This location has gone downhill. I used to go every week. In last two months I have gotten slow service, the associates seem to not know what they are doing. One time, I was second in line and waited 45 minutes. Made a complaint to customer service and for manager to call me. But they never did. Sadly now have to Unilocal so others know what they are walking into. Slow service, under staffed, high turn over. Management better get it together or you will lose alot of people

So yeah I love Torrid, finally a store that sells basic wardrobe items like tights, black work pants, jeans and bras along with the hard to find stuff. You know like: wide calf boots, wide sandals, panties and lingerie that doesn’t make you look like an old lady. Oh and they are ever evolving, the styles have changed and several types of women can shop here. Whether your a teen, young professional or older you will find something. It’s a tad pricey, but save your coins and come when there is a sale.

Love Torrid’s clothes and glad they have one in Columbus (where were they when I was a plus sized teen?!). The store is a little packed and as you get towards the back you have to squeeze between racks and around other people, but the staff is helpful and it’s a cute store. Just wish they were a tad cheaper.

They carry size 12 to 28 in clothes that you actually want to wear and feel good in. Some of the prices are high but sales run regularly. I have always gotten good service when shopping here.
