Horrible customer service, bad quality drinks. They do not stir their drinks well so you have a scoopful of powder on the bottom. When I was unhappy with my drink they refused to exchange it for another. Do not waste your money here. There is another boba place in the mall to go to near forever21.

This place always has slow service. They really need to hire more people. Drinks are decent and I like many of their snacks. They just need to focus on providing quality customer service, but that’s not likely.

#65 Quickly, or Quickly’s(sounds better), is probably the lowest of the low in terms of boba spots. Especially since we’re in the Bay Area, where boba is as popular as coffee. Before this location, I hadn’t been to a Quickly’s in years. Now I just come here whenever my coworkers drag me along with them. Out of all the drinks, I’d only get a watermelon slush and maybe a milk tea if I’m desperately craving. I just feel like there isn’t a prominent tea flavor in their drinks and that it’s basically sugar water with Coffee Mate. Their boba tastes like nothing. I recommend sticking with their jelly options. Smoothies, milkshakes, and anything else is just yuck. As far as their snacks, I’d stick with the popular options because you don’t know how long the other stuff has been sitting in their freezer. Popcorn chicken is good, but I wish it were Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Stay away from bento boxes, egg puffs, etc. At least their cashier is nice and communicates well.

This place is usually my go-to boba place if I can’t find anywhere else to get my fix. The drinks are for the most part alright, they get the job done. I always go for the Nutella milk tea, takoyaki, popcorn chicken, and egg puffs. The wait is reasonable(from my personal experience) and staff are pleasant. And since it’s located in the mall cafeteria, there’s ample seating and if you’re just looking for a drink to sip on while you’re shopping, that works too. This quicklys is like that one friend you have that’s not too memorable but they’re a decent person so you try to make an effort to hang out from time to time and show that you’re trying to maintain the relationship.

This place is kinda ridiculous! I ordered a popcorn chicken bowl and asked that the popcorn chicken be in a separate paper bag so it remains crispy on my way home and the lady employee said they cannot do that and was going to charge me money if I wanted it separately. I thought she was joking… She wasn’t. Argh! No wonder the 2 star rating… Customer service is lacking here big time!

I got a drink there, it didn’t really leave an impression on me and I don’t even remember what I ordered. So that says something.

I’m only rating this based on the oreo milk shake. Do not I repeat do not order the oreo milkshake. The shake isn’t even a milk shake. It’s basically Dreyer’s ice cream mixed with ice. It was one of the worst shakes I’ve ever had. $ 4.50 was sooo expensive and horrible!!! Although the shake was not good, I think that this place is a great business idea– There is quite a line and the asian population loves this place. Great job on business strategy! But make sure your milkshakes are made like the general — typical– milk and ice cream– blended beverage please.

My niece and I are both on a bobba drink addiction so when we had time to kill, he had to look for one around the area. Unilocaled and found this place. Ordered our usual drinks plus curly fries, mini octopus, fish ball. All of them are good. Good portion is big which was great. We barely finished them. –2 stars for lackluster service.

I was given tasteless, old boba. Disgusting. Quickly’s, you’ve been in business too long to make a rookie mistake like this –_____–

I love their snacks! Our usual orders are chicken popcorn, fish ball, squid ball, and lobster balls! I also like their taro ice! Yummy!

They’re ok. Faster than other locations sometimes. I like the snacks and drinks, the only flavors I can’t recommend are the orange milk and almond flavors. Prolonged regret since I can’t just waste food. I really like their fried tofu. It’s a great consistency and a nice vegetarian friendly snack when I don’t want potatoes. Also, it took me ages to realize the older guys there are twins, I just thought he was extra hard working.

It’s a hit or miss experience whenever I go just for the Milk tea and popcorn chicken. I order either Earl Grey or Bubble Milk tea and popcorn chicken. Drinks always goes first and I have to wait almost 10 minutes just to get my popcorn chicken. Wish there’s a second register so there won’t be a long time. Everytime I just wanted a quick snack fix, always a long line. They should just step up with the business to make it more time efficient.

So im carrying my 6month old son. My order consists of 1 small bag of 2 drinks and the other bag of popcorn chicken and cheese sticks. I ask the lady for a larger bag so that it will be easier to carry to the car since i have my son in my arms. She says its .25 cents. So i asked if she can just trade the 2 small bags. She hesitates then says«itll make the drinks melt» which does not make sense. So i told her itd be a lot of help since i am carrying my son and this food. And then she tells me that they only have a few bags left… So i had to demand a larger bag. And thats when she traded. Seriously why do you need to question me when i have a good amount of food i ordered from you guys? Other than that experience. My food that i ordered was awesome. No complaints on that or the amount of time i waited. But geez, if your *customer needs it, why question it?

For a location in a mall, it’s actually pretty good! $ 2.75 For any flavor Milk Tea is a really good deal! A family member was actually telling me of a place that had fantastic popcorn chicken– I would have never guessed she was taking me to Quicklys! Got an order of popcorn chicken, waffle fries, and an Almond Milk Tea for less than $ 11. The popcorn chicken was very hot and tasty! It does not have an option for spicy level, but it’s still pretty good! The waffle fries were crunchy and filling! Both food items were in large portions, probably two times the regular size at any other Quicklys! The Almond Milk Tea wasn’t too sweet, but it still was tasty too! I’d definitely recommend this to others if they were looking for someplace in the Serramonte Shopping Center to eat. Pros: –Good taste –Cheap prices –Lots of options –Side area for toppings –Located in a food court –Clean and nice service Cons: –Items came out at 3 separate times –No seating area besides the food court

Hellloooooo, you’re called Quickly but there was nothing quick about it! You have THESLOWESTSERVICE on the planet. When our orders of popcorn chicken and octopus finally arrived, I’m glad to report that it didn’t taste like crap… so at least it wasn’t a complete waste going here.

I get overwhelmed when there are lots of choices, so when I visited this Quickly location, I kept looking and looking on what to order. Took me at least 5 minutes to finally decide.(I came at a good time because they line wasn’t very long.) I think I just got a weird combination and didn’t like my drink at all. I ordered the strawberry milk tea with small boba. Weird, I know. It was kind of tangy and semi-sweet at the same time. I won’t be getting this flavor the next time. I’m sure I’ll stick to a more popular flavor. My kids ended up getting one of their milk shakes and an order of the original egg puffs.(They had a couple of different flavors, I think green tea and chocolate, maybe?) Anyway, it was overcooked. Not very soft, which is the way I like it. I didn’t eat the outside pieces, just the ones on the inside. I’ve seen the lines here get really long especially on hot days(which only happen a few times in Daly City. Haha!)

This new location of Quickly’s is located right where the old Mongolian BBQ place used to be. If you don’t know where that is then just know that this place is in the corner near the doors leading to the bus stops. First impression? Looks like any other Quickly’s. The orange aprons, $ 3.99 popcorn chicken, and a variety of drinks. The cashier that took my order looked like she had the life sucked out of her. No offense to her or anything, but a small smile would have been greatly appreciated. Took about 10 minutes to get my order altogether(they gave me my drink first then I had to wait for my popcorn chicken) and when I got them I was pretty happy. Until I took a sip of my tiger milk tea. That tasted pretty watered down… The chicken taste the same as every other Quickly’s though… But the quantity they gave you is way less. Overall… This Quicklys is different because it’s in a mall but other than that there is really no other difference. Prices are about the same as the other Quickly’s~
