Sorry, just do not understand the hype, or why this place is thriving. I have never given a bad review before, because I think it’s shitty to put anyone down who is just trying to feed the people and mind their business. But this is hands down the worst pizza I’ve had. No taste, bland, nothing special cardboard. I think this place does well because it is «late night» and caters to intoxicated people who will barely remember they ate it the next morning.

This place is great, pizza is always good and it’s open late! The patio is awesome and so is Oddfellows.

I love the outdoor area where they have the main truck parked. The pizza is always very hot and delicious, and the garlic sauce on the side is an added bonus(I really appreciate that it is free unlike many places now). The only thing I do not like is the actual food truck itself. It is a little hard to order and I wish for this permanent location that they would have a shorter ordering window.

Great place to grab a slice! Had a slice of the mushroom pizza for $ 3. The pizza is a little lacking in toppings, but it’s tasty and cheesy, hot and fresh! Not the best pizza ever, but it’s pretty darn good. It’s also adjacent to a bar, which I think is extremely convenient! Pros: plenty of dining space! I LOVE the atmosphere. They have a bunch of benches and some string lights to set the mood. It’s also open late!

Atmosphere– This little pizza joint has grown from meh to a popular outdoor hang out spot with lots of picnic tables. It’s nice in the spring-fall time. Service– A, they are fast but sometimes the line is long. Food– There are limited choices to choose from, which makes it easy. I like the thin crust and minimal pizza sauce. It’s consistent and hits the spot.

I will say Mikey’s approach to pizza is unique and fun, however I do not find the pizza itself overly delicious. I would say the food is good but not legendary when compared to say hound dogs for example. The prices are fair and they have several Locations in the C-bus area. Worth a try, definitely not bad

Late night pizza! Slut sauce was the game changer here. There wasn’t as long a line I expected but it was a cold night. Not easy on the stomach though.

Awful service. Rude employees. Pizza is just OK. Improper/dirty handling and serving of food. Avoid if possible. They cater to a super drunk late night crowd, so don’t expect to be treated like anything other than a drunk. Definitely won’t be back.

When you get fresh pizza this is the best pizza in Columbus. As a New Yorker it keeps me sane. However it seems to be regular practice at multiple Mikey’s locations to leave pizza out when it’s slow and let it get dry. The oven they have does not do a good job of saving pizza in this condition and it comes out chewy in some spots and hard in others. I guess if they have to cut costs to stay afloat it’s worth it, but if you’re there during the off hours better give the pizza a good look before ordering.

This pizza, with its signature recipes and fun attitude is Columbus’s best homegrown pie palace. The taste, delicious. With unctuous pepperonis, tender mushrooms and a kick of spice, the Cheezus Crust rules Columbus pizza! The location is perfect for those nights when you need something to dry up the spirits. And the service is always kind and friendly. If you haven’t tried the Spicy-Ass pepperoni, you haven’t experienced the best of Central Ohio street food.

This is the best pizza I have found in Columbus yet. It reminds me of the style of pizza you find along the Jersey Shore: large thin slices, crispy, slightly charred crust, generous sprinkling of pepper and oregano on top. I love this kind of pizza and it is hard to find in Ohio. Mikey’s does a great job with it: the balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings is perfect. Mikey’s is expensive for take out pizza, and it can be kind of a pain logistically. The entirety of Short North is a parking disaster, and Mikey’s is a stationary food truck that doesn’t deliver, so you either have to walk if you live close by, or else spend time trying to find a spot. Still, if you’re in the mood for pizza and don’t mind a little extra cost and hassle over the Donato’s of the world, I wholehearted recommend giving this place a try.

This place is great. A pizza experience different than any other I’ve had. The place is grungy in all the best ways(it’s their thing, not in a gross/nasty way) with delicious pizza. They offer special pizzas that are not to miss.

