Ordered a chocolate glazed donut this morning around 6:30 in drive thru. Was told they didn’t have any. I asked what did they have. Cashiers reply was«as far as what». I mean obviously I’m asking about donuts. Just got a regular old fashion. No receipt. Ugh

Edit 1011 Wildewood Centre Dr Columbia, SC29229 I will never go back there again. In the past 5 – 6 months I have visited the store and EVERYTIME, they have not had what I wanted to order. They are either out of donuts, bread, bagels, orange juice. This morning I tried again since my daughter gave me a gift certificate for Dunkin donuts and they AGAIN, did not have orange juice at 8:30 in the morning??? They didn’t have plain bagels or bread to make the sandwich at 8:30 in the morning??? This particular dunkin donuts is ruining your name. After I get rid of the certificate, I will inform my family NOT to ever give me a Dunkin Donuts certificate again. I was so happy when this one opened up because there are no other ones close to us but I guess Krispy Kreme which is just down the street will get me from now on. This is our sunday morning ritual and we have had to go the Krispy Kreme just about every Sunday because of the lack of products in your store.

TERRIBLE! If you are looking for subpar customer service and cold food and in accurate orders(every time) then this is the place. Hands down the worst Duncan Donuts I’ve ever been too. Don’t waste your time or money here. You would be better off across the street at McDonalds or Krispy Kreme.

Warning ! Stay away from this Dunkin Dounts. I visited this place on Saturday morning. Employees playing, arguing among themselves, eating in the kitchen area, and the cashier rude. I asked for a refund and got out after they forgot to make my coffee. I have given this place several tries, take my advice in travel to the next location on Two Notch

I really love Dunkin but NOT this location! I have given this place a few tries to get it right since they are conveniently located next to I-20, but nope-not going to happen until they have a serious overhaul of management and properly train their employees. First of all the drive-through experience is terrible. One Sunday morning my husband and I came by and attempted to order several items from their menu only to be told that they were out of stock of each. This was at around 9am on a weekend so I’m unsure of why they were out of stock. And of course they got the order wrong. I ordered an iced coffee and received a hot coffee. This location also makes you pay extra for condiments such as jelly. Last week I went to this location before I was supposed to be at a venue at 9am to help setup for a baby shower. I stopped to get a coffee and a wake up wrap before getting on I-20. Having never gone inside I was hoping that it would be faster since I know drive-through is always so slow. I was wrong. The employees are so rude and disrespectful to one another. They are yelling at each other constantly about why orders are not getting out as fast as possible, or why orders are incorrect, or why they’re making duplicate orders. I can use the word constantly because I have observed this behavior amongst their staff in my previous trips to this establishment. The staff is really incompetent. One cashier did not know where many of the items were located in the computer and how to ring them up. They were also playing music loudly behind the counter that was inappropriate for a family establishment. Rihanna’s «B — h better have my money» was playing loudly enough for customers to hear with the profanity in it. Sadly the woman who appears to be the manager(because she was ordering everyone around in a rude and nasty tone) was also singing along with this song. I’m thankful that my kids were not with me to witness this. If you are a glutton for punishment, don’t mind waiting 15 – 20 minutes inside or in the drive-through, rude employees, and just a poor experience in general, be their guest. Otherwise plan ahead and cross your fingers with hopes that one day this Dunkin will get it together.

Horrible. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes before a rude employee finally came out and said drive thru was closed. Nobody wants to walk inside at 8 am on a Sunday. Get it together.

DONOTGOHERE! The service to this place was lackluster at best. The people there seem to not care and did not have a thought about their outward appearance. The managers air of the distain for customers was apparent. I read the reviews before I went there but could not believe that this place is that bad. I should’ve listen to those reviews.

Dirty! The cashier will handle your money and the register and then turn around and handle your food wearing the same exact glove. When asked to change the glove she agreed but then made smart comments about it to the next people in line while I was waiting for the manager. Very unhygienic and unprofessional. Never again!

