Came here with no line. The two short Filipino baristas still managed to be rude to me. Seriously you don’t have to roll your eyes when I ask you to ground my lb of coffee

Be careful on the drive thru, they rush your order so much, they will make a terrible drink. What’s wrong with doing the right thing baristas??? We pay tons of money for our drink and you do a bad job. Make sure you sip on your drink before you start driving. I’m not an annoying Starbucks customer but I pay tons for my coffee. Make it right!!!

I love the fact that they have a drive thru. So when I’m on my way to the library to study but I’m too lazy to get out, it gets super convenient for me to just order without leaving my car!
Not only that but during the finals week, I like that this place always has seats. I’ve tried to go to 24 hour Starbucks to study but their lobby is packed most of the time. Although this place isn’t a 24 hour, they close at 10:30, which is fine by me since I start studying around afternoon.

Some of the staff team members here are very friendly. I thought the service here was very good. I didn’t have to wait very long in line and to have my order taken. Great location for a Starbucks near the entrance /​exit doors. In need of a pastry with a cup of coffee? Starbucks got you covered. Overall, good first experience here!

VERY SLOW! I ordered 2 drinks, took about 10 minutes to the first, and another 5 to get the second one, let alone other occasions I’ve had the misfortune of getting coffee here. Today, RJ was the batista and maybe he was new, but he looked like he had no idea what he was doing, making ONE drink at a time… WHAT? I am by no means a barista myself, but every Starbucks I go to, I see the baristas making a minimum of 2 – 3 drinks at once (one or two using the espresso machine, and/​or one frapp.) I constantly see people just leave the line here because it takes too long. I’d rather wait in the drive-​thru line at the Starbucks up the street. Should’ve just done that today…
ALSO! Noticed that they’re keeping cold case items on a cart behind the case, including some sandwiches. Not in the cold where they should be. Talk about a health code violation.

Why the low stars? By far, my favorite Starbucks ever. I’ve been coming here since it opened. I visit a couple times a week on my Target run. The employees are friendly and the manager, Celine is awesome! They usually carry the seasonal drinks longer than most Starbucks. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Just ordered a large (venti) cold white chocolate mocha and I received the drink hot so I asked if they could remake it cold for me and they did but what a disappointment. I took 6sips or so and the drink was empty already. They filled it with ice almost all the way to the top. I should have just ordered a small and asked for less ice it would have been the same thing. Next time I know. Real cheapskates here