I somehow end up here every weekend. Seriously every weekend. So I guess I kinda have some experience with this place… lol. But forreal this place has a nice solid slice of pizza that’s just perfect for when you roll out of the bars in the short north. The line gets kinda long, but it’s definitely worth it. I like the spicy pepperoni smothered with either the Slut Sauce or the garlic sauce(or both… don’t judge me). One slice here is usually good for me cause they’re pretty huge. They’re also pricey at $ 4 a pop, but hey it’s worth it. Now is this the best pizza I’ve ever had? Nah, not close, but it’s one of the best late night options we have in the area. They have a good amount of picnic tables to sit at outside, and Oddfellows is right next door if you wanna bring your food in there to eat. So if you’re ever grubbin and it’s hella late, drop by here. It’s lit. Trust.

I have come back since my last review, the customer service was not as bad as my previous review but it could use major improvement. It seems as though all the workers are just tired of their job and definitely tired working with the customers. I really do appreciate the large pie I received. It shows a lot on management’s part, but I just wish the guys actually serving would take a bit more integrity with their job, have more of a passion for the pizza lovers.

Gotta love Mikey’s Late Night Slice! I love east coast style pies, so this is a Columbus favorite of mine. I’m glad they’re open during the day as well. The outdoor seating area is great for the summer. You can smell the fresh scent of streaming hot goodness from a block away, especially during busy late night hours during bar hop rush hour. Sometimes I think my feet are going to lift off the ground and my nose will carry me to the delicious scent. I also love the wide array of sassy dipping sauces. The only thing better than a late night slice pizza is a late night slice pizza with dipping sauce!

This is seriously some of the best pizza I have ever had in my life. The food truck was one of a couple at Riot Fest in Chicago this year. The lines for all of them(but the vegan one anyway) were insane, so we were torn on what to get. That is, until we kept seeing these massive slices of pizza walking past, and then the idea of eating anything but pizza seemed stupid. So we got in line and waited for our slices. It was totally worth the wait. We paid $ 5 per slice, which is ridiculously cheap in the land of concerts where everything is up-charged(including pop at Mikey’s, which was $ 4. We passed on that.) We both opted for slices of pepperoni. Each slice is bigger than a human infant. You think, at first, «Wow, I will never eat all that». And then your plate is empty and you’re angry because the band you want to see is playing in ten minutes and you can’t wait in line to spend all your money on pizza. More importantly, it’s massive and GOOD. It is a big slice of GOOD pizza. The cheese was brown, the crust was bubbly. It was well seasoned and cooked well and greasy and hot and I am making myself want more of it. You’ve got to love any place that offers pumps of ranch, garlic butter, hot sauce, and mystery sauce on their condiment table. Any place that encourages me to cover my pizza in an unholy amount of ranch dressing is a friend of mine. I am utterly devastated that this place is in Ohio, since I am in Illinois. But if I am ever on a roadtrip in the middle of the night in Ohio, you bet your sweet ass that I am stalking this truck and buying as many pizzas as I can manage.

Oh… Oh god. GIVEMEMOAR. 10⁄10 Would eat late nice slice any time, even while full and feel like I’m about to explode(which I’ve neeeever done before…). 15⁄10 when you have the«drunchies». Seriously, my favorite part about going out in the Short North at night is stopping by MLNS. It’s a thin crust, but so perfectly thin as to be crunchy but not be a flopping noodle in your hands. It’s greasy, but all pizza is greasy and a few napkins can solve that issue. And perhaps I’ve been lucky, but despite a large number of the patrons at 1am being drunk, maybe me included, I’ve always had a very enjoyable time talking to the other people around the food truck. Everyone’s got alcohol in their blood and pizza in the stomach, so we are all brothers bonded by food and have great, drunken conversations. And despite needing to be politically correct about their«don’t ask» sauce, it’s always going to be slut sauce to me and everyone I know.

