Ill equipped to handle more than two people in line. Seven people there including a manager and they were yelling at each other and not very friendly to us. Messed up both of my kids’ sandwiches(asked for no tomatoes or lettuce on either, got lettuce and tomato on both). Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had at Wendy’s.

First time here. Dined in. Friendly crew. Lots of smiles. Free wifi is relatively fast. I’m not a fan of the sauce used in the burgers. Homemade chicken was pretty good. Fries also were fresh and not soggy. It is located across from pizza hot. It’s convenient if you have kids who are better off with pizza while you are enjoying your burgers.

Had to come for lunch today. I typically don’t like to eat fast food but make an exception for Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich. The employee at the register was nice and the restaurant was clean.

The staff at this location are some of the rudest and most incompetent I’ve ever experience. They mess up even the simplest of orders. For example, I asked for BBQ sauce and I got chili sauce thrown at me. They are also extremely slow. I would only go o this restaurant as a last resort.

Well, gave it another try, figured that a couple of years may have changed thing, but no, still sucks. no one in line, only customers in the place. 15 minutes to get food. cheeseburger cold when I finally open it. another burger was already cooked and put on the grill to cook again and tasted like a hockey puck. Even the TV inside for entertainment had the wrong time and NA for temperature. Ordered a BBQ ranch salad. Came with no dressing. clerk had no idea how to handle coupons. Didn’t know the current promotions. Just horrible.

If I go to Wendy’s during my Lunch break, this is the one I visit. Its location on 108 is convenient, and the drive through is generally not too busy. Drive through staff seems nice overall, and I’ve never had a bad experience there that I can recall. If I choose to wait in line inside, it often SUPER busy at lunchtime, so I stick to drive though when I can. All in all, it’s a perfectly adequate Wendy’s, and I’m happy to visit when I’m craving Wendy’s fast food.

I had no idea that so many people felt how pathetic of a Wendy’s this location is. How can you mess up simple –ish. First time, I ordered a coke with no ice. What did I get, coke with ice. Next visit I ordered a simple cheeseburger meal, I get a hamburger meal. I mean you truly have to not give any type of damns to work here.

Pay attention to all the other posters. They are correct. Takes forever, food is just so-so and people who work here just don’t seem to care too much. No managerial leadership whatsoever! Last straw for me was being at the drive-thru for 10 min. waiting for a damn milkshake. Avoid!

Horrible service. Like everyone else, the location is what brings me here from time to time. After today, I will do my best to never come here again… no matter how desperate times get. This is why God invented places like Five Guys…

After waiting 15 minutes to order food Ihad to repeat my order four or five times… I was told to drive to the window when I get up there and they say they never got my order to get back in line and do it all over again… I use to work at Wendy’s I know corporate has a higher standards than that… I have eaten at Wendy’s many of times and will pass on this one from now on(even know it’s less than a mile from my house) hopefully I will eat a a Wendy’s again sometime… But not anytime soon

Like other posters, I have had so many terrible experiences with this location. I only use it from time to time because it’s about 5 minutes from my home. The evening drive-thru staff is atrocious. Completely unprofessional and inefficient. We’ve had our orders«lost» when we arrive at the window and asked to wait in the lot for our food, only for it to arrive 10 – 15 minutes later, not even hot. One time the guy at the window was sitting there texting in front of us while his manager asked him to put the phone away, to no avail. Come on Wendy’s, there are a lot of people out there who need a job and are willing to do good work. Don’t settle for crummy employees.

I can’t recommend this Wendy’s at all. Or any Wendy’s location in Columbia for that matter. Both locations, but especially this one, are staffed by people that you would think are straight off the streets and on their first day of the job. I got asked 5 times how I wanted my order prepared — I’m glad they want to make sure they get it right(and they did) but does it really take 5 times to ask? By the way, my order was a double with ONLY ketchup. I know, complicated. The staff spent the entire time when they weren’t trying to double check my order talking about whether a customer who just left was a woman, and not really a man, like they called her. The manager’s response: «I don’t care I got things to do»…meanwhile, this convo is taking place in front of the rest of the customers waiting in line… loud and clear. I know it’s fast food and this could happen anywhere, any time. But seriously… this place needs a leader and they need to get their act together.

There’s only one reason to go to this Wendy’s location and that is because it’s close to where I live. Frankly, I try to avoid it if I can. I do find myself there once or twice a month just because I’m out running an errand or something. But I punch myself in the face after every visit.

I don’t eat much here often. The food is not that great. I just tired burger and fries. The price went up really high.

To be honest, this is really about a 2.5 star Wendy’s. They’re not absolutely horrible, but the real reason I keep using them is they’re the only Wendy’s nearby. The biggest complaints seem to come from the kitchen. The people taking your order get it down right… but the people making it seem to be idiots. Even more, they’re completely unprofessional and you can hear them arguing with each other behind the scenes. Just the other night the manager had to go back there again, because people were waiting 15 minutes for their food. The staff were arguing over who should be making what and how rather than just getting the process done. Now, the manager is an amusing man. Kind of rough, he looks like Uncle Ruckus from The Boondocks. Talks like him a bit too. Still, having to deal with the idiots under him, he does whup them into shape when needs be. So, I gave a –1 for the staff behind the scenes but a +1 for the manager… which is why we end up with the rating I give.

I have constantly had problems with this location. I had to give my order three times in the drive thru the other day. Today, I went to the Drive-Thru and no one waited on me, even after I sat there for five minutes. I just drove away. I think I am giving up on this location.
