Sorry I hate to post negative reviews but this place is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Ordered a strawberry acai refresher with less water than they normally put in. The lady put MORE water than normal and didn’t even bother to read the cup until she was finished. I was a barista the last 4 years at a Starbucks in myrtle beach so I knew exactly how to make it. This lady (who I watched make it wrong) even proceeded to say there was extra strawberry syrup in it (there is NO STRAWBERRY syrup at Starbucks) it tasted horrible but she was so slow and there was a giant line so I didn’t complain. Though I will not go back.

No mocha of any kind. Thought I was at a real Starbucks. And their chip reader isn’t working yet. No napkins out and the counter was dirty.

Still the worst Starbucks in Columbia. Staff are incapable of making half of the drinks on the menu. Staff are very slow and this location is consistently understaffed. Corporate really needs to step in and do something to improve the customer experience here.

Yes it’s in a grocery store and its small the lines can be long… So? It’s worth it for great coffee and great service. Special shout out to Jen and Renaldo who’ve been my favorite baristas since I moved here eight months back.