I Went to Dunkin Donuts today brought my family at this location number 346937 we ordered $ 43.87 worth of food. We had a question on the receipt due to the fact that we were charged more for coffee then we should have been charged. The MANAGERFABRIANDAVIS was very nasty and caught an attitude. The managers responded as he points to the menu board and told us we should have read the menu. I tried to talk to the manager and tell the manager that he should have told us when he took the order that there was an upcharge to get iced coffee instead of regular coffee and he told me it’s right there on the board that I should have read it. I told him that when we place the order that he should of told us that there was an upcharge at that point to go to a ice coffee instead of the regular coffee on the combo. I ask for my money back and he told me he would do it when he was ready and told me that if I keep talking to him the he would call the police which I told them to please call the police. He then went and ignored my request for my money back and attempted to help other customers and we got into a little bit of a heated argument and he was still continually to be belligerent and nasty. I ask for his name he told me it will be at the bottom of the receipt when he does my credit. I Told him I was going to call corporate and he said I don’t care what you do so I said I want to talk to the owner and he told me I don’t know the owner and that the owners somewhere in New York and he just don’t care. Another employee that works there we told her thank you for being so nice and then she also says that she would stand behind her manager any day. the customer service was unbelievably terrible and the manager Fabian should not be carrying the title of management and running a restaurant. After years of being of Patron to this Dunkin Donuts since they opened a few years ago we will not return and we will make sure to let other people know how awful the service is at this location. I have been in the restaurant business almos all my life and never seen such poor concern and customer Service as the manager Fabrian Davis showed.

To echo many of the reviews here, this location is terrible. The service varies from morning to morning even though the same people are working. Everyone looks as sleepy as they probably are and this is from a drive-thru perspective. They are slow. Medium hazelnut coffee with cream apparently means medium hazelnut coffee with cream and extra sugar. I tried the breakfast once. It was deplorable. I will be finding another location to buy coffee from. I hear the Krispy Kreme across the street is much better.

First let me say that I LOVE Dunkin Donuts so it pains me to write this review. My suggestion is to hire more staff, fix the speaker system and offer specials! They’re right off the interstate so the business should be booming. They’re always out of products day after day and blame the delivery truck. No excuses for poor customer service. Best thing is to go inside and ask for Toya or the young guy with the dreads. Very nice people

Worst customer service in Columbia! Wrong order three times. Unfriendly staff and no apology for the multiple errors. They just bickered back and forth between the employees working behind the counter. It’s a shame that customers have to witness this kind of culture.

Even though there is a drive thru, I decided to come inside to place my breakfast order… One half-dozen blueberry donuts, an XL Dunkaccino, and an XL coffee with toasted almond flavor. Not too complicated, right? Well… Tyesha the cashier put my order in and handed me my half-dozen. I stepped to the side and waited for my two drinks. The«barista» grabbed the smallest cup and was about to prepare my Dunkaccino… «Oh – excuse me. I had an extra large.» «Ummm, the only sizes for the Dunkaccino are small and medium.» … I looked at my receipt, which I clearly was charged for an XL on both drinks. And I looked at the wall menu, which indicated the Dunkaccino can be bought in S, M, L, and XL. The«barista» looked at the cashier, who was nodding and said«Just fill up the XL cup with large, and add some more to it». So she finished my drink, but apparently thought I was lying? It didn’t help that three other people behind me were served and got out quickly. Taste-wise, it was decent and all standard(as expected).

I have been to this location three times. I must be stupid. They are always out of food that is listed on the menu. The ice coffee drinks taste off. Next time it’s the drive thru at KK.

Avoid at all costs! This location is hard to get to on a busy street. Their drive thru clerk snatches your debit card out of your hand and Dunkin Donuts staples are never in stock. Management is pompous and arrogant and takes months… literally months to answer to you only to be condescending to you when they finally decide to contact you.

Went through the drive thru. The man couldn’t hear me, so I had to yell my order. When I received my breakfast sandwich, it was drenched in butter. I couldn’t eat it. My coffee tasted like cold hot chocolate and was very thick. I got a small and still couldn’t stomach the whole thing.
