The staff is always friendly here when I come in to get some of my hair care products. They are also very knowledgeable as well! They will offer you some tea once you come in and ask if you want a massage. I always pass on the massage just so I can get my products and go. Their main goal is to make the customer happy from the time they come in till they leave that door. Sometimes they will bring in some of the beauticians from the Aveda salons around town to answer some of your questions here. I’ve seen a lady all the way from the Powell Aveda come work here one day. I’m a fan of the products because they work oh so nicely on my thick and processed hair. They help treat it and make it shine unlike the drug store brands. Yes, I’m guilty of buying drug store hair brands and they work very poorly on my hair. If you buy quality brands your hair will become the reflection of your purchase. I know this from experience. I trust Aveda and love what they put into their products. It’s overall the best thing I’ve used on my hair.

New staff not really up to par. I stopped in because as a Pure Privilege member I get coupons for free travel size products from time to time. I love Aveda, so I always make a point to use them. Typically I can count on the effervescent staff here to make me smile, encourage me to browse a little and offer a free«wellness ritual» like a hand massage. Not tonight! The two girls(who I’d never seen before were both behind the cash wrap, they asked what brought me in and when I mentioned the coupon the one seemed to be trying to hide a scowl! She barely said a word to me and then as I left I heard her telling the other they’d be a little below Plan for the hour — not something a customer should ever overhear. I usually find this such a pampering and friendly location — what a disappointment.