It saddens me that people don’t know how to take a joke. No matter how many years pass, I will still refer to it as Slut Sauce. That combination they put into the sauce is an amazing mix that will always hold that moniker for me. That aside, I still love this place. Love this pizza and I always search it out when I am in the city. No matter if it is late at night or for a pre-dinner snack. I love the comedy that ensues with this place. No matter when I visit here I see how loyal people are to this place. They rant and rave about the last time they were here, whether it be months or just the night before. People of Columbus love this pizza so much that they are willing to fight for it. The last time I was here, a group of people were about to fight because they were arguing over who was in line first. Yikes! But, for the love of this pizza, they settled their differences and decided to drown their negative thoughts in pizza. The only way to make yourself happy is to stuff your belly full of deliciousness. Mikey’s will always hold a place in my heart and stomach, I will always search this place out each time I am in the city. You got a fan in me.

If you want a quick slice or two of the most inspired and tasty pizza in Columbus, go here. Mikey’s represents more than just a $ 3 giant piece of pie covered in «Slut Sauce.» It really is a part of Columbus culture and a mainstay of the über-cool Short North cuisine scene. Come here late in the evening, order your slice of Spicy-Ass Pepperoni, grab a Faygo in a weird new flavor you’ve never tried before, and kick back to watch whatever they’re projecting on the wall.

I finally gave in a tried some Mikey’s at the food truck festival today. I thought«this certainly will not live up to the hype», but wow was I wrong. This pizza is good, really good. They only had a few kinds to pick from since it was just a truck, but that was ok with me. I had the classic pepperoni and it was amazing. The crust on pizza is a big deal to me, I don’t like it too thin but I also don’t want it too think and greasy. This pizza had the perfect thiner crisp crust that I love. Also the sauce to cheese ratio was really good. I get it now. I am a total fan. I will more than likely be at a Mikey’s location again soon, very soon.

Mmmmmmmm! Pizza time! Mikey’s Late Night Slice makes me a very happy person. Think about it. You are enjoying beverages at a bar in the Short North. It’s late. What sounds good? Only one correct answer: Pizza. The simplicity makes service efficient. They offer only a few different kinds of pizza. They have about 4 kinds consistently and a specialty pizza that rotates weekly. I always gravitate toward the mushroom pizza. The sauces push this place over the top. Garlic, ranch, hot ranch, slut sauce… The slut sauce is just simply amazing. I don’t even know what it tastes like except it’s good. I fill up 2 cups per slice of pizza. Let’s be honest, the pizza is a delivery device for slut sauce. I could drink the stuff! Yup, I’m a little piggy. But wait, there’s more! This location has patio seating since it is connected to Oddfellows Liquor Bar. It’s perfect in the nice weather. There are lots of picnic tables and lights. You can drink and eat. I’m a great multitasker.

Amazing pizza one of the best pizza by the slice places I’ve been to in Ohio. I wish there were more locations. The specialty sauces are all great. This is a perfect food choice after a long night at the bars. The pizza portion is big and the crust is thin and crispy! Delicious..

Coming from the biggest pizza fan. Their mushroom pizza is GREAT! SLUTSAUCE is very tasty when it’s added to the hot cheesy slice, I do get why it’s called the slut sauce you will make a mess but a yummy yummy mess! They were super friendly but a little slow! Big slices so they are filling but one won’t be satisfying for me: S Must visit while you are bar rubbing at the short north!

They’re open till 3. An atypical spot for Columbus. I wasn’t impressed by the pizza. Service was great though. I’ve had better pizza in Toronto(we won’t even talk about nyc, can’t compare…) That shouldn’t be the case –_–

Mikey’s Late Night Slice serves up a consistently good slice of pizza. I would describe their pizza as «New York Style.» The crust is thin and crispy, carrying the ingredients well without being too bogged down. It’s not a messy pie and can be consumed easily after being folded in half. This makes it the ideal post-drinking food. They also have many convenient locations throughout town. I usually get their«Spicy-ass Pepperoni» which has a nice kick without numbing your taste buds. A single slice is $ 4, which isn’t bad. A single slice isn’t terribly filling, but probably enough to satisfy your post-drinking urges. The only bad thing about Mikey’s is the wait. The lines can be long at peak hours. The people taking orders also seem to take their time with things.
