food — this is the place for you. I have ordered take out from here so many times, it’s a bit embarrassing. But they never disappoint. The food is always freshly made to order and just flat out good. The service is always very good as well. The drivers are friendly and the food always comes in less time than the 30 – 45 minute time frame they give me. If you’re in the mood for good Chinese food I would recommend Fusion Bay. This will continue to be our go to spot.

Pad Thai is NOT authentic! Not sure why people say its the best… Pretty tasteless in my opinion and creamy(!?). Dumpling sampler was pretty good, and nice variety of entrees, but average in terms of authenticity and taste. Overpriced. Not sure why the hype.

Best Pad Thai I’ve ever had. It’s hands down amazing. Typically Pad Thai is greasy and leaves you feeling bloated and guilty. it also so heavy that after it gets cold all the noodles stick together and it congeals. Not Fusion Bay’s Pad Thai! The sauce they use here is more clean tasting and fresh. It’s amazing. Not only that, the portions are fabulous for take out! It’s a special treat to get pad Thai take-out form here! Only down side is that they don’t have Thai Iced Tea!

Have been here many times for a variety of menu items but got confused this time as I really love Pad Thai and I ordered it from here instead of the THAIBASIL next door, from which I typically order that dish. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Fusion Cuisine but their take on the Pad Thai was surprisingly disappointing. The noodles were fine but the flavors were all their own design. I am not much of a tofu lover and this Pad That came standard with a lot of pieces of diced tofu which did not impress. The sauce was a cream based preparation which was rather bland and unexciting. Also the slices of red and yellow bell Peppers were somewhat out of place. I would consider myself something of a snob with respect to Asian Cuisine and while this establishment has many exceptional items to select from in their menu the Pad Thai does not happen to be among them. I will say that there will be some who will find this dish quite delectable but it is not a true version of the genre, but that is to be expected in any Fusion type restaurant. enjoy!

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times over the past few years. Each time I’ve been disappointed with my experience. The first time I went there they were newer and doing some construction. It was noisy but I understood that this was something they could not avoid. However, the food left something to be desired. While it wasn’t bad, I wouldn’t say it was good either. The service was somewhat slow and I felt underwhelmed by the place overall. In my subsequent visits I’ve liked the restaurant even less. The things that I then chalked up to being a newer restaurant(slower service, disorganization) remain the same as the first time I went. My most recent visit over the past weekend we went as a small group for the dim sum. While I hadn’t enjoyed my previous dishes from past trips, I had been urged to give the dim sum a try. When ordering were told that one dish we selected is no longer offered and it is a pet peeve of mine when servers do not tell you ahead of time if something on the menu is unavailable. Why not tell me right away so I don’t select something you don’t actually have? Similarly, once we were into our meal we were told something else we had actually ordered wasn’t available either. After ordering we waited a half an hour for our drinks and another 15 minutes for the first dish to be brought out. To me that is too long of a wait, especially for dim sum that comes out as it is ready. There was a large group already in the restaurant when we arrived, comprising of maybe 12 or so people. I understand that they’re a smaller place and a large group like that can slow things down, but other than us there were only two other tables being served, and one of those table had already finished eating. The large group had already received their food as well so we were confused as to what was causing the long delay. Once served, the food itself was ok. The highlights were the pork ribs, Chinese greens, shrimp dumplings and rice roll. But even these were just ok in comparison to dishes I’ve had elsewhere(mainly Philadelphia). Perhaps I have been spoiled by Philly dim sum experiences, but I was not impressed by Fusion Bay’s version.

A friend and I ordered delivery from Fusion Bay last weekend. It took about 50 minutes to come, and the hot stuff was hot and the cold stuff was cold, so that’s all good stuff to me. My friend ordered the vegetable pad thai and asked for it to be «extra spicy.» She really liked it, but wanted less of the little corns. She also got a veggie dumpling, and said it was okay. I chose the lemongrass chicken soup with ramen noodles, a crispy chicken spring roll, and a strawberry smoothie. I loved the soup and smoothie, but could’ve done without their«popular» spring roll. Luckily it was super cheap! Fusion Bay has a pretty expansive menu — both in terms of quantity and variety. I’m not the biggest fan of this type of cuisine, but I was able to find dishes that I liked, and that is rare. I’d recommend them.

My friends who live in other cities in South Jersey chose this restaurant to try because she knows I love trying new places and Asian cuisine. This restaurant is fusion, like it’s name so it has a little from each country within the pacific rim. We shared two appetizers: Shao Mai –which had pork and shrimp ground, and a dim sum Shrimp Dumpling. The shrimp dumpling is made with rice flour, so delicate and my preferred appetizer and my two friends preferred the shao mai. For lunch, we all ordered different noodle dishes: I had Shrimp Chow Fun –wide rice noodles in a delicate sauce, one friend had Shrimp Lo Mein and the other tried Pad Thai. The food was very tasty and flavored nicely, not too salty. We were all happy with our choices. It was painted in chartreuse green, the color of my bedroom. The atmosphere, relaxing. All staff very nice. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch. We will return the next time we have an adventure in Collingswood.
